Hello everybody! We'll wait till X populates a little bit and we'll get started. SR's over here already posting. Get in X, SR! So we can get started. All right, we're on chapter 21 called The Coup. Where are you, SR? All right, there he is.
1:15
Now we can officially get started. My co-host is here. Bridget is not going to be here today. So we're going to wing it without her. All right. The author says that this chapter is his interpretation of what he labels the Great Heroin Coup.
1:47
He says that the coup itself, which transferred control of the heroin gold mine from one part of the world to another, was orchestrated. And through the chapters that we've already reviewed, it does appear that way. This is what he found essential to making that proclamation.
2:11
Prior to the coup, Lansky's syndicate narcotics boss, Santo Traficani Jr., had made the necessary arrangements in Southeast Asia and Mexico prior to starting the war on the Corsican mafia. Traficani's old partner, the CIA, had long since assumed control over the Golden Triangle opium smuggling.
2:43
using people like Ed Lansdale and Lucien Koenig. In 1971, when the coup's execution was seriously underway, Cuban exiles, partners as well, well, maybe not partners, at least useful soldiers, because they weren't necessarily cut in on the big money, appeared in the White House on these special groups.
3:19
that the Nixon administration was putting together, including E. Howard Hunt, who basically in many respects was kind of the handler for that group of people, along with his CIA duties. Through a succession of bureaucratic reorganizations, the White House had basically assumed control via the newly established DEA.
3:52
and all of their little task force, the U.S. narcotics officials waged an all-out war on the Corsicans and made arrangements with Turkey to stop opium growing, forcing the emphasis to be placed in Southeast Asia. When the Corsican mafia was neutralized, the narcotics enforcement apparatus was suddenly reorganized.
4:25
into forming the DEA. Shortly after, heroin began flowing into the United States in large quantities. The CIA infiltration of the DEA through their dirty dozen, co-located with B.R. Fox, grabbed control of the Latin American political apparatus, basically using Operation Condor-type tactics to
4:56
have control over the cocaine network as well. The White House protected Robert Vesco, who was a central figure in all of it, including gun running and a large contributor to Richard Nixon. He goes on to assert that there was a syndicate, that the White House, the CIA, and special lobby groups were all in on it.
5:34
He first focuses on the Lansky syndicate represented by Santo Traficani and the Cuban exiles. He says in addition to his motives shared by the CIA, Traficani had many other reasons to take part. Cheaper heroin. He wanted the Corsicans out because they were basically competition. Traficani's
6:11
mob, mafia, whatever you want to call it, didn't want to see a repeat of what had just gone on, which again, he doesn't talk about it, but it was basically the Syntac. Syntac had been operating for the previous five years and was making major arrests all over the globe. So he couldn't have that. What were the possibilities for Traficani's
6:48
playing an active role in the coup's execution, apart from preparation of the Southeast Asia Theater. Without the help of the CIA and lobbies that they were funding, none of this could have happened. And then he goes on to say that during 1971, Marcel Bucan and his shrimp boats
7:24
were seized in February of 1972 en route to Traficanis, Florida. And again, I explained that was part of Syntax's operation. So then he asks a question. How guilty was Richard Nixon who presided over the heroin coup? The author believes that he was definitely actively involved.
7:55
and provided a useful tool for all of it. Pointing out this fact was his close association with the Cuba lobby, with people connected to Lansky and Traficani and Robert Vesco. He also points out that the large array of Cuban exiles that was in that orbit was extraordinary.
8:32
He says that the Cubans would never have supported him with donations, demonstrations, and votes had he actually been a part of disassembling the heroin network. Richard Nixon had lots of friends in South Florida because doing so would have been digging his own grave. What, if any, were his personal gains?
9:11
In a book called The Hoffa Wars, it says this, quote, a former Nixon aide not privy to the Haig investigation says that one of his associates in the White House mentioned to him sometime during the impeachment summer that someone high up, maybe the White House chief of staff, General Alexander Haig, was interested in Nixon's possible organized crime involvements.
9:40
That conversation included a massive payoff from those in the Army Service Club scandals in Vietnam during 69 or 1970. The aide says that the Service Club ripoffs involved the mafia and millions of dollars, and that the main focus of the interest by someone high up in the White House was on rather the top mafia guy.
10:08
who ran all of those things in Southeast Asia, had made payoffs to Nixon. The crime figure, he says, was the one who was apparently known as the so-called mastermind or architect of the Southeast Asian drug trade, who was very powerful and well-known. According to government narcotics experts, the central figure
10:37
in the narcotics trafficking with Santo Trafficani, unquote. And it's interesting that he brings up Alexander Haig. If you go back and you look at his history, he is one of the least talked about central figures across decades of nefarious shit. We probably should do a whole show on him.
11:10
He goes on to say that within the CIA, there remained powerful groups that focused on Latin America and Southeast Asia. And we have documented the overlap of both of them back to the OSS. He says that the China-Cuba lobby has traditionally been one of the most influential.
11:44
inside the cia 100 focused on narcotics well not 100 i'd beg to differ a little bit they like their assassinations too so we'll just leave it at that in addition the cia's new official policy there was it manifests itself in such matters as manipulation of the dea to perform what previously had been done
12:23
as CIA dirty work. And it's very interesting that the DEA was doing it under the auspices of CIA that had been placed in the DEA. The evidence suggests that sources behind the unofficial policy were able to place many of their loyal CIA agents in the DEA and in private intelligence agencies like Intertel.
12:55
which we will be covering tomorrow night on the Alpha Warrior Show. That's a crazy story. And Wackenhut. And yes, there's overlap between the two, where they continued their task of letting the agency wash its hands and use them as a front, particularly inside the United States, but not exclusively, as you're going to find out tomorrow night.
13:29
Intelligence is still gathered by the CIA or created, as the case may be, but the dirtiest operations were handed off to these third parties that were filled with quote-unquote former CIA agents. Weird how that happens repeatedly. This implies that a renegade CIA faction
14:01
now runs an independent secret service aided by lobby interest that is even more powerful. And the author, interestingly enough, calls it the third force, you know, like the third way. The author says that he came up with only one lobby group with the relevant motives and all of the power to orchestrate this worldwide network. You'll never guess.
