0:19 Okay. Hopefully, this is going to swing over here real quick to... All right. Hey, Donnie Vision, SR71, Tara, Death Doors, Brenda, Steve, Bridget, everybody. All right. We're going to...
1:36 wait just about one minute and then we're gonna start um i don't know why it's putting ads on my own um page on uh rumble that's hilarious so before it lets me see myself um i just can't make that up i have to go through all the ads too um all right so let's get started chapter 13. and again i was hoping to be done with the book by today but
2:14 Life's been crazy. But I will say this. The word is definitely getting out. I do think I was just on his faces. And the reason why I delayed is because you have to wait your turn to talk. And the guy whose name, I'm not going to remember his last name. His first name is Patrick. It's like Henninger or something like that.
2:44 Who is very well versed in Gladio. And I've been, I DM'd him. I sent a note to him on Twitter or X. Because I want to be in the same spaces with him to talk about Operation Gladio. Because I have questions. And he was in the spaces. But just before they put me on, he dropped out. So that was a big bummer. However.
3:13 maze the woman that was hosting the spaces did promise to have one dedicated to gladio and invite him and i so yay okay so because believe it or not as much as we um bridget lies and i have discovered about operation gladio i just know there's so much more out there and i'm excited about talking to other people about it
3:44 So keep expanding those horizons. All right. So Paladins, P-A-L-A-D-I-N-S is the name of this chapter. And you remember the last chapter, I kind of like to do just a brief review. We had the guys that went out to the Philippines to mine for gold.
4:14 i.e. dig up the World War II Operation Lily, Golden Lily treasure and refine it to make it look like it was from the Philippines, basically got assassinated. They tried to assassinate them. They escaped. And that's kind of where we're at. Once it was proved in U.S. courts that massive gold shipments
4:44 did come out of the Philippines during the 20 years Marcos was president. Gold that did not originate in the central bank or the local mines. The mystery became, where did it go? To be sure, the gold was shipped covertly, usually after resmelting in Manila by Johnson Matthey Chemicals using equipment that Marcos had stolen from Robert Curtis.
5:15 basically what we discovered in the last chapter. Before it left Manila, some was repapered by Johnson Matthey Bank. Then it made its way to buyers through gold pools in New York, Zurich, and London. Black Boyan, which of course is what they call, it's like black funds, covert, was sold privately to Saudi princes and the Middle Eastern syndicates.
5:50 as in plural. It was also sold to groups in Europe through Luxembourg and Liechtenstein. And what's very interesting about that as it relates to Operation Gladio, of course, is Luxembourg and Liechtenstein was the largest money laundering entities ever, maybe minus Vatican Bank. So documents including way bills like
6:20 show some shipments went to America aboard commercial ships and planes, while others went out on CIA-contracted aircraft to Hong Kong or to American military bases in Australia. The gold that went to America did not end up in Fort Knox. Was the leverage of the federal government used to get some of this gold into private hands?
6:52 That's a question. The answer is that Marcos had connections beyond the CIA to a shadowy group called the Enterprise. The Enterprise, as we have found out in other books, is basically the private intel front companies of the CIA and private military organizations of which are tied at the hip to the CIA.
7:23 Those collectively loosely are referred to as the enterprise. These organizations were staffed by former CIA and Pentagon officers who saw themselves as the paladins of the Cold War. In order for these to get, most of them got their start in the 1970s when Jimmy Carter's
7:55 chief of the CIA, director of the CIA, basically did the big shakeup there. And that coincides, of course, that's in the aftermath of the Nixon administration slash Ford administration, where you have all of those people that got in trouble and all of the exposure verse via Watergate left the CIA kind of exposed.
8:23 And it was at that point they morphed into with all of the fired people because they didn't want them not to actually be doing what they've been doing, all of the criminal syndicate stuff. So they created all these front companies and embedded all of these former CIA agents into these companies. At the end of 1972, when Richard Helms was replaced with James Schlesinger.
8:55 He made it clear that he was going to make hundreds of agents forcibly retire and that he was over the dirty tricks part of the CIA mission, that that basically wasn't going to continue. When it then became known that the CIA was involved in the Watergate break-in and the domestic break-ins, other domestic break-ins, Schlesinger ordered an internal investigation.
9:25 and prepared for a complete list of agency projects to be created so that he had total purview over what they were doing. The resulting 693-page report was called The Family Jewels. It led to leaks about assassination programs like Mongoose, death squads like Phoenix in Vietnam, and other wet works.
9:55 hidden by national security. Wetworks is referred to as assassinations. Over a thousand CIA agents were fired or made to take early retirement. When Nixon resigned, President Ford set up the Rockefeller Commission, which is hilarious because Rockefeller was part of the whole thing. He is the international syndicate. So supposedly that was done to investigate the CIA wrongdoings.
10:26 But of course, it was staffed with people that weren't going to reveal anything, which I think most congressional hearings is that way. They will release tidbits of sensational news and then do nothing. Congressional hearings into Phoenix and the Lockheed bribery scandal.
10:54 which we talked about in several chapters earlier where Lockheed was bribing to the tunes of hundreds of millions of dollars Japanese officials in order to buy Lockheed equipment. And later the Iran-Contra resulted in additional house cleanings at the CIA. Not really. They just went from GS to private. No house cleaning. All same thing.
11:23 There were disputes between people like Ray Clines and President Nixon over how to deal with China. There was disputes between Jimmy Carter and Major General John Sinklip, which was CIA, even though he supposedly wore a uniform, and Air Force General George Keegan, K-E-E-G-A-N.
11:51 When Carter got rid of so many professional soldiers and spooks, it does not appear to have given much thought to what they might do to keep busy in their private life. So many of the clever and aggressive men regrouped privately with funding from different organizations to include the Birch Society, which we know just got a crap load of gold from Golden Lily, the Moonies, which...
12:23 we have discovered were basically, uh, Gladio cells, um, distributed all over the world to include like Paraguay, Uruguay, where they bought, um, and protected, uh, drug running airports down there. Um, and were part of the Korea's use of their KCIA. They also, um,
12:48 had funding from the World Anti-Communist League, which we've talked about ad nauseum, created in Taiwan, bunch of rich people used as a disguise to have Operation Gladio events and coordination cells. And other wealthy tycoons like Santee's Umbrella Organization, which was like a cash cow of some of Operation Golden Lily's treasure.
13:21 The enterprise grew into a powerful and influential network during the 80s. There were military officers, top CIA former agents, all working in this apparatus. This overlap made it nearly impossible to distinguish between actual U.S. operations and those they contracted these private organizations with. Now, of course,
13:52 You have during this whole time, the 70s and 80s, where this is going on, the operations in Arkansas at the MENA airport. That's all part of this. These individuals had long experience in covert operations, deceptions and clandestine use of government resources and secret funds. They were accustomed to working with CIA proprietary companies that had every appearance of being a legit company.
14:24 But they were actually, quote, Trojan forces, unquote, for the intel community and the military. Some of these were little more than fronts set up so that generals, admirals, and former spooks could continue to draw salaries and pensions as if they had never left government. Many CIA agents spent years or even decades under various covers.
14:56 So it was hard to establish beyond any doubt whether they ever left the agency or basically just transferred to one of these paramilitary companies. The perfect example is William Casey. Casey was one of the original OSS crowds after law school. He went to work as an accountant, but kept in touch with people like John Hawley, who worked for Wild Bill Donovan's law firm.
15:27 When Donovan became head of OSS, Casey and Howley joined him. Casey was John Singlib's case officer in the war. And at the time, John Singlib was in the military. While Paul Helliwell was Singlib's direct supervisor. Casey also was a close friend of Alan Dulles and John Foster Dulles. He worked with Ray Klein.