14:37
who he pins this on, the World Anti-Communist League, where all of the Gladio people were hanging out and the Operation Condor people were hanging out. That World Anti-Communist League. He says, we call it WACL, so we don't have to say World Anti-Communist League. WACL can mobilize CIA agents closely associated with any of these lobbies.
15:09
China lobby, Cuba lobby, Chilean lobby. In other words, Gladio and Condor, all fortified with Nazis. Imagine a Nazi organization in the World Anti-Communist League was 100% created by former Nazis and fascists. Or I should just say...
15:39
Nazis, because they're not former Nazis. They created a large contingency of former agents of the Galen organization. You mean the Nazi German CIA? Yeah, that one. The one that handed off the entire Stay Behind Network called Gladio to Allen Dulles? Yes, that same guy.
16:17
E. Howard Hunt was clearly the China-Cuba-Latin American lobby man. He literally jumped from one to the other to the other. He is a constant as well as many others, but he definitely was one of the front guys. He was also tied to Wackle. It was also true that William F. Buckley, Hunt's close friend for 20 years,
16:48
and the godfather of his children, yes, that close, was one of WACL's top U.S. supporters. Also connected to these lobby groups was Lucian Koenig and the State Department former intelligence chief turned CIA guy, Ray Klein, who attended Taiwan WACL affiliated meetings.
17:24
routinely. Hunt and Koenig were the vital forces behind the White House Great Heroin Coup, secured the Cuban exiles their necessary footing, and got his friend Bernard Barker and Manuel Artime to set up hit teams to kidnap and murder anybody that got in their way. According to Frank Sturgis, those traffickers
18:01
included members of the Auguste Record and Christian David Networks. In other words, the Corsican Mafia. Hunt persuaded Egal Crow, Croft, to bring CIA agents into the White House Narcotics Task Force. He also told him that he knew key CIA officers who would temporarily detach from the agency and be sheep-dipped.
18:33
into this new liaison group, both in the soon-to-be-created DEA and the White House. It was Hunt who recommended Lucien Koenig to head the group called the Dirty Dozen inside the DEA. Koenig's close friend, Mitch Warble III, told journalist Jim Hoogan of my other book that I'm reading right now.
19:05
that he found it difficult to believe that a lifelong spy of Koenig's stature could ever really leave the CIA because they don't. Warble quite naturally held open the possibility that Koenig's DEA job was a sheep dipping opportunity of the CIA, which it was. The desire to help his old friends in Southeast Asia and Latin America was not.
19:38
the CIA's only motive for promoting the heroin coup. The author then goes on to say that several of the de Gaulle-ists in France, including their loyalists in the SDECE and their tricksters, were arch enemies of the CIA because they supported Charles de Gaulle, Algeria's freedom, and were
20:14
definitely against the stay-behind network embedded in the OAS and many members of the disloyal SDECE, which is the French's CIA. You can imagine the CIA joining forces with George Papadou and other forces to crush them inside of France.
20:46
You don't even have to imagine it because it's documented. In 1973, the Corsicans finally pushed out of the picture the White House reorganized to create the DEA. Almost immediately, heroin began flowing into the U.S. from new sources. And it was exponentially more.
21:15
Inside the new DEA was the intelligence function for the customs that had formerly been outside of the BNDD, the former organization before the DEA was created, but it was folded into the newly formed DEA. Suddenly, the White House had stepped in, created this big shakeup, and then began their propaganda campaign.
21:48
That was saying that all of the heroin was coming in from Mexico when they knew that was a lie. The emergence of the DEA was the next to last phase of this coup. Hunt and Koenig, CIA agents, moved into DEA intelligence and operations. Koenig located the dirty dozen CIA agents into his special operations group.
22:17
The Dirty Dozen was officially created on paper to combat the narcotic smugglers. Well, if that's their chartered reason, they suck at it. And the proof is in the pudding, as they say. Their function is what they do. And what they did was not that. There were all types of assassinations that accompanied this transition.
22:53
Koenig's forces were apparently directed, for the most part, against a small-time independent group of networkers doing narcotics, taking out additional competition. The biggest Cuban network, Santo Traficantes, were untouched. Miami's 1974-75 murder wave in Little Havana might...
23:28
even have been connected to this. It was. We've read about that in other books. The victims had opposed Orlando Bosch's drive to power because he's a part of the approved network. Also a member of this new approved network, of course, was Santel Traficani and Robert Vesco. They were fine. The political phase of the heroin
24:06
coup, according to the author, began with the DEA's 1974 takeover of the CIA's Latin America torture and repression apparatus. That would be the USAID's Office of Public Safety. That led to the creation of CORU, C-O-R-U, Bosch's Terrorist Mercenary Army. The DEA, or at least the part that the CIA was in control of,
24:44
protected the narcotics dealers. They, in turn, ran drugs, weapons, and shared in the financial windfall. The paramilitary groups worked hand in hand with the CIA trained through USAID Office of Public Safety, Latin American police and military forces, creating death squads, teaching people how to torture and kidnap.
25:17
any dissident that they had on their list. Much of this was supervised both by the CIA and their infiltrated DEA partners. The infiltration of DEA and their assignments of agents caused violent splits within the Bureau. One wing carries out guns for drugs and protection programs.
25:52
while the other desperately tried to reveal it. We know what happened to them. They got stuck in broom closets or fired. During all of this, you had the operations of people like Cecilia Falcon going on. Had it not been for Syntac, it would have continued indefinitely.
26:33
He then says that the use of drug profits to finance this terrorism has been placed in a new perspective by revelations of the Cuban exile teamwork with European and Latin American fascists under the guise of WACL. And what's so interesting about this is he just described Operation Gladio without ever mentioning.
27:09
Operation Gladio. The Miami Conspiracy, Chapter 22. In the spring of 76, the author traveled to France to see what he could find out about Christian David, the Ben Barca affair, and the heroin coup. Once he had all of this figured out, he wanted to travel to France to find sources to either confirm or disprove.