15:56 and became involved with Lansdell's Santa Romano's torture of the major who had been the driver. This put Casey in a position to know a great deal about the Black Eagle Trust. And one source insists that Casey's financial skills made him one of the key players because he was an accountant. Under the guidance of Robert Anderson and John McCloy,
16:32 Following the war, Casey and his old friend Howell founded their own Wall Street firm, law firm. But what made Casey really wealthy was his involvement with other former intel officers in setting up media holding company called Capital Cities. In 1954, according to many investigators, the CIA
16:59 poured millions into setting up front companies for covert operations in broadcasting and publishing. And it alleged that Casey funneled some of these funds into capital cities to acquire felling media companies and turn them around. It was likely that Casey never left the agency, but only morphed into one of the financial butterflies supporting it.
17:32 It was not the first time a senior CIA agent had had a double career on Wall Street, Alan Dulles being but one of many. In 1971 to 73, Casey was Nixon's appointee as chief of the SEC, where he worked closely with SEC attorney Stanley Sporkin, later appointed by Casey as the general counsel.
18:01 for his CIA. It involved, there was a case called the Schley, S-C-H-L-E-I case. Casey also served as Nixon's Undersecretary of State for Economic Affairs and Chairman of the Import-Export Bank, which we know was involved in Operation Gladio. 1978,
18:31 Casey founded a think tank called Manhattan Institute that absorbed a number of former CIA officers and funneled money into conservative foundations and to conservative authors. When Casey left capital cities to head the Reagan presidential campaign and then became Reagan's director of the CIA, he is said to have been the biggest single stockholder.
18:57 with 7.5 million in capital city stock he was still its biggest stockholder and cia director when in 1985 capital cities bought the network abc and people don't think the cia makes the news they bought the news a man who was involved in covert financial operations throughout his entire career casey had links to all of the keys players
19:30 In this book, his DNA is all over everything from Sante to Marcos and beyond. He was one of the men who dreamed up the privatization of the CIA. And as CIA director, he showed Ronald Reagan how to implement Iran-Contra. One of Reagan's first act was to sign Executive Order 12333. It authorized the CIA and other government.
19:59 to enter into contracts with private military firms and need not reveal the sponsorship of such contracts or arrangements for authorized intelligence purposes. This put Casey back in the harness with Klein, Singlib, Shackley, and Lansdale. So everybody that had been gotten rid of for bad actors were all now back on the payroll. But...
20:33 In theory, they were private citizens for people looking around. Plausible deniability. Casey personally took over handling President Marcos, pressuring him to provide black gold for covert purposes, and finally masterminded his removal and the confiscation of his gold.
21:01 and unelected officials of the National Security Council, Pentagon, and CIA, basically, we know, were intimately involved in the Iran-Contra. And that, more than just about any other operation, showed how closely they worked together. The overlap can be useful to government when, for example, it had Lansdale's subcontract to the mafia, the assassination of Fidel Castro.
21:32 while having private military train death squads in other countries, which enabled the White House to carry out secret foreign policy objectives, including murder, proxy military operations inside of countries, which the U.S. was not at war with. It's like putting surgical gloves and a condom on to carry out the dirty side of your foreign policy without leaving fingerprints or DNA. You're going to rape the victim.
22:03 Along the way, a surprising number of retired generals, admirals, and senior officers from the National Security Council became involved in treasure hunting in the Philippines and the movement of covert gold out of Manila. This basically was done to enrich the financial part of the private military forces. Some of the best-known figures in the enterprise, like Lansdale, Ray Klein, John Sieglib,
22:31 began their careers in the OSS, which we've covered extensively. They also worked in the Truman and Eisenhower administration when Nazi and Japanese gold first was used to set up black operations like the use of the M Fund. Their political views as Cold War warriors was shaped as they tried to rescue people like General Chiang Kai-shek,
23:03 put the Shah in power in Iran, sought to remove Sukarno in Indonesia and Castro in Cuba. It's really hard keeping up with all these people that they've overthrown. There's a lot of them. They also helped arrange the overthrow of Allende in Chile and basically killed millions in Cambodia, Laos, and Vietnam. Lansdell.
23:38 and overthrew their governments too. Lansdell, while still a colonel on active duty, ran Operation Mongoose, the effort to kill Castro. When Lansdell was forced to retire by President Kennedy, he simply went into the private military force, becoming a charter member of the Enterprise and remained a ringleader until he died in 1987. Operation Phoenix, which was the Vietnam
24:07 assassination program at large, like tens of thousands of people, was overseen by Ted Shackley. He was the CIA station chief in Saigon, later CIA deputy director of operations at the headquarters. Some sources say that Singlib was involved in Phoenix as well on the military side, although he's denied that. But they lie. That's what they do for a living.
24:36 And other people have said that he was involved in it, by the way, in other books. So we know for a fact that Shackley and William Colby was involved in it. Colby told a Senate hearing that Phoenix killed over 20,000 Vietnamese civilians, men, women, and children, because they were suspected as being communist, while others put the number well over 70,000.
25:06 And they weren't communist. Remember, these were largely, we've covered this in other books, this was largely the Catholic people in the North that they ran a PR campaign on to convince them they were all about to die. So they voluntarily got on ships and aircraft to come to the South. And because they didn't fit in, they got picked on.
25:33 then they hired the people in the south to rat out the people in the north and pretend like they were the enemy or the communists even though they were not and then murdered them all not all of them a large amount of them because they ended up dislocating almost a million people in that effort for no reason at all except for them to create chaos and by creating the chaos they keep the country
26:04 in disarray so they can steal all of the opium. Phoenix was the creation of a good old boy network, says Colonel Stan Folker. A quote, a group of guys at the highest level, Colby and that crowd, who thought they were Lawrence of Arabia, unquote. That same good old boys network went into El Salvador, this time using proxies, including Taiwanese officers.
26:34 trained by Ray Klein's Special Warfare Academy. And this is important because this is Operation Gladio. And this goes back to what I've been saying about Taiwan. Taiwan under Chiang Kai-shek is a bastion of Operation Gladio garbage. They, like Colombia today, were exporting Gladio operators all over the world.
27:08 And this is where I ran across the guy who you guys will hear me reference every once in a while, Douglas Valentine. He's actually on X. I've asked him questions. He responds. He is a very far leftist guy. It's it makes reading his books hard for me anyway, because what I like to do is read facts. He injects his personal.
27:36 political opinions and a lot of his facts um that definitely for me makes it difficult so um just fyi um anyway y'all are going crazy in the comments that's awesome okay um so back to the story so this book here quoted
28:08 Douglas Valentine, which of course then made me want to go buy all of his books. I bought like four of them because he's taught specifically about Southeast Asia, which was where my expertise was. His quote was, what these old Phoenix boys all have in common is that they profit from anti-terrorism by selling weapons and supplies to repressive governments and insurgent groups like the Contras.
28:36 Their legacy is a trail of ashes across the third world, unquote. Yeah, because they sell the fact that they're fighting terrorism when they, in fact, created the terrorism. Both Singlib and Shackley later left the agency and became closely identified with the Enterprise Network. Singlib went private after a well-publicized dispute with President Carter in 1978.
29:05 Shackley went private the next year after a dispute with Carter's CIA director, Admiral Stanford Turner. Sinklib and Lansdale then joined the Reagan campaign headed by William Casey. There's so much bad about the Reagan administration that most of us don't know. The combined effect of the family jewels purge and the subsequent house cleaning by the Carter administration.
29:39 Basically, in hindsight, kind of backfired because it left these people outside the control of the government, not that they were going to exercise any control anyway, but it definitely didn't help things. The Enterprise wished to use, excuse me, if the Enterprise wished to use Air Force or Navy or other military forces, there were ways that they could be put at their disposal.