27:44
his hypothesis. The first person that he talked to was Patrice Chernoff, the author of several articles and documentaries about this whole fiasco. The disclosures of the SAC activities caused a sensation in France.
28:20
A former SAC and later narcotics agent, Cherhoff appeared to have come over to the socialist camp as he was now employed as a journalist in what they referred to as a left-wing French newspaper. It wasn't actually left-wing. It was someone that was exposing.
28:49
what they are preferably calling the right wing. So when you do that, you are automatically labeled left wing. Cherov told the author that he knew a great deal about Christian David. Cherov himself had been in Venezuela when Christian David sought to infiltrate a movement in Venezuela.
29:25
And keep in mind, during this time, Venezuela is under the control of CIA, has a huge contingent of USAID, Office of Public Safety, and all of this. This is way before Chavez ever came to be even talked about. He said that they were gun running and was an important part.
29:50
of david's latin american operations in drug trafficking which of course we know because the national guard cartel de los soles was controlled by the cia paid for by the cia and jeff bush was money laundering for this entire operation in his first job in a bank in venezuela he knew of proof that christian david had murdered george figon in connection
30:22
with the ben barca affair christian david had retained the murder weapon a 32 caliber ruby automatic which was found in his arsenal when he was arrested in brazil it was now in the custody of americans he said david is a psychopath a born killer who goes berserk at the sight of blood that's an interesting combination so they met
30:57
And then they agreed that they would meet again a couple of days later. In the meantime, he tried to get a hold of some documents and other information. When I mentioned my trying to run down Daniel Goering, Chernoff suggested that they get together to see the journalist. That evening, he had met with a man called Claude, who was a fugitive in France.
31:29
He was a former military officer and Gladio OAS terrorist. He had been part of a Commando Delta unit that had been working in Algeria against President Charles de Gaulle. He had witnessed the demolition of the headquarters there. He had also taken part in a murder plot.
31:56
against Charles de Gaulle and had been sentenced to death after his arrest in 1962. Years later, when de Gaulle decided to pardon all of the people in the OAS that had been sentenced to death and not yet put to death, he was released. When he spoke, Claude was commuting between Switzerland and Spain. Yes, Spain, where Otto Skorzeny hangs out as the paladin
32:28
Gladio trainer. Of course, there were other OAS figures in Spain, and he even mentions that he was an agent of Paladin, Otto Skorzeny Nazi group. That was his group, Otto Skorzeny. Paladin was his. He also was a member of the Spanish DGS, which was their Gladio element.
33:07
During the conversation overheard by the author's assistant, Claude made no secret of having been one of the sources for the guy that the author is talking to originally. He had been...
33:34
Claude had been a DGS agent in 1972 when, as described earlier, SAC leader Charles Lascaux fled to Spain and was captured by Spanish intelligence. He had with him the SAC's archives, which a DGS agent photographed before they allowed his extradition to France.
34:03
because you always have to have more intel than your buddies claude goes on to say quote at the moment i am working for people quite seriously on the rise again in french politics unquote though he wouldn't go any further he did say there was a powerful coalition centered around former oas agents meaning gladio that they had significant political clout in france
34:40
Claude's description of Christian David clashed with Cheroff's. Quote, that he murdered 54 people in Algeria is an exaggeration. David was neither better nor worse than any of his compatriots. He could appear to be no more dangerous than a common criminal. He is cool, calculating, and intelligent. He has no politics. He puts money first always.
35:13
But he is also a gangster and people revere him, unquote. Claude knew more about Christian David than he was willing to let on, as we discovered after a few more drinks. He then told us that he would soon be off on a mission that had a lot to do with Christian David. Claude's benefactor was interested in knowing just who was regularly sending David funds. So he was going to America.
35:45
to find out at the scheduled future meeting when that came about Chernoff phoned the author to say that um the peop the person that the author wanted to interview was out of town but he himself would be interested in a meeting so the author shows up at the appointed time and no one else shows up he gets a phone call after waiting two hours it was Chernoff
36:23
He apologized. He was at an important meeting with one of his contacts and included among the topics of conversation, the author's investigation and the possibility of getting additional confidential material. They were going to meet the following evening. That night, the author phoned Daniel Guerin, despite Chernoff's claim that he was away.
36:54
That was a lie. He was there. He answered the phone. He'd gone nowhere. And he was mad that Cheroff had lied about him. So they set up a meeting the following day. It was to coincide with Cheroff's meeting. The next morning, he went to see. When he arrived, he was visibly upset. Following our conversation, the following the.
37:29
the evening prior to set up this meeting, he had met with his U.S. Embassy contact who informed him that Cheroff had spent the entire afternoon in the office of the DEA inside the U.S. Embassy. The agent he met with was Paul Knight. That was the contact with which Cheroff had discussed.
37:58
the author's investigation. So he's talking to the author and then immediately runs to the local DEA guy in the U.S. embassy to rat on him. Guerin also said that his friend had told him not to believe the garbage about Christian David having the murder weapon on him when he was captured and it presently being in the custody of Americans.
38:28
In the following hours, Guerin supplied the author with much additional information and allowed me to read a letter that he had received from Christian David in prison. That evening, he went ahead to meet with Cheroff. He was a changed man. The helpfulness was gone, and he was pumping the author for information.
38:56
no doubt to return to the DEA agent at the U.S. Embassy. The author says that he didn't let on that he knew that he had met with the DEA. The meeting was short. He said that I would receive additional information the next day. Cheroff was not there the next day, and when I phoned his newspaper and publisher over the weekend, he was told that he had left Friday for an extended
39:30
vacation. In fact, Cherov did not show up at all the following week or the week after that. It was not until weeks after the author returned. Well, he went to Denmark after that. And it was then that an Italian magazine and French who followed up ran exposés of his escapades.
40:10
One of the writers who had been a leading force in European Nazism said that he had known Chernoff. His true name was Dominique Cowsey. By the age of 15, he belonged to a Nazi movement called June Nation. In 1961, he and a British Nazi, Cone Jordan,
40:44
had chartered an international Nazi movement. In 1962, he had been publishing a newspaper that was the mouthpiece of a nationalist socialist party. He had joined the SAC briefly in 68, but otherwise had operated inside the OAS. Gladio Chernoff, or Cowsey, depending on which name you want to use.