30:09 without anyone being the wiser. The New York Times journalist Seth Maidens quoted a well-placed source, quote, Singlet comes in and out of the Philippines. He can even land at Clark without our knowing it, unquote. And Clark is an Air Force base in the Philippines. He shouldn't have been allowed to land there at all. We have established that senior security,
30:41 Special Forces officers took brief leaves from duty in order to participate in the Philippine treasure hunts with groups of private military that were linked to Singlum, Klein, and others. This erases a vital line between government service and private gang and makes it impossible to enforce ethical standards. Now, basically,
31:10 I don't know the details of this and there's not a reference to this. It makes it sound like they just went on leave and were still in a military status. The problem with that, as anybody that's been in the military knows, what they were doing was very risky. All of those caves and tunnels were booby trapped. If any of them were there and injured, you and I.
31:38 pay for that injury for the rest of their lives. We pay them a death benefit if it killed them. If they're injured, you and I are on the tap through the VA to pay for all of that. When in fact, and that's even when they're on leave, because it covers you when you're on active duty 24-7. When in fact, they were actually working on Black Ops private gold digging treasure hunts, that the money was going to be used for bad things.
32:08 But we were technically on the hook because they never left active duty. Under President Reagan and Bush, the private military multiplied and became a virtual private extension of the White House. To this day, leaders of the enterprise and advocates of private military insist that the White House needs a private clandestine service ran by experienced intelligence officers turned entrepreneurs.
32:41 The private military were involved in South Africa, Angola, Colombia, Croatia, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Sierra Leone, just to name a few. And of course, Latin America at all. When not engaged by the White House, they worked under contract to regimes whose human rights records was as bad as it gets.
33:14 The Vinnel Corporation, I had never heard of these, V-I-N-N-E-L Corporation, was a private military subsidiary of Dick Cheney's Halliburton. Definitely need to look into that one. Worked with the army dictatorship of Miramar, which had one of the worst human rights records ever.
33:47 And of course, that's the one where their own military, absent the CIA, went in and cued the woman who basically Obama and those guys installed as the president. They've been, I mean, it's been awful. That actually was Burma originally. They just changed the name of the country. And Burma, remember, is where Chiang Kai-shek left China to go.
34:17 screw that country up by growing opium and it went downhill ever since. That's Miramar. Some of their motives are of questionable constitutionality. I'd say all of them. We, the authors, reproduced letters from members of the Enterprise Network describing how they intend to use recovered Japanese war loot to set up a private
34:49 bi style security force to police the american public and a separate military industrial complex controlled by them now if you were to ask me i believe this has already been done i believe inside of the fbi there is just like within the masons you have that upper echelon i think this was already done um yeah
35:17 Vanell is now a subsidiary of Northern Drummond, but it's saying this book is obviously a little old, SR-71. So at the time this book was written, they were part of Halliburton. So at some point they changed hands. But thanks for putting that up there. International Private Military based in Herndon, Virginia. Yeah. Yeah. They're spooks. That's what that all just said.
35:46 Private military organization. These are the people that go around and do Operation Gladio. And I think instead of like in most of these countries where Operation Gladio has been set up many times within the military in like their special forces area, I think in our case, because of some of the legal.
36:13 that they chose this private military capability that houses these things. And so the authors finding documents that say they were setting up a private FBI style security force and a private military industrial complex is very troubling. But I think at some point,
36:42 The decision was made to use the existing structure and just basically use, I don't even think you would call them CIA plants, but basically like you do a foreign government, go in and bribe them into being your agent inside of it. So they've been a career FBI agent.
37:07 You're just going to pay them to work on behalf of these private entities to shape the outcomes that they want, either compromise witnesses or whatever. Because obviously having the authority of the FBI to go knock down doors and intimidate witnesses is a great thing as we see playing out right now.
37:36 However, all of this costs money. Groups like the Moonies and the Birchers and very wealthy individuals put up only a portion of what was needed. One obvious solution was to divert Black Eagle funds, such as those dormant accounts controlled by Santa Romana. This is why Santee was brought to Washington in 1973 and pressed to make over funds to which he held title.
38:03 When Santee died the following year, this may explain why several of his biggest accounts at Citibank and UBS were quickly transferred to Lansdale's control. When Marcos began making his second generation recoveries in the 1970s, he needed help getting the black gold to market. He and the enterprise made that endeavor a common goal.
38:33 The Enterprise had access to CIA aircraft, Air Force aircraft, U.S. Navy ships, when Marcos Gold left Subic Bay or Clark Air Base. It was impossible to tell whether this was done officially by the White House or by the Enterprise. Marcos found himself in a tug-of-war with the Reagan White House for control, dispersal, and management of the gold he recovered.
39:04 He resorted to every trick to bypass the U.S. government channels. That would ultimately be his downfall. When international monetary authorities decided to allow central banks to buy gold directly from private sources, Marcos decreed that all gold mined in the Philippines had to be sold directly to the central bank. This enabled him to sell some of his gold, and the bank could then move it overseas without raising eyebrows.
39:36 Manila announced that it would place excess local derived gold reserves on the international market. Over three months, some 300,000 ounces of gold was shipped to Hong Kong, New York, London, and Zurich. It was earmarked as Philippine gold, government gold, but the commercial banks involved were allowed to play with it.
40:04 meaning that it could be traded over the short term. For that privilege, the banks paid 1% commission on the earnings, which went privately back to Marcos. According to one of Marcos' Filipino diplomats, his personal plane made many round trips to Switzerland. Commercial airplanes were also used as evidence by invoices.
40:36 12 secret shipments were said to have taken place aboard KLM, PAL, Air France, and Sabina. In September 1983, for example, KLM flight from Manila to Zurich carried seven tons of gold. Another 1.5 tons were shipped to London at the same time.
41:05 Meanwhile, CIA pilots, Pentagon cargo planes, airlifted Marcos Gold to Australia and Hong Kong. The agency was physically moving Marcos' gold. It actively encouraged the Marcoses to salt their profits in America. This is what led to the Honolulu fraud trial of a man by the name of Ronald...
41:42 Rewald, R-E-W-A-L-D, in 83 to 85, which revealed that his investment firm, Bishop, Baldwin, Rinald, Dillingham, and Wong, was a conduit for CIA funds in general. The firm helped Marcos and other wealthy Filipinos invest illicit funds in America. When Imelda
42:11 Later was tried in New York on charges of racketeering. Her defense attorney told us she and her husband had been encouraged to do so by their friends in the White House. 1983, that would have been Ronald Reagan. According to court testimony in Honolulu, the pipeline was set up by Rewald with help from the Filipino billionaire Enrique Zobel, Z-O-B-E-L, a friend of the Marcos's.
42:43 Riewald ran a polo club in Hawaii. Zobel was a world-class player. Riewald testified that Zobel was, like him, a CIA confederate. Through such joint ventures as Ayala Hawaii, that's the name of a venture, they and the CIA would shelter monies of highly placed foreign
43:12 diplomats and businessmen who wish to export cash to the United States where it would be available to them in the event of emergency. This is their slush fund, get out of jail free. So if they have to make a run for it because they effed up their country, these guys took care of their nest egg. The Zobel connection goes back to 1945 when Colonel Joe McMicking
43:40 was the immediate G2 supervisor of Santo Romano and Captain Lansdell. We covered that like in Chapter 2. As they tortured Major Kojima, flush with money thereafter, McMicking married Don Enrique's aunt, Mercedes, and helped the Zobel Ayala clan become one of the world's greatest fortunes.
44:12 In this tight-lipped environment, Enrique Zobel is something of a renegade. After he went to school at UCLA, he made a name for himself developing Manila's posh Makati Financial Hub. His relations with Marco's family was complex and changed. In 1980, he was mentioned as a possible successor to the president when Marco's crony, Eduardo
44:43 Co... Fonco? Mounted an aggressive takeover of San Miguel Corporation Brewers of San Miguel Beer, one of Ayala's corporation's premier holding. The family thought Don Enrique gave in too easily, so that displeased Aunt Mercedes and Uncle Joe, and they stripped Zobel of his control over Ayala.
45:12 and handed it to his first cousin, Don Enrique. Zobel knew a lot about Marco's efforts to recover the Golden Lily stashes. In 1975, Ambassador Montauk of the Lieber Group notified Zobel that there was a Golden Lily vault under the control tower of Nelson Airfield, where Zobel was building the Peninsula Hotel.
45:42 Montauk wrote, quote, I am with a group which has the necessary maps and eyewitnesses to affect that the premises in and around the old control tower. There is a buried treasure trove allegedly consisting of jewelry and gold bars in a staggering amount of at least several hundred million dollars. We have noticed that the said building has been vacated and we fear that some construction work.
46:10 might be done on the premises. Any project you plan to do there can afford to wait until we shall have located and retrieved the treasure, unquote. In 1983, Zobel was a patron of the wedding of Irene Marcos to sports star Gregory Araneta. He was the stepson of Lansdale's top assassin, Napoleon Valerano.
46:40 It was reported that Imeldo spent $20 million on the wedding. Austria's Kurt Waldheim provided a silver carriage pulled by seven white Arabian stallions provided by King Hassan's Marco of Morocco. No stone unturned. In return, the Marcos's deposited a very large dowry.
47:11 in Austria and Moroccan banks. Evidence of this resurfaced in 2001 when the German government accused Irene and her husband of attempting to move $13 billion illegally from a Swiss bank to a German bank. $13 billion. Flaunting money was what Marcos did.
47:42 He could have set up a charitable trust like the Ayala Foundation and retired to his estates, but that's not the kind of person he was. Marcos had no time for charity because he was pressed continually by the Reagan White House to supply more black gold for its foreign policy objectives. According to a well-informed source in the Marco family, Bill Casey told Ferdinand Marcos,
48:12 that the White House would keep him in power forever if he agreed to put up the black gold in banks designated by the CIA. One deal said to have resulted in the so-called China mandate. Our Marcos family source indicates that in 1972, Richard Nixon and Henry Kissinger made a secret deal with Premier Chao Enlai.
48:38 to keep China out of conflict with the US over Taiwan in return for access to a large quantity of gold provided by Marcos. We have not been able to confirm all of the political details of that arrangement. However, bank documents that have surfaced over the years clearly demonstrate that large quantities of gold were moved into Chinese mainland banks during that period, including gold.
49:07 accounts in the name of Santa Romano. Ferdinand and Imelda Marcos and other members of their family also created accounts during that time. Since all of these people were loudly anti-communist, there is no plausible reason for them to transfer all of this gold to China in the middle of the Cold War unless some shenanigans are going on. According to this source,
49:37 In 1971, the economy of the People's Republic of China was in very bad shape. Its foreign currency reserves were flat, aggregated oil crisis going on, famine, like the whole country's falling apart. Pressure mounted for the CCP party hawks to push for an invasion of Taiwan to gain control of its assets and as much needed distraction.
50:08 The CIA and Pentagon analysts concluded that Beijing was about to invade. Well, if my theory is right and Taiwan is a surrogate of the CIA and is there only because of the CIA, this makes perfect sense. So we're going to buy off the CCP to allow us to keep our playground. And basically, China, every time they want to blackmail America.
50:37 They just rattle the sabers of Taiwan and they have carte blanche to extort our government. That sounds exactly like what's going on. So Nixon and Kissinger secretly offered Beijing $68 billion in gold to be moved from the banks where it was to China banks in a number of separate states.
51:15 deposits. This would not be an outright gift. It would be deposited incrementally in various Chinese banks in Hong Kong and major cities throughout China. There, the gold would remain as an asset base earmarked for various purposes negotiated in advance. The Chinese banks would be strengthened because they have the gold as an asset on their books.
51:47 the people that were advocating to invade China or Taiwan would be placated by the continued use of this black gold. It was only, so one source inside the CIA says it's only Japanese war loot, who cares? They thought they were putting it to good use. So the China guy says,
52:22 The temptation for Marcos to agree was great. He could fully support Washington, which then meant he would be rewarded. The White House sweetened the deal by assuring Marcos that he and Imelda could make state visits to Beijing and that Beijing would reciprocate, basically kind of boosting his authority at home. In 1974, Imelda and her son, Bong, Bong.
52:51 did make a state visit to Beijing where they were photographed. Ferdinand went to Beijing the following year and a curious thing for him to do as an outspoken cold warrior. But hey, we do whatever we have to for gold. Imeldo's brother, Cocoy, noted more for his loyalty than for his intelligence, became an...
53:25 Ferdinand's ambassador to Beijing. Our Marcos source insists that the Chinese mandate was the foundation for Nixon's historic visit to China and establishment of diplomatic relations with the People's Republic of China. So maybe they made that a stipulation of the whole deal as well, is we'll leave Taiwan alone, but we want the recognition of the USA.
53:56 Documents show that beginning in 1972, over a period of years, Marcos Gold was moved to Chinese-owned banks, including Po Sang Bank and the Bank of China in Hong Kong, into other Chinese banks. Documents from those banks show very large accounts in the names of Santo Romano, Ferdinand Marcos, Imelda Marcos, and others. Among related documents we reproduced were
54:26 letters from gold brokers asking for commissions to be paid after these transfers were made. The Marcos family and wealthy friends subsequently traveled to China to inaugurate a building for the Chinese bank that held these accounts. They probably had to build a whole new building. So next to one of the
54:57 where they were storing the gold was the home of Hokan Dialect Group, long associated with the natural father of Ferdinand Marcos. Further evidence shows in the year 2000 when Imeldo was accused by Hong Kong government authorities of hiring a Chinese woman to obtain access to some of this gold accounts by bribing bank officials. Because, of course,
55:23 And this is so important. Once these banks get this gold, they don't ever want to let it go. Because you have to keep in mind, that's the whole purpose of fractional lending, is you lend off based on what you have in the bank as assets. So once they glom onto this gold, they never, ever want to let it go. They will sue you for trying to get your own gold out.
55:48 Non-stop chaos. That's the one thing I learned in this book more than any other book I've read. Don't give these bastards your money, especially if you've got a lot of it. They will do everything to keep your money from you. In December 1999, according to Hong Kong government prosecutors, Imelda agreed to pay the bounty hunters 35% to recover $2.5 billion in accounts that was in.
56:19 the Bank of China, also the HSBC Bank in Hong Kong, and the PRC Banks in a Chinese city. Imelda's lawyer said she was only trying to raise money to help the poor, but they didn't want to give her, the money was in her own account. When news then came of yet another secret Marcos billion gold account at UBS in Switzerland containing 13...
56:49 billion. Imelda remarked, quote, I wouldn't be surprised. I know we used to have money, unquote. When the existence of the gold holdings in China was revealed, nobody seemed at all curious about how they came to be there. Some since the 1970s, when the Cold War was still on, nobody connected them to Nixon in 1972 and his state visit.
57:17 In the early 1980s, there was another bizarre development when Ferdinand and Imeldo learned of an extraordinary secret account set up with golden lily plunder after World War II. This was the Dollar Gold Boyan Trust at Sanwa S-A-N-W-A Bank in Osaka, set up in the name of General MacArthur and Emperor Hirohito.
57:45 We mentioned this a few chapters back. Japanese call it the MacArthur Fund, while the Americans call it the Showa Trust. Using the name of Hirohito's reign period, Sanwa Bank is one of the Japanese oldest banks, and Hirohito owned a large chunk of the stock of the bank before World War II. The trust was set up
58:16 by Robert Anderson shortly after he toured Golden Lily treasure sites in the Philippines with MacArthur in Lansdale. Although MacArthur's name is identified with it, it does not appear to have been intended to benefit him personally. But keep in mind at the time he was the governor of the Philippines before the war and then basically was the governor of the Japan.