41:16
was also known by Yavan Dieter Cowsey. He had a couple other aliases too, as all Gladio operators did. And in 1971, he was in Greece. Oh, Greece, 71. That would have been when the CIA had couped Greece yet again and was in control of their government.
41:48
Yes, yes, he had been involved in Greece with the CIA and their Gladio program inside of Greece. That's crazy. And the author goes on to say that he had been involved in a thing called the World Service Press Bureau in Lisbon. Oh, that's another name for a genter press, by the way. There, Portugal's.
42:25
Gladio program. They had, according to the author, many stations in many countries. And according to Cheroff, if you believe him, their main headquarters for a genter press and all of their affiliates was located in Miami. They were running Gladio out of Miami? That's very interesting.
43:02
So on the afternoon of a day in April in 1976, the author was in the DEA. Excuse me. Let me back up. Cheroff, in April of 76, was in the DEA Paris office discussing the author's interest in Christian David.
43:40
Because they were afraid the author was going to find out the connection between Gladio elements in Europe and Miami and Latin America. The connections we've been talking about now for years. Chapter 23, the Miami conspiracy. Early in 1980, Alan Pringle, head of the DEA's office in Miami, told an AP reporter that Miami banks constituted the Wall Street.
44:13
of drug dealers. So, Patrice Chernoff's claim to the author that Miami was the main station for the fascist front organizations, i.e. Gladio, and their world service. The significance of Miami to international fascism remains one of America's best-kept secrets, except for us, because we already know all about it.
44:49
In June 76, Herve de Vathier, the financial director for Mirage jet manufacturer Marcel Dessault, spent a week in Miami together with soldier of fortune Gene Kay of Spain's Paladin Group. In other words, Paladin Group. Now, supposedly in 1975, Otto Skorzeny dies.
45:20
There's been some dispute about that. We'll just go with he died in 75. Paladin didn't go away. He had an entire entourage by that time because it had been going on for 30 years. Not Paladin per se, but his presence in Spain and cooking up this whole Gladio bullshit. So it wasn't going anywhere just because he happened to pass away. So Miami, soldier of fortune.
45:54
Gene Kay is in Miami as part of Paladin, who is the contracted trainer of the entire Gladio network. Not that there's not others, but that was the prime contractor. While there, they had several meetings with Cuban exiles, which again,
46:27
is more proof, not that we need it, that my assertion or conclusion three years ago when I went, holy shit, you are required to have Gladio operators to belong to NATO. Who are ours? The most obvious were the Cuban exiles because they fit the very description of domestic terrorist thanks to...
46:58
the tip-off from Lyman Lemonsker and using them in Operation Northwood. Confirmation that that's exactly what their role was. And here you have a Gladio operator out of Paladin meeting in Miami with Cuban exiles. Further proof not that we need it. Upon their return to France, the two disappeared with over 1.5 million in aircraft
47:32
It was then reported that the money went to support Christian Falangist who were fighting in Lebanon. They also believe that the corresponding French bank robberies that occurred in the immediate aftermath was using that same funding source to pay people to do these bank robberies.
48:06
On the weekend of 17 July 1976, 20 men set out on an expedition through the sewer system in Nice to the bank. There they stole $10 million. When the robbery's mastermind, Albert Spagari, was arrested in October, he ratted out La Cantina, a cover name for a coalition of
48:39
Spanish and Italian fascist, meaning Gladio. He also said that the group Paladin, Otto Skorzeny's group, financed the operation. A second sewer heist was executed in August of 76. This time, it was at a branch bank of the same bank. There, they stole $5 billion.
49:13
Immediately after the niece heist, Spagari traveled to the U.S. And who did he contact in the U.S.? The CIA. According to a source, he had also been in Miami just prior to the bank robbery. Sources, newspapers, not like minor reported reporters.
49:48
Large newspapers in France reported that the agency was compelled to pass on its information about Spangari to French authorities. In early 77, Spanish police arrested Jorge Sakarsky, an Argentina fascist belonging to AAA, their Gladio network. They also arrested Carlos Perez, a Miami-based
50:21
guessed it, Cuban exile, in connection with a string of murders of Spanish people in Spain. According to a Spanish newspaper, a large number of Cuban exiles were in Spain as part of a newly created entity that was referring to themselves as fascist international. You mean the...
50:54
Fascist international that's talked extensively about in the Madrid circular that was created right after Otto Skorzeny took up residency in Madrid. Yes, that fascist international.
51:27
Rengard, was in the U.S. seeking the support of Senator Strom Thurmond of South Carolina for an OAS coup in the Azores, which is Portugal. Because what had just happened in Portugal? Oh, they had a revolution and threw out the corrupt dictator that had been running Portugal, allowing a genter press in the CIA.
52:01
to roost in Portugal. This isn't the only book that talks about this, by the way. Strom Thurmond being pitched. You know, that's incredible. A sitting senator listening to a Gladio operator wanting support for a coup. Now you know why Reagan set up the National Endowment for Democracy? So these awkward meetings doesn't need to take place.
52:36
We can do it under the guise of democracy. And we can have sitting senators sit on the National Endowment for Democracy because they're all about democracy, right? And fund all this shit without these awkward meetings. He said the coup, if successful, would bring about a government that the U.S. could have control over militarily. According to an FBI investigation of Rengard,
53:11
On 19 November 1969, the Bureau had sent the Portuguese police a questionnaire on his connection to an OAS front. So the FBI knew this guy was a member of a Gladio unit in France and a Gentra Press in Portugal. The questions concerned a prior trip to Miami, during which he had a run-in.
53:46
with the law. When asked about Reingart's troubles, the State Department's Portugal desk officer in 1975, William Kelly, said, um, I prefer not to talk about that. What were European fascists doing in Miami? Why were Miami-based Cuban exiles executing contracts on young Spaniards? Why was the main station of the CIA-supported fascist international
54:20
and their front world service, why was that located in Miami? Why did the bank robber, Spangari, contact the CIA in the United States? Well, those are questions that's all easily answered if you've done the research that we've done. Miami is the center of a huge conspiratorial group whose personnel wind through the Bay of Pigs.