58:48 during the reconstruction, much like Eisenhower, and kind of in a similar role in Europe. So a journalist who had access to the records about all of this says during the early stage of the U.S. occupation, the emperor had $1 billion in gold and currencies hidden in overseas accounts before the war. The emperor was pulling in
59:20 $50 million a year in interest from these overseas accounts. And that was to include during the occupation. The financial advisors were aware of these income-producing assets. Significantly, Sanwa Bank was one of the three Japanese banks left untouched by General MacArthur's economic and scientific whatever that was basically over this whole thing.
59:53 So the other two banks was TOKAI Bank and Daiichi Kanyo Bank, involved in the Tanaka Club disbursements growing out of the M Fund. Today, San Juan Bank advertises its worldwide banking operations with a slogan, we've come a long way.
1:00:23 Ferdinand and Imelda learned that the Showa Trust at Sam Wah Bank was combing through Santee's papers after his death. According to documents, by 1981, the Showa Trust was generating $300 million in interest every quarter. That's over a billion a year.
1:00:55 As one of the bank's owners, the emperor was doubtlessly getting a favored interest rate. These documents were found in Marcos' private safe in the palace in the Philippines after he was removed from power. The Marcoses imagined that if they played their cards right, they would gain access to the Shoah Trust or at least avert some of the interest payments in their direction. It would be acutely embarrassing to Tokyo and to Washington.
1:01:25 If news of that joint count leaked for several reasons. First, Tokyo still maintained the pretense that Haruhito was broke at the end of the war. That's why none of our soldiers, military, whatever, got compensated or any of the slaves that survived. Second, Japan's liberal Democrat Party was at the moment.
1:01:57 involved in a huge scandal involving Tanaka's bribe-taking and bribe-giving. I think that's around the time for the Lockheed bribe. As for Washington, the disclosure of the Hirohito-McArthur Joint Trust since 1945 would require some fancy footwork, given repeated declarations that Japan was broke. Navidad Fajardo flew to Tokyo.
1:02:30 from representing Marcos for private talks with the Japanese government, including three trustees of the Showa Trust, one Japanese and two Americans. Fajardo was a broker who acted for the Marcoses in a number of their gold transfers. His trip to Tokyo occurred as of Ronald Reagan's first campaign, first inauguration. Reagan was an important friend of the Marcoses. He and Nancy,
1:02:59 had went to the Philippines in the 1970s as President Nixon's personal representatives at the opening of the Imeldo Cultural Center. It was the beginning of a long friendship that Marcos and Reagan had. Only when Ferrado and his team arrived in Tokyo did they reveal the true purpose of their visit. In short, Marcos offered to keep quiet about the Shoah.
1:03:27 trust in exchange for giant payments disguised as financial aid packages to the Philippines. They demanded that a quarterly interest from the trust be turned over to them. This sounded something like extortion, because it was. The Japanese government was so alarmed that they kept Ferardo and his delegation sequestered under armed guard in their rooms at the hotel the entire time they were in Japan.
1:03:56 Ferardo's letter to Imeldo from Tokyo dated February 22, 1981. The Japanese financial aid for the Philippines consists of accumulated interest income of dollar fund left in trust by General MacArthur to the imperial family. We are devising a means of how to bring out the money to Hong Kong under the authority of the Ministry of Finance of Japan.
1:04:21 It shall be made to appear that the money will be loaned to a Japanese company doing big business in the Philippines. And they, the Japanese government, found that Kawasaki is qualified. The trust money in the hands of the imperial family has already been deposited in the Samoa Bank in Osaka and is ready for transfer to Hong Kong.
1:04:48 To do this, it shall be made to appear that it's a loan to Kawasaki without any interest for a period of 30 years. It will be Kawasaki that will release the money to finance the massive economic development projects in the Philippines of Our First Lady. We do not know if the deal negotiated by Ficardo went through, but bank documents show there is a number of Marcos accounts today in Hong Kong.
1:05:17 in the San Juan Bank. Tokyo probably complained to Washington about this threat, and it probably contributed to the downfall of the Marcos soon after. But the main reason Washington finally gave up on Marcos was the failure of Ronald Reagan's rainbow dollars. I don't know if y'all have heard about the rainbow dollars.
1:05:43 Ronald Reagan declared at the beginning of his administration that he would restore the gold standard abandoned by Nixon in 1971 and introduced a new gold-backed currency called rainbow dollars. In the decades since Nixon's action, the United States had experienced raging inflation, recession, and killing interest rates. Reagan's remedy was to go back to the gold standard. Treasury Secretary Donald Reagan said this would bring
1:06:14 back a roaring boom. And before I go on with that, I do have to say this. Keep in mind when all of this money is going into China, it's going into China through Hong Kong. Hong Kong belonged to London at the time. This is something that we have to keep in mind because the London and the New York international syndicate is behind all of this. And
1:06:44 You know what happens when money gets abandoned or, you know, Marcos has them in his accounts and then he's deposed and he has no authority to get the money back now and no political backing to be able to get it back. And so it basically gets confiscated by the government that has these banks. So what I found very interesting is
1:07:14 The transition back to China of Hong Kong with potentially a crap load of gold sitting in the banks there. What happened to that gold? And was that a way working with China to repatriate that gold? I don't know.
1:07:40 I just find it very interesting and we have to keep everything in perspective as who owned what and when. So all of this is going on when London actually was controlling Hong Kong at that period. Okay, back to the rainbow dollars. So many dollar banknotes were in circulation that if they suddenly became converted to gold,
1:08:11 As was the case in 1933, Washington would be swamped with demands for gold. The solution was a two-tier system. Rainbow dollars would replace greenbacks gradually, but ordinary people could not walk in and exchange them for gold. There would be a special issue of rainbow dollars convertible to gold when held by central banks.
1:08:37 To make this work, America needed a large stock of gold, enough to manipulate gold prices. If the price fell too low, Washington would buy gold to keep currency value stable. If the price rose too high, the central banks demanded gold from Washington. The government would release gold into the market, depressing the price. This was the basics of Reagan's plan. The change to rainbow dollars also would...
1:09:07 mean that people hoarding illicit cash, such as heroin, cocaine, whatever, would have to exchange their old currency for new so money would come out of hiding. The result could help reduce the federal deficit. President Reagan privately asked Ferdinand to lend part of his hoard of black gold to the rainbow dollar. As usual,
1:09:31 he could charge a commission for lending the gold to Reagan. Unfortunately for Marcos, he demanded too high of a commission. According to many sources, including one who was on the White House staff at the time, Reagan was dismayed. Given the concurrent attempt to blackmail Tokyo with the Shawa trust, Reagan's advisors, particularly Casey, argued that Marcos had gone too far.
1:10:01 The time had come to coup him, you know, because that's the answer to everything. So Casey was given the job. Let's see. Within months, there was a movement of agitators on the streets of Manila and mobs demanding that Marcos step down. Casey is said to have flown to Manila with Treasury Secretary Reagan, CIA economist.
1:10:38 Professor Frank Higdon and attorney Lawrence Krieger. The purpose of the meeting, according to Marcos' aid, was to convince Marcos to turn over 73,000 metric tons of gold. Casey and Regan were giving Marcos a last chance. Regan reportedly told Marcos that if he signed over the gold in return for 80% of the value in U.S. debt instruments,
1:11:07 20% in cash, sensing that the end was nigh. Marcos wanted 80% in cash, only 20% in debt instruments. When haggling proved fruitless, the professor told Marcos he would be out of power in two weeks. Indeed, weeks later, Marcos was sitting in Hawaii under house arrest. Marcos' aid the next
1:11:36 According to Marcus's aide, then came a few days after the meeting with Reagan, Casey, when an emissary from the Trilateral Commission, not joking, hand-delivered a confidential request to Marcus, asking him to contribute $54 billion in gold to a global development fund.
1:12:03 One source that was present said Marcos glanced at the ornate document and tossed it in the garbage. The emissary hurried back to the office of the Trilateral Commission to report the reaction. Three days later, Marcos was given a last ultimatum by Nevada Senator Paul Latzel, President Reagan's go-between. And keep in mind, he's the one that screwed the guy from Nevada out of all of his shit and then harassed him.
1:12:32 By then, Marcos was effectively under siege at the palace. He already had been diagnosed with lupus, had failing kidneys and liver. Marcos gave in, forfeiting his gold in return for being rescued by the U.S. Army. That evening, his gold, in quotes. That evening, barges were towed up to the palace.
1:13:01 and great quantities of gold bars were loaded on them from palace vaults and other vaults in the presidential security compound and other buildings. This went on all night and was witnessed by many people. At dawn, the barges were towed out into Manila Bay, and their ultimate destination was Subic Bay Naval Base, where it was said to have been put
1:13:28 into munitions bunkers and then aboard U.S. Navy vessels. What happened to the gold thereafter is hard to say because the U.S. government has not ever publicly audited any of its gold since 1950 and only admits to having eight metric tons. That evening U.S. Army helicopters swarmed the gardens of the palace and took the Marcos family out. To their surprise the Marcos was not taking
1:13:57 taken from the palace to their family estate they were taken eventually to hawaii and placed under house arrest the meldo was saying that we weren't rescued we were kidnapped and that's not the first time that they've done that she said u.s custom agents seized gold worth um and gold certificates that she was carrying on her personal self
1:14:25 The official list prepared by customs did not mention any of the gold. Oh, isn't that weird? She claimed that the U S treasury admitted confiscating the certificates, but said its experts had determined all of them were fake. Remember the fake gold certificates from the beginning where the Japanese said they had like clerical errors on them. So they were fake. And so now it got used against them. That's hilarious. What somebody still has them and they are real.
1:14:58 As we've seen, it is routine procedures to denounce the gold certificates as counterfeit even when they're real. This is a universal practice form of confiscation. One wonders why wealthy people continue to entrust their gold to banks. Don't do it. Treasury Secretary Reagan certainly was not telling what happened to all of the gold they confiscated. He and CIA Director Casey
1:15:28 had to resign in disgrace for their part in the money laundering and gun running during Iran-Contra. Well, there's some of it. Casey's prominence in the Iran-Contra scandal kept us from fully appreciating his other role in making clandestine use of the Japanese plunder to manipulate foreign governments and finance all of the militia. And they use the word militia. It's actually Operation Gladio. Why did Imelda...
1:15:57 And Ferdinand insists upon moving their black gold to banks controlled by other people. When in doing so, they forfeited everything. In Hawaii, they discovered that they could no longer access the gold that they had taken such pains to hide offshore. Their accounts were blocked on the pretense that he was investigated for corruption. So he ended up exactly where he should have.
1:16:29 The irony, this was the position of the U.S. government, which had been in bed with Marcos for 30 years. So he's the bad guy, not the U.S. government, who basically had set him up in power. The Swiss government took a more realistic position by simply denying that Marcos had any money in Swiss banks at all. Bankers all over the world said they do nothing about Marcos' accounts.
1:16:55 When they could no longer pay their bills in Hawaii, Ferdinand asked a friend, Zobel, for a small loan of $250 million to tide them over. According to Zobel, Marcos showed him gold certificates to prove that he could pay the loan back, the certificates that had not been seized by the U.S. Customs. These two were later pronounced as fraudulent. A few months later, looking increasingly jaundiced, Marcos set out for a...
1:17:24 large order of McDonald's for himself and his friends. In the midst of his meal, he choked on a piece of Big Mac. Sorry, shouldn't be laughing. The next morning, he was hospitalized for a collapsed lung, remaining on life support until his death. So McDonald's killed him. I've said that they're not healthy at all. And so ended one of the most corrupt relationships in Washington history. However...
1:17:55 Santee was dead. Marcos was dead. In May of 87, Casey was dead. But leaders of many private organizations that make up the enterprise knew lots of war gold remained in the ground in the Philippines and laying dormant in Santee's worldwide bank accounts. So they decided to see if they could recover some of it from the grounds or the bank.
1:18:23 Not knowing exactly where to look, the John Birch Society urged them to contact Robert Curtis to see if he was willing to play ball again. That's where we end chapter 13. So we've got two more chapters to do, chapter 14 and chapter 15, and we'll be done. Chapter 14 is called Loose Cannons, and we will start that on Tuesday.
1:18:55 night. So be prepared. This week, we're going to be done with this book. So let me go through some of y'all's shout outs here. And let's see if we got what we want to talk about here. Thank you. Unfortunately, SR71, who says, I love it when you smile.
1:19:24 Most of the stories that we tell does not allow you to smile. They're pretty morbidly gross. So I don't get a lot of chance to smile when I'm doing this. Let's see what else we got. Bridget, I wouldn't want to be in their shoes on judgment day. No, you're right. If you believe in God, these guys are definitely roasting in hell. That's for sure.
1:19:59 Let's see. From Wiki. Oh, that's where we were talking about Bunnell. List of conflicts of interest. Halliburton. I'll post live links. Thank you, Bridget. Black Rocks Financial Private Military called Blackwater is what you're talking about. Donnie Vision. Yeah. Blackwater was ran by Betsy DeVos's brother.
1:20:33 Seems to me corporations are happy to comply. We've changed names and are based in Saudi, I think. That's apropos. I just asked my man, he said Blackwater was, they hire ex-special ops and a lot of Intel. Actually, one of my best friends who is an Intel officer.
1:21:03 We were assigned to Italy together. He went to work for Blackwater. He's now working for another private military intel entity in Virginia. But he worked at Blackwater. They, ironically enough, the CIA has blimps. Those blimps are on the backside of Elizabeth city coast guard station. Sure. That's not awkward at all. And.
1:21:34 Blackwater has a blimp facility right next to the CIA blimp facility. All in the family. Look at you, Bridget's out there digging. Nigeria charges Dick Cheney in Halliburton bribery case. We'll have to look into that one. Let's see. Yeah, the article's from 2010 and his daughter ends up in Congress.
1:22:14 Nothing to see there. So, Brenda, that's a good question. How much of it was involving Ronald Reagan or George H.W. Bush? Let me just say this. Unequivocally, if you're the president, you're accountable. So government works, whether you're in the military or a civilian in-government employee. Whoever's in charge is responsible. End of story.
1:22:47 Ronald Reagan is responsible for everything George H.W. Bush did. Everything. He hired him. He never fired him. And he gave him work to do. OK, so that's number one. Number two, if you go back and you look where Reagan came from, Reagan was funded in his governor run by.
1:23:17 Lou Wasserman, who basically ran a mafioso version of syndicate business in LA. Ronald Reagan, when he first was working with Wasserman, was the Screen Actors Guild president. He, Ronald Reagan, as the president of their union, gave Wasserman
1:23:49 a waiver that he could act both as a movie studio and a representative of movie actors, which had never been allowed because that's a conflict of interest. You cannot act as movie representatives with the movie industry that you also own. See that? So Ronald Reagan allowed him to do that and did not give anybody else a waiver.
1:24:18 He set Wasserman up. That was his payback or his future payment of his sponsorship to run for governor. So basically Reagan was an agent of Wasserman's. Okay. Wasserman then funds him to be the governor. Wasserman also was his biggest contributor to run for president. You see? So with him buying Reagan,
1:24:48 way back when he bought a governor and he bought a president. So Reagan was on the take the entire time. I don't know if he was on the take with other people. This is unequivocally true. I watched the campaign contributions that substantiate all of that. So Reagan is 100% responsible, no matter how you look at it.
1:25:21 Let's see. Bush was CIA before he was the VP. That's true. And, you know, Steve, you might be right. Reagan. So we know JFK got into office illegitimately, that his dad was bribing mafia people to get out to vote. And he barely won. Right. It was like one hundred twenty thousand votes.