54:53
the JFK murder, the heroin coup, and all of the actions going on in Latin America and Europe, i.e. Gladio. To trace the route, we have to refer to an immediate aftermath of World War II. When the CIA began its close cooperation with Hitler's Reinhard Galen, the former
55:29
There's another player in here that I've seen mentioned several times. One of the white Russians, anti-communist guy, folded his organization in with Galen's in the early stages. His name was Andrei Vlasov. So you had white Russians inside of Galen's organization. And some people...
56:00
I've seen it documented in several books, suggests that at least one or two of those white Russians was actually not anti-communist. And their involvement in Galen's organization is what thwarted many of the CIA operations in Eastern Europe that we've read about, like the Albanian, where all of the people that were inserted were killed.
56:30
are captured, ones that were injected into Ukraine, Hungary, all of that met with no success. And a lot of people speculated, I've not seen any proof, but it does stand to reason that Galen's organization had been infiltrated. The headquarters of CIA Galen, staffed in the mid-50s with 4,000 full-time agents,
57:02
was near Munich. There, Galen had been in touch with not only the CIA, but this entire operation, Otto Skorzeny, all the Nazis in South America. The author goes on to say that Skorzeny had infiltrated the Spanish intelligence DGS. He actually ran it. I mean, I wouldn't say that he infiltrated it. It was set up under the auspices of all of the intelligence agencies.
57:38
in europe in coordination with the cia like the galen organization so on the onset set of the cold war galen's agents were recruited by the cia for assignment in the united states latin america and africa and we've covered many of those operations one agent was frank bender who also had an eight alias fritz swen
58:10
a key figure in the Bay of Pigs invasion. Carl Oglesby sees the origin of much of the CIA's sinister record and its alliance it forged almost immediately upon the birth. When Galen Organization and Operation Underworld, the Meyer Lansky Crime Syndicate, quote, everything after this, the Galen Alliance,
58:41
Operation Underworld was probably just a sequence of this merger. How can a naive, trusting, democratic republic give its secrets to crime and its innermost ear to the spirit of Central European fascism and expect not to see its constitution polluted, its traditions abused, and its consciousness of the surrounding world manipulated?
59:11
ultimately out of all realistic shape. You can't. He says that it's ironic that Europe's contribution to U.S. fascism is now returning home and threatening the continent in its conspiracy, still to this day. And most people refuse to acknowledge it. The forces Oglesby speaks of were united.

during and after the Bay of Pigs, and their bedfellows were big business. Oh, you mean like the International Syndicate? Yes. The Bay of Pigs invasion itself was not the most important phase in the development. It was CIA station JM Wave in its Operation 40, the agency's secret war on Cuba from the summer of 1961.
1:00:16
until at least 1965. For years, this conspiratorial powerhouse was forged in Miami. Station JM Wave was unique to the CIA's history, as attested to by Ray Klein. Quote, it was a real anomaly. It was run as if it were a foreign country, yet most of our agents were in Florida.
1:00:47
people just overlooked the fact that it was a domestic operation, unquote. With the start of its secret war, the new station became the agency's largest command post ever assembled. And it operated worldwide, not just against Cuba. Its annual budget that we know about was...
1:01:16
Upwards of $100 million a year. It had as many as 300 permanent employees assigned there. Not assets, just agents on our payroll. Most were case officers and they controlled upwards of 10 to 20 Cuban exiles per case officer.
1:01:51
It's a small army. Each major CIA station had at least, well, he's talking about the number assigned there. In Europe, all Cuban matters were routed through Frankfurt Station and then back to JM Wave. JM Wave covered anything and everything Cuban, meaning the Cuban exile gladio forces. Cuban representatives were shadowed in Japan.
1:02:30
In June of 76 in the Dominican Republic, the Cuban Action Movement, the Cuban National Liberation Front, Brigade 2506, and the Cuban Nationalist Movement merged into CORU. On July 5th, a bomb exploded.
1:02:56
at the offices of the Cuba's UN delegation. On July 9th, another went off at Kingston Airport in Jamaica in baggage about to be loaded into a Havana-bound flight. The next day, there was an explosion in Barbados. On July 17th, bombs went off at a Cuban airline office, an embassy in Bogota, Colombia. On July 23rd,
1:03:30
A Cuban technician was killed in Mexico trying to stop the abduction of the Cuban attache. On August 9th, terrorists kidnapped two diplomats assigned to the Cuban embassy in Buenos Aires. On August 18th, a bomb exploded in the Cuban office in Panama. On September 21st, Chile's former ambassador Orlando
1:04:00
Letier and his co-worker Ronnie Moffitt was killed in Washington, D.C. in a car bomb. On October 6th, another explosion gutted a Cuban airliner off Barbados, killing 73 people. On November 7th, one exploded at the Cuban offices in Madrid. On November 9th, kidnappers seized an Argentine employee out of the Cuban embassy.
1:04:33
Orlando Bosch's army of anti-Castro Cuban terrorists was responsible for every single one of these, meaning the CIA, in conjunction using Cuban exiles to do international terrorism. When the Cuban airliner went down, Bosch himself was arrested in Venezuela. One of the extremists had not waited until 1976 to take part in this international terrorist
1:05:06
organization in 1975 100 anti-castro cubans joined with their european fascist in the army for the liberation of portugal elp from neighboring spain the elp corps comprised a gentor press meaning escladio along with oas personnel
1:05:41
In 1975, an attempt in Rome on the life of Chilean Christian Democratic Party leader Bernardo Leighton was a joint effort of the CIA-trained DINA and the Gladio operators inside of Italy. They had a few Cuban exiles in that group, too. In 76, the murder of Ladier and Moffat was planned in Miami.
1:06:17
at digs associated with the CIA. Four of the five Cubans involved in it were CIA veterans of the Bay of Pigs. The latent attempt and Ladier's murder were each coordinated by Michael Townsley, one of the proud graduates of the CIA training in Chile. Kourou was known
1:06:52
as International Fascista, Fascist International. It was chartered at an October 76 meeting in Rome, Rome, headquarters of Operation Gladio. It was attended by many KORU representatives and several CIA personnel.