1:25:53 on the popular vote, and then, of course, the electoral college. So he did not vote. It was not like an overwhelming mandate for JFK over Nixon back then. But once JFK got into office, he governed responsibly. He wanted people to be free. He fired Alan Dulles. Who knows why he hired him? Because he didn't have to keep him.
1:26:22 It was his first personnel announcement once he, like the day after the election, he told Allen Dulles he got to keep his job. The next day, first personnel position. And then within like a year, he had fired him because of the Bay of Pigs crap. So apparently JFK may have had some issues, but once he got elected, he definitely changed. So I am not.
1:26:53 beyond the point of considering that Reagan definitely was on the take when he came in, 100%. Now, once he was in, did he question some of the things that was going on? Possibly. Was the assassination attempt a shot across the bow to say, stop it? Possibly. I don't know that we'll ever know that, but you can definitely make that argument. And I do think that anybody would be wrong in throwing that out.
1:27:21 as a possibility. Let's see. Imelda had a spending problem. Well, she didn't have a spending problem, actually. She didn't overspend. She spent money that she had. It wasn't legitimate money, but I mean, it's not like she was charging it like the U.S. government does.
1:27:58 Black gold, black rock. You know, Brenda, that's an excellent point. That's very interesting. Yeah, SR-71, I don't think that's what she was saying. I don't think she's saying it literally equals that. But figuratively, it is possible that black rock named, because, you know, gold looks like...
1:28:27 rocks of gold. Um, you could definitely make that analogy. Um, there, I see what you did, Brenda. Um, yeah, I do find, um, Tara, the connection of Richard Nixon going to China at the same time that China's being bought off, um, to leave CIA's project Taiwan alone, not a coincidence at all. Um,
1:29:05 Yeah. Don't even get me started on the panda bears. Let's see. Given who owns BlackRock, you can count on it. Yeah. Let's see. So the CIA is why China has been able to become a superpower. So the US in general is the reason why.
1:29:44 Israel stole a bunch of our technology and sold it to China in order for China to build the technology for them. So there's just so much there. China could never have gotten a superpower status without being given most favorable trade status ever, which was Clinton. Between Nixon and Clinton.
1:30:17 Um, they said, and it was during Clinton that Laurel, L-O-R-A-L, um, a company, a Jewish owned company. And the reason why I say that is because of the Israel at the time was stealing a bunch of ours. This is the whole time Jonathan Pollard, all of that was going on. A lot of spying by Israel on the United States. Laurel was a.
1:30:43 Space radar and some other technology, ballistic missile, I want to say it was, was fined like $20 million for giving China our technology that they weren't allowed to have. There was so much of that going on. So unequivocally, but it wasn't just the CIA. The United States and Israel is the reason why China is where it's at. But keep in mind why.
1:31:13 Because you have the Soviet Union at the time in the mid to late 70s is starting to show signs of fracturing. You know, throughout the 80s, it was a basket case. And then in 91, it went away. The International Syndicate can't not have a boogeyman. So if you're going to see the demise of the Soviet Union, you have to create another communist menace.
1:31:44 At the same time, in the interim period, before China was able to be the menace that it is today, we blamed the radical Islamists. There always has to be somebody to blame for the terror attacks. Gladio is going to orchestrate in the benefit of the international syndicate. You have to have an enemy. So no matter what, they're going to create one, no matter how they have to do it.
1:32:14 Okay, let's see. China became a player because of heroin. So talk with Sally, you're right. Let's clarify that, SR71. China originally had the heroin coming in via London from India into...
1:32:46 basically to poison the Chinese people. And that gave birth to the KMT. And there was one other general before Chiang Kai-shek who basically took the ball and ran with it of dealing drugs, heroin. And when Mao comes to power, he kicks him out. He goes to Burma and then he goes to Taiwan.
1:33:14 China per se, mainland China, wasn't the real instigator of the heroin. That was Shanghai Czech, Taiwan. And I believe today that's the reason why we have this one China policy is because we actually say Taiwan's a separate company. We could no longer truthfully say that the drugs are coming from China because they're...
1:33:46 actually coming from Taiwan. Taiwan ended up with Chiang Kai-shek as their leader and the KMT army turning into a political party to back Chiang Kai-shek that they became the biggest distributor of heroin. So kind of China, but not. So we lost the art gallery. This is historical, not current. That's true.
1:34:21 The building was pocket changed for a mill. You're right about that. Just recently, there has been news about China buying up gold. Wonder if that gold is already there to start with. That's a good question, SR71. I don't know the answer to it. I don't know if it's the repatriation of the gold that had been left in those accounts all those years. Don't know. But I know a lot of it didn't get back to where it was supposed to be.
1:34:56 Let's see. China has expressed intent to return to the gold standard. Rainbow dollars. Let's see. Greenspan was in charge of the Federal Reserve during Reagan. Yeah. Yeah, that tells you a lot. Yeah, see, I don't buy that he wasn't president after he got shot, Beeman. I understand that sentiment, but you're sitting in the chair, dude. You get the responsibility.
1:35:38 I know I've sat in the chair, not the presidential chair, but as a commander. The buck stops with you. Let's see. Oh, gosh. Yeah, that's hilarious. All right. So Tuesday night, we're not doing 9 p.m. Sorry, we're doing 7 p.m.
1:36:18 I will also tell you, talk with Sally. Thank you, Sally, for the contribution. I appreciate it. Every little bit helps. I share this with Bridget and Liza just so that y'all know that. It keeps us in books, buying money so that we can better serve y'all and get you some good information.
1:36:45 So every penny is absolutely appreciated. Thank you very much. Let's see. Do I plan on posting on Locals? I don't know anything about Locals. Y'all, I just have to be honest with you. I'm so technology challenged that doing what I'm doing is by the grace of God. No kidding. So today somebody on X said, hey, when you do series that are not co-located,
1:37:16 I've been going through this coup change over a long period of time. And I started the other day, like on the 18th or something. And I think I did one on the 19th and then I did one today. The guy says, hey, if you make a post and then take the links of those things and put them all in one post and pin it so people can just go part one, part two. And I'm like, oh my gosh, that's a great idea. Literally, my brain doesn't think like that.
1:37:43 I'm so IT challenged, it's not even funny. So I can try to figure out locals or I can ask my daughter who just got a new job if she can come over and help. If y'all think it's worth it, I will absolutely do it because I want this information out everywhere. And yes, Lou Wasserman is related to Debbie Wasserman. I don't remember exactly how, but I did look that up.
1:38:14 Let's see, 808 France. Thank you so much for your contribution. Evidently, I was just seeing some of the other comments. You're in Hawaii. God bless you. And I'm going to assume, why do you have France in your name? You're going to have to fill me in on that one. I thought Clinton had a lot to do with technology transfers to China. Yes, he did.
1:38:43 Yes, he did. Do you remember the whole failed space launch thing that they had going on? I was actually at the Pentagon when that was going on. Oh, he's a fiasco. Let's see. So BlackRock says they have mining programs.
1:39:07 which is very interesting. I wonder if BlackRock owns part of Rio Tinto because Rio Tinto is like one of the biggest mining companies in the entire world. So I know BlackRock has to have some part. That's probably the mining programs they're invested in. Israel got caught shipping cruise missiles to China. So there's a lot of speculation that between South Africa and China,
1:39:36 during the creation of the Israeli nuclear program that they pretend they don't have, that they were providing stolen technology they got from us to those two countries to test the nuclear weapons that they now have.
1:39:58 that um couldn't be attributed back to them so there are people who believe that the entire nuclear program that china has came from israel which came from stolen secrets from us i've read that in two different books and they make a dang good argument of that that's true um
1:40:25 Let's see. The irony of a big man killing him. I know. That's the one thing about all of these books. The little tidbits of our history that's hilarious gets missed. And there's always something ironic or whatever about all of this once you start figuring out what our real history is. Roosevelt's made their money in the opium wars in China. Yes.
1:40:55 Those were actually called the Boxer Rebellions, at least the ones that the UK fought. Let's see. Thank you, Beeman. We're here to educate. That's what we do. Share our knowledge. I can teach you locals. Okay, Sally, you're on. We could do a stream yard and I could teach you. All right, girl. We're on it.
1:41:28 I will make that date. Do you think the rainbow currency will ever come to fruition? I honestly think that we are going to go back to a gold-backed currency. So I just think we are. I don't believe in that Nasera kind of stuff. But I do believe we are going to see a reset.
1:41:59 our financial system is going to get fixed. And it may be like you said, SR 71 through the bricks, pulling people off of the dollar and it being able to reset in that format will be part of that solution. But I think at some point we all have to go into a comprehensive gold back system.
1:42:33 Let's see. I just asked this on your truth page. Is there a place where you list all of the books you recommend? It would be huge. Oh, you know what? That's a great idea. I was thinking about, okay, so let me just tell you the Vic 58, you have to get Paul Williams book. That really is the most critical starting point to all of this that I will recommend a list of books.
1:43:03 um that's a great idea we need to have the colonel's corner um recommended reading list what a great idea hold on i gotta make myself a note so i don't forget in the morning i will definitely work on that um just give me one second to make myself a note um reading list that is such a great idea this is so why i wanted to do this you guys are so good um
1:43:35 Thank you for that. All right. And I will post the pinned recommended reading list on both True Social and X. So y'all have it. And I will kind of do it in an order that will make sense as far as the revelations go. But keep in mind also that on this Rumble channel, we've done book reviews for most of those books.
1:44:08 well, several of the books, not most of them, because I've read like 20 on this subject. And I think we've only book reviewed like three or four of them. And then we did some application like One Nation Under Blackmail, Whitney Webb's, just to see if reading it again, because I'd already read it, revealed more stuff to us with our Gladio classes on, which of course it did. Everything does now. So I will give you like...
1:44:35 what it is, which is the couple of Operation Gladio books specifically, then a couple of that dealt with the history that goes back to the late 1800s. And I will label them the historical aspect of Operation Gladio, the creation of Operation Gladio, and then maybe the application of it where you can actually walk through. There's several books that talk about actual operations and regime changes.
1:45:03 Again, a lot of those books will not actually use the term Operation Gladio. You just have to understand from your understanding of what it is and how it plays out, which is the history and the actual concept. Then you have now earned your glasses. And when you read the other ones talking about regime change, even though they don't use the word, just like what we were talking about here, they'll refer to it as paramilitary or they'll refer to it as.
1:45:31 a stay behind unit, or some refer to it as the anti-communist rebels or whatever. Those are all just different names for Operation Gladio. Let's see. Yes, I was wondering the same thing. Hello, Liza. They just crashed the dollar by stealing Russian assets. And so let me explain that, Liza. That's a great point.
1:46:02 In the law that they just passed, given all of our money away, there was a provision that allowed the frozen... Okay, so let's go back. Y'all should all know that our government believes it has the authority to freeze people's assets and countries' assets. On the international...
1:46:26 market. They also believe, like in the case of South Korea, that they can pick up the phone to the South Korea Central Bank and say, hey, all of that Iranian money that's in your bank that we have nothing to do with, we don't want you to allow them to have it anymore. And then South Korea, because they depend on us and know they'll get their ass kicked if they disobey us, will go, oh, hey, Iran, sucks to be you, but I can't give you your money even though it's in our bank and it's yours.
1:46:55 Right. So that's called freezing of assets. So that's what actually Biden basically did. He called South Korea and says, hey, you can give them back their money. It was never our money. We had no authority to tell them to freeze it because it's not our money. We should have had no role in that at all. And I'm not saying good things or bad things about Iran. I don't give a crap. I'm just telling you, we should not be the global bank.
1:47:25 teller. So we, when a long time ago, but more extensively after the special military operation into Ukraine, froze even more Russian assets all over the world to include in the United States. And in that bill, it said that
1:47:51 The U.S. government now has the ability to confiscate that, not just put a freeze on it and say sometime when we decide you're not a bad guy, you can have your shit back, that they're actually going to confiscate that asset, that gold, that cash, that whatever it is, and they're going to use it for Ukraine, which is just flat out.
1:48:20 And when you do that, you destabilize the entire network of anything that's underpinned by the U.S. dollar because you just undermined your global authority, period. If a country sees that you did that, it's one thing just to say, hey, we're going to put a hold on it and you're going to get it back. It's just a matter of when we decide you can have it back. But for you to take it and steal it, that's.
1:48:49 a step too far. It's all a step too far. That's like jumping off the freaking deep end. And that's going to cause a run on the US dollar of people trying to get rid of it in order to avoid the United States government doing that to them. Liza's absolutely right. Very, very bad thing. I am on Telegram. I don't go on there very often. I almost hardly never use it. Again, because I just don't have time.
1:49:21 It's hard enough for me to post one of these posts to tell you what I'm reading. Besides doing these book reviews, I want to get as much information out to y'all as I can every day. And then posting that link on all of those other things, I just run out of time, quite frankly. I should use Telegram much more, I know, because a lot of people are on it. And I used to have a fairly,
1:49:52 big audience on there and I used to be on it all the time. But when True Social started, I kind of went all in on True Social and then realizing there's still a lot of normies out on X, I felt that we needed to put a presence there as well and kind of work up the account so we can get
1:50:16 this information to people because it's so important. And it's paid off in big dividends. I mean, just like I was telling y'all at the beginning of the show, being on a few of those spaces, that's how I found Alpha Warrior. We now have almost half a million people that have viewed one or more of our videos we've done with Alpha Warrior. So the word's getting out, guys. Let's see.
1:50:47 I'm addicted to your book reviews. Thank you, Christy. Love it. I agree. I think this is a forum and I'm glad I got talked into doing it that we can all coalesce and learn. Let's see. Okay. So I am going, I'm working with somebody right now to develop a t-shirt for Gladio glasses.
1:51:19 I'll take your suggestion of pins. I think that's going to be a little bigger deal, but we're going to have a Gladio Glasses t-shirt of some kind. I'm still figuring it out, but we're going to have one. Let's see. Superstar like Williams tennis. Yeah. Frogger, you're not going to get me in on that one. I don't know about that. I think that whole...
1:51:56 I think that whole thing is weird. But I can't argue with you. Let's see. I do think the confiscation will push people to bricks. I absolutely agree. That would not surprise me, Liza, that we're paying portage fees for yachts that we've confiscated. I wouldn't be at all surprised if they're being used, quite frankly. That's how criminal these people are.
1:52:33 Let's see. Setting a precedence will be a boomerang. I agree. All right, everybody. I appreciate y'all being here. I think I got through all of the comments. Again, I really appreciate you being here. Thanks for the contributions. And y'all have a good Monday and I will see you Tuesday. Oh, and I did want to let everybody know, I am going to, you know, this weekend has been the Badlands Media.
1:53:02 um, event in Dallas. And, um, two things are coming up. I will be at a movie premiere. They did a documentary that they're running a premiere. They did the first one at the Dallas, um, convention they just held. Um, there's another one tomorrow night, um, a little South of here near, um, Fort Myers. I'm going to drive down for that. So I will see people like stormy Patriot Joe and can con and a few others down there.
1:53:32 And then on May 1st at noon, Cynthia Chung, whose book we reviewed, The Empire on Which the Black Sun Never Sets, I'm doing a podcast with her and her husband.
1:53:48 and The Ghost of Patrick Henry on Badlands. That's May 1st at noon. So if y'all want to put that on your calendar, that one will be fascinating. I'm a huge fan of hers and I'm really looking forward to picking their brains. So we're just going to basically talk about Operation Gladio.
1:54:09 So anyway, I hope y'all are available for that. And we do have a few more coming up. I will get that information out to you guys. And I'll give you a report on the documentary I see tomorrow night on Tuesday night. So thanks again for being here. And I will check in with y'all on Tuesday.