1:07:30
Coru's headquarters was in Miami, with the largest CIA station ever assembled. Originally, it sustained a tight collaboration with the CIA and the Chilean Junta, secret police, i.e. DINA. According to former Cuban exile CIA agent Manuel de Armas, the CIA's coordinated
1:08:04
DINA's actions with CORU and provided funding, advisors, and explosives. And we know this to be true because we've looked up the explosive training center that was located in Texas, just north of the Mexican border. The head of DINA's Miami-based force. Now, why would the DINA have any Miami-based force? DINA...
1:08:33
was a terrorist organization that was trained and funded by the CIA under USAID's Office of Public Safety. They have a detachment in Miami. Isn't that convenient? That was supposedly headed by Eduardo Sepulveda, the Chilean attache in Miami, and a top dog in the DINA organization. That's convenient.
1:09:04
This fascist international was an outgrowth of many years of planning by none other than Otto Skorzeny, who, of course, worked with and some people say for the CIA, because that's where a lot of the funding for Paladin came from. On its rolls, in addition to Otto Skorzeny, were lots of Nazis, OAS terrorists.
1:09:39
hatchet men from the Portugal's dreaded secret police, PIDE, which is basically their DINA, terrorists from Spain. They also had a fairly good contingent from Argentina and Italy. They had Cuban exiles. They had OAS from France and former CIA agents from Operation
1:10:14
40, Guatemala, Brazil, and Argentina. They'd done time in all of those different places, you know, doing Operation Condor. So there was basically a station set up in Madrid coordinating all of this shit, in addition to the station in Miami that apparently had all of these people. Besides KORU, there were international fascist militants that were inside the Army for Liberation of Portugal.
1:10:47
Agenter Press, and included Yves-Garin Serac, members of the Italian New Order, which is New Order, led by Salvador Francia, Pierluigi Concutelli, and Spain's Gorillas of Christ the King.
1:11:17
another one of their Gladio organizations, the Argentinian AAA, all hovered around the Paladin group, Otto Skorzeny's organization. Skorzeny was the kingpin of Paladin and used it as a mercenary group. Dr. Gerhard Hartmuth
1:11:52
Von Subert, formerly head of Joseph Goebbels' propaganda ministry, was Otto Skorzeny's operating manager. Got to have a PR campaign when you have a terrorist organization. They were headquartered in Spain. They had nerve centers where Skorzeny's export-import offices were for Paladin. They used the cover.
1:12:26
And was located also at a Madrid address that was shared by a Spanish intelligence agency under Eduardo Blanco. And also shared offices with the CIA. This cozy relationship between Otto Skorzeny's paladin, import, export, shipping weapons, everything else.
1:12:58
The Spanish intelligence organization riddled with all of these terrorists and the CIA all together in the same building made planning a whole lot easier, obviously. And it was Spanish intelligence and Otto Skorzeny's import-export paladin business that just so happened to purchase a large amount.
1:13:31
of Mitch Warbell III's silenced M10 machine gun pistols prior to a large spree of killings. And that's when the M10 showed up in many terrorist hands. The former OAS and Nazis, mercenaries,
1:14:06
paladin all together were in europe africa latin america and southeast asia conducting operations many of which we've covered along with italian fascist paladin is responsible for the 17 december 1973 bombing of rome's airport that claimed the lives of 32 people on behalf of the spanish government paladin kidnapped and murdered leaders
1:14:41
for at least a two-year string. They also engineered 50 bombings in Spain alone. Paladin's bank rollers included Skorzeny's import-export empire of weapons that they would trade with anybody. The Skorzeny-controlled World Arm Co.
1:15:12
The main office in Paris was registered in the name Paladin's manager, von Schubert. Upon the death of Skorzeny, von Schubert moved to Argentina. He would return six months later to reorganize Paladin. In the spring of 76, he raised eyebrows with a want ad in the International Herald.
1:15:43
for a pilot, navigator, captain, three demolition experts, two camouflage experts, two specialists in Vietnamese, and two in Chinese. The applicants was directed to Paladin headquarters in Spain. Nothing like putting out in open communication that you're putting together a hit squad. That's crazy.
1:16:17
1976. Huh. International fascist was a crucial first step towards fulfilling the dream of not only Skorzeny, but all of the post-World War II crew. People like Juan Perón in Argentina, the Prince Borghese, the Black Prince of Italy, all were in on it.
1:16:48
They all worked alongside CIA and James Angleton. They and other Nazi and fascist powers throughout Europe and Latin America envisioned a new world order built on fascists linking Buenos Aires, Santiago, Lima, Brasilia, Monteverdeo, and of course, everybody else. All of NATO. In 1973,
1:17:25
Their goal seemed near. Chile's President Allende had been overthrown. Perón had regained the Argentine presidency after 15, excuse me, 17 years of exile. Hugo Banzer was still in control of Bolivia, as was Alfredo Stroessner in Paraguay and other right-wing military regimes throughout Brazil, Paraguay, you know, the whole Operation Contour.
1:17:55
When he returned to Argentina, Perón brought with him López Rega as an advisor. He welded great influence over both the president and his wife. He also imported a whole slew of former, well, not former, current members of Otto Skorzeny's crew in Spain.
1:18:27
and incorporated them into AAA, which is the terrorist organization comparable to the DINA. They were the ones that killed tens of thousands of people in Argentina, ran the torture prisons. In 76, the fascist plans had issue. Isabel Perón, who had succeeded her late husband,
1:18:59
had been thrown out of office and lopez rega was chased out of argentina their contingent of international terrorists followed lopez rega back to spain they were joined there by several of their argentine colleagues and former terrorists or current terrorists just like what the cia does when their um coups over um and they bring them back here all of the
1:19:31
former Peronists were going into Spain to hang out with the Paladin crew. Among them was Commissioner Morales and Colonel Navarro. Portugal's revolution and liberation of Mozambique and Angola that followed further complicated this Game of Thrones to establish fascist international all over the world.
1:20:05
In 76, a seven-man fascist commando group dispatched from Spain was arrested in Algeria in an act of sabotage. Its leader was identified as Orwello Burton. In truth, his real name was Jay Sablonsky, a native Philadelphian, was also known as Jay Salby. Another member of the unit disclosed that he had been contacted by Madrid through
1:20:36
Gil Maxwell, an American working for a real estate agency, ran by former Air Force Colonel August Woltz, W-O-L-T-Z. Salby was the ringleader in a genter press, meaning Gladio, together with Garen Surratt and other Gladio operators. He's not using that word, I am.
1:21:04
He had worked for the CIA in Guatemala from 1968 to 1971 in a terror campaign unleashed on that country, which followed the August 1968 assassination of U.S. Ambassador Gordon Maine. The campaign allegedly set in motion by Maine's successor, Nathaniel Davis. It was modeled off of Vietnam's Phoenix program.
1:21:36
It afforded an early glimpse at the teamwork of the fascist and Miami-based CIA-trained Cuban exiles, meaning all Gladio. According to Amnesty International, some 30,000 people were killed in Guatemala as a result of that campaign, another Phoenix program. A later released FBI document revealed that Salbi and former OAS terrorist Reingard
1:22:05
had been in Miami in 1969 on leave from participating in mass murder in Guatemala. Further correspondence in 71 from Magenta Press leader Garen Sarok to Sablonsky is addressed to J. Salby, Seaboard Holding Corporation in Bayshore, Miami. Rheingart again shuttled between Miami and Guatemala quite a bit.
1:22:37
Ambassador Davis, he moved on to bigger things in Chile just before we overthrew that government. A terrorist contingent, which would train commandos for Chilean fascist party, who co-leader was reportedly Davis's next door neighbor.
1:23:02
Imagine being the ambassador in Chile and your next door neighbor is going to head the guerrilla force that you're going to use to overthrow the government. After a coup that replaced Salvador Allende with Augusto Pinochet's military junta, terrorists moved on to Argentina, Salvi among them. He would then rejoin a gentle press in Portugal.
1:23:35
As this terror campaign struck Europe, Davis became a U.S. ambassador in Switzerland. By coincidence, not, Dina's chief of foreign operations, Pedro Ewing, set up an office not too far from him. The Southern Europeans then protested repeatedly against Davis being there because they all knew he was a terrorist posing as an ambassador.
1:24:11
Eventually, he was relegated to the happy hunting grounds of Foreign Service and became a professor at Naval War College in Rhode Island. He's a fucking terrorist wearing the dress of an ambassador and he is placed on the staff of the Naval War College. You wonder why our military is so fucked up.
1:24:43
In 1976 and 77, this international fascist organization made its presence felt throughout Europe. West Germany's Nazi groups doubled. After Spain and Italy, it was France and the fascists that were the most industrious. They had old standbys to work with. And it was all ran out of Paladin's OAS contingent.
1:25:16
Spain. So we've went on a little longer than normal. We're not done with this chapter, but I'm sorry, I get totally, we've got a couple of pages. I will stop here though. And then we'll move on to the, tomorrow will be our last day on this book. He has a couple of other things to say, and then kind of like a prologue.
1:25:49
of some things that after the book was going to print that he wanted to add. And so we'll finish it tomorrow. But anyway, SR, go ahead. Thank you, Colonel. And thank everyone for attending here on YouTube, Rumble, and on Spaces. It just amazes me how much Paladin had control of. I can't get over it. It just...
1:26:20
Flabbergast me. Paladin was just basically a satellite of the CIA as part of Operation Gladio. And if you guys remember when we did Major Gannis's book, the Skorzeny Papers, it talked about all of this. So this is all stuff that we've covered. But in the context of the.
1:26:48
kind of the the foundation of the heroin coup and all of the stuff that was going on and then this network that overlaid it um that's the reason why i've had this book sitting here for so long to do it because it basically everything that we found out in the first year of the research that we were doing the kind of skeleton that we put together um this book cemented all of what we
1:27:18
um new and i read this book a couple of years ago um it's just been sitting here um it just kept getting over ran by some current book i felt the need to do um but that's the reason why i wanted to bring this book to you guys because it is confirmation of all of the other books that we've done pulled together in just a different way um all along go ahead yeah colonel um so much here um
1:27:49
One thing that caught my attention was the Miami. Yesterday and today talked about, you know, very advanced formation of CIA in that city, you know, and it occurred to me that, you know, given the 1972 presidential race.
1:28:15
was, you know, kind of in the middle of Watergate as we know it, or maybe at the end of it, if you really look at what the heck, when Watergate began, which for some is now like 44 BC, but I mean, and so, you know, with Nixon in San Diego, look, I'm not saying that this is definitely the case, but it sure would be convenient to have
1:28:44
you know, operatives at the location of the convention, you know, should things get tricky with, you know, Richard Nixon in the 72 campaign before, you know, before Watergate really started in, as we know it, when the CIA's Washington Post began to do Watergate after they already had him in the bag. By winning, he was losing.
1:29:10
And so it's interesting to think of the Miami office, you know, in that context of the elections. In other words, you know, how the public perceives politics versus how others may be perceiving it and how we are prevented from becoming aware of that historically, which is why your program is so incredibly important. It truly is. And, you know, this is everything you're typing, as I've said a billion times.
1:29:40
is what an act again you go ahead and shoot me there's no shortage of volunteers what an actual left would be saying if they actually opposed corporations as the engines of government because corporations are forming their alternative government almost like lysosomes i mean you see it in the trademarks of new orleans dallas um the building up of almost semi-autonomous governments in miami because you know
1:30:10
Think about how JM Wave is normally perceived in terms of Kennedy policy, but really it's kind of like, it's really much more than that. And if you can frame it in terms of, well, JFK said this and the CIA's Miami station did that, then it makes it look kind of less advanced, you know, the internationalist cartels corruption of domestic sovereignty.
1:30:38
than it really actually was and um the other thing that just came to mind is like you know you think about um nixon and his buddy henry kissinger uh you know dynamic ally number one yeah um are in is 68 you know if the hotel in new york is where they're forming the cabinets and they're they're deliberately planning on how they can
1:31:09
retake policymaking from the intelligence bureaucracies, whether it be the CIA itself, whether it be the Pentagon. And so they put weak, the way, you know, the narrative goes is they put weak guys at defense and state in order to, you know, bring it in-house again under the control of the presidents. And yet look at what CIA does in response to that, obviously, with Nelson Rockefeller's passenger cooperating on the down low.
1:31:38
Let me ask you something. Let me ask you something. Knock me out. Because this has been my suspicion for a very long time. Nixon, because of this fake war on drugs, was riding high, right? Uh-huh. Okay. So he was going to sew up the 1972 election because of a fake war on drugs.
1:32:09
among other things, but let's just go with this. And we know the entire thing was fake. And while all of that is going on with the creep, his reelection thing and Robert Vesco and all of these nefarious people behind the scenes and Watergate happening at the same time. So now they have their dirt. Would you launch Watergate before or after he locked up?
1:32:39
the 72 election. You would do it afterwards to get rid of him and then install Gerald Ford, Mr. Warren Commission and Nelson Rockefeller and let them wreak havoc for the next few years, hoping
1:33:04
that Gerald Ford would be able to pull off a reelection himself, which obviously he was not capable of doing because he's a piece of trash. And then you have Jimmy Carter. What do you think about that? To me, it sounds like a strike in the bowling alley. And also, I just have to say the other thing that I know I'm rambling on here, but I'll try to be concise once in my life, which was to say this ruined it.
1:33:36
What you described in 76, the bombing, it's like I hadn't really perceived it that way because normally we think of the Letier bombing as separate. But what you're describing is like 11 different friggin incidents leading right into what election? Oh, right. The first election of the guy not directly compromised by Dallas, Jimmy Carter. So if I'm trying to institutionalize.
1:34:06
a situation that makes it, you can still have, you know, a lot of bureaucratic internal control, no matter what the newly elected guy is going to do. Yes. And try to do. And to some extent did do, yet, you know, that's, those 11 little, that's a kite tail to Jimmy Carter's election, you know, from the wrong direction. Yes. And it's really telling us something about.
1:34:35
you know, institutional willpower, possibly. I agree. I 100% agree. Warhamster, did you want to add anything? Well, I was going to make the Rockefeller connection, but you already did that. And I just friendly reminder that Kissinger is one of the four stooges of Rockefellers in the 60s. Someone all along brought that up. Got to make that connection. Quick little history lesson on the 1972 Republican primary.
1:35:10
Nixon did not run totally unopposed. There's a guy named McCloskey, a California Republican, and tried to run as an anti-Vietnam War candidate, criticizing Nixon from the left. And he had a guy named Ashbrook, who was a U.S. congressman from Ohio, who was trying to attack Nixon from the right. Where it gets interesting is McCloskey had announced that he would drop out if he didn't get 20%.
1:35:37
And in the very first primary, which is here in New Hampshire Shire, you got 19.8%. Yeah, there were regular elections even back then, people. Yeah, and it's interesting that, of course, we cannot mention Kissinger without mentioning his association with the CIA front that he set up on Harvard that was outed later on as a CIA front.
1:36:09
All along, go ahead. Yeah, in this context of the 72 election, you know, we both recounted it correctly as a Nixon landslide, but I think it's absolutely critical to remember as the movie The Parallax View in effect reminds us, and that was directed by Alan Pakula, a graduate of Yale University, who probably...
1:36:37
was privy to JFK's commencement address there in 1962, which everyone should listen to, killer jokes. Nixon and McGovern were tied in May 1st, 1972. It was only the parking lot injuries of our, you know, Mr. George Wallace that knocked him out, that made it the race that we in hindsight recall as a landslide.
1:37:09
So, you know, that's that's just one variable that makes the parallax view, in my opinion, the most important movie for the entire world to watch right now. But that's me. And so I guess what I'm saying is, you know, I agree with your analysis. And I think you're you're right about the timing of Watergate. You want to blow it up. So so it jails Nixon after he wins. Correct. But on the other hand.
1:37:38
you know at another level of manipulation the cia has already you know end game that with or you know look you don't have to say the cia did that but there sure were some interesting stable connections there with the sir and sir yeah so a little uh california gladio joke yeah no seriously but it's like the cia controlled the big picture anyway with the wall of shooting because that's that sucker was tied in may on may 1st 1972.
1:38:06
But yeah. Yeah. And then something happens. As always, because they interfere in all of our elections leading up to it, they'll interfere in the election itself and they eventually get somebody in charge that they want in charge. And if they don't, they will try to, as we know, impeach him or kill him. Warhamster, go ahead. It's killing me to do this because I've been.
1:38:37
dangling this is bait for months but i'm going to be offering you in the near future a uh complimentary theory on why nixon got water gated and it's something we haven't talked about yet but i'm keeping it back for a reason that's part of the storyline of what we do on the friday show but it's coming it's coming soon i just want you guys all to know it is killing me to not be able to throw this out here now i'd love to throw the theory out there and let's bounce it around but
1:39:04
The timing's not quite right yet, but I'm dying. This is killing me. I mean, I want to tell this so badly. It's got to wait. Okay. And I'm glad he did that with you guys because he does this shit to me all the time. So. Yeah, but it usually works out pretty well with you. Yeah, whatever. I know your reactions are too perfect. Okay. We do what we have to do.
1:39:37
But anyway, all right, guys, if that's it, we're going to go ahead and jump off of here. And yes, I will do tonight the last part of the premium. I didn't get it done yesterday. I got lost in that stupid book again. That book is so crazy called Spooks that you guys, tomorrow night, the Alpha Warrior show is going to be crazy.
1:40:04
It's going to be crazy. I'm just going to go tell you right now. Even crazy for the level of crazy we do every day. All right. So there. I did it too, Warhamster. All right, guys. You're learning. That's not what they do. You remember we used to do the TV series? Stay tuned for next week. That was 24. They used to do that shit to you every single episode. Yeah. But anyway.
1:40:35
Okay. You guys take care. I'll see you in a little bit after I eat dinner. Take care, everybody. And I will put a post out when we're going to get ready. I'm going to shoot for eight o'clock. Take care, everybody. See you guys later.
