two, one. All right, we're live. So I'm Colonel Roxanne Towner Watkins, and I have with me today Ryan Mata. I'm a big fan of his. I've been watching his work, and I just reached out recently because our work has overlapped.
0:20
um with what he's been doing in his investigation in guatemala and i really wanted to hear firsthand i have which i'm sure he's um has as well but i have done a lot of research into the um history of guatemala and its role in operation condor specifically but in the broader operation gladio um cia operations of going around the world cooing governments and so i'm going to let
0:48
ryan introduce himself and then the way i'd kind of like to to do this is go a little bit about the background and i watched several in the lead up to this in preparation several of your videos and you've made some points that i would like to discuss with you and then move into your investigation into what's going on down there with the child child trafficking so go ahead and introduce yourself
1:18
Sure. And I'm, I'm ready to enter. Is it all right if I just interview you right now? Do you mind? I think I got more questions than you do. So, okay. Well, I think, um, I'm just kidding. I'm just so excited about this. So, um, if you'll, um, cause some of my audience will be, um, don't have not followed you and, um, don't know what you're doing right now. So you can just briefly go into that and then, um, we'll talk about stuff.
1:44
Sounds good. Sounds good. Yeah. So I'm Ryan Matta. I'm an investigative journalist, documentary filmmaker. About two years ago, I got kind of, by the grace of God, just the right doors open. The doors I thought were going to open didn't open. And God has kind of led me on this path to help save these 450.
2:02
2,121 migrant children that have been trafficked into America since the Biden administration took office. And those numbers are as of October 24th of 2024. So that number is obviously drastically up since then. We're taking anywhere between 100 and 128,000 children a year coming across that border. These are children ages 0 to 17 that are arriving at the U.S. southern border.
2:22
without a parent. And they're doing so because of this public private partnership with DHS is created with the Mexican cartels in which HHS is created with these NGOs. And in combination, they've turned America using this quasi public private partnership into the child trafficking capital of the world. And then obviously there's the massive demand here in America where the number one consumer of all hard narcotics were the number one consumer of child porn and were the number one consumer of child rape. So in combination with that, you have to create the, if you have that demand, you have to be able to satiate that demand with a supply.
2:52
And that supply, a majority of that supply is coming from three countries, Honduras, Guatemala and Ecuador. And if we take about just the top two, which is Guatemala and Honduras, you're talking about 60, I believe, or 70 percent of the children that were coming across that border were coming from those two countries until this last year. And then now it's kind of divided up between four countries, Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador and Ecuador. And there's many reasons we can talk about all those reasons why, you know, there's such a large volume of children.
3:17
that are just vanishing and disappearing uh a lot of it has to do with let's just take el salvador is a pretty easy example where uh president bukele went and arrested all of these gang members so he arrested over 80 000 uh cartel leaders and in these third world villages in these third world countries when you are the deadliest country in the world and you have these cartel members that take over entire villages cities towns
3:39
The women, the cartel leaders in those towns would have five girlfriends, and it wasn't uncommon for one cartel leader to have five girlfriends and have five to ten children with each female. So when you arrest 80,000 breadwinners, and a lot of times some of the wives went along with the husbands as well, so you arrest both parents, you end up leaving. Right now, as of today, there's roughly 500,000 abandoned children scattered throughout El Salvador. So it's a breeding ground for pedophiles, human traffickers, drug dealers, smugglers, pimps.
4:08
That is just the ones that have just been kind of abandoned. Now, B. Kelly's done a lot of great work. He has some of the best NGOs to take in these children, but obviously it's still early in him saving his country. So that's where a lot of the children from El Salvador have came from. But when we talk about countries like Guatemala, Guatemala doesn't have that. All of the children that are coming out of Guatemala, out of that number, 452,121,000 that I told you, 48 to 42% of the children.
4:33
have came specifically from Guatemala. So that's a number of around 190,000. And again, that was October of 2024. So that number is well over 200,000 children have been trafficked and kidnapped out of Guatemala in the last four years. And that has directly correlated to my investigation into Guatemala, which is that the United States government's involved in this operation. Politicians are involved. And they've created this elite network of child trafficking through NGOs where they deliver.
4:59
children in my personal opinion to an elite group of pedophiles that control our country and run the world well that's a very concise nutshell of what basically i found all over the world and so for your audience that's um tuning in um i just want to go over a couple of um
5:31
we had a CIA-funded coup brought to Guatemala by United Fruit, the Rockefellers, and Sullivan and Cromwell. And by the way, United Fruit is now called Chiquita Banana. And they just recently lost a lawsuit for the death squads that they were funding in countries like Guatemala, in Miami, in which
6:01
The survivors, the award was in the multi-millions of dollars. And so they have been proven in a court of law of being guilty of overthrowing governments and funding death squads. Wait, wait, what year was that lawsuit? It just got settled. I mean, within the last 12 months. And what was the lawsuit? Do you remember the title of that lawsuit? I don't, but if you...
6:27
If you just Google Chiquita Banana lawsuit Miami, it will come right up. Okay. And so just so that everybody understands, United Fruit would go in as one of America's oligarchs into a country and they would pay, they'd interfere in the election. And this is prior to the CIA.
6:53
They were doing this through the State Department and they would interfere in an election. They'd get a U.S. friendly president. Then they would buy off. As a matter of fact, the joke in Guatemala was you could buy a donkey. A donkey costs more than a senator. That was actually a joke. So a true joke. So they would then pay off the quote unquote.
7:20
Congress or Parliament, however, whichever style of government they have. And then they would establish in all of these Latin American countries, this political elite. And we would we in our frame of reference, you would think of them as overseers. So they had these plantation overseers and they had these massive coffee and banana plantations down there. So they developed their own rich.
7:50
like elite class that protected the U.S. oligarchs and their front organizations. Huh? Their front organizations, if you will. Yeah. Yeah. Elite oligarchs. Yes. And so what most people don't realize is when, for example, in Cuba, they did exactly the same thing prior to Castro. And when people talk about the Cuban exiles that came to America.
8:18
that created the criminal syndicate in miami most of them were developed through this same arrangement and guess who was in cuba united fruit um and so you have this replicated in honduras and um uh nicaragua and all of these el salvador united fruit was everywhere and so this elite class um in the 1950s
8:47
You had elected the Jacoba Arbenz, who was a nationalist. And he had came up from, you know, basically nothing. But he wanted the farmland. And this is the irony. All they wanted was their farmland back.
9:08
It had been taken through this corrupt land deals because they had bought the president, they bought Congress. And so United Fruit would come in there and they would sabotage the farmers. They did. They would like poison their coffee harvest. And then when they were broke, they would buy the property for pennies on the dollar. And so there were all of these corrupt land deals. But the bottom line is United Fruit.
9:33
ended up with hundreds of thousands of acres. Well, they were only actually farming about 20% of it, but they didn't want any competition. And so when all of this was going on, Arbenz becomes a spokesman for all of these displaced farmers. And he finally gets elected president in 1950.
9:58
He told United Fruit, who, depending on which version, I've read several, but it starts anywhere from half a million to a million. That's what United Fruit had declared the value of all of those hundreds of thousands of acres in Guatemala was worth. So that's all they were paying taxes to the government for. So Arbenz says, okay, I'm going to pay you the 500,000 or the million.
10:26
That's a range because I've seen different figures. I'm going to pay you that. Get out of my country. We're taking all of that land back. Here's your money. And there was a deal and all this other stuff. And what was that? Sorry. What was that president's name? Arbenz. A-R-B-E-N-Z. Okay. And so when he did that, United Fruit goes, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. Where'd you get that number from?
10:49
Well, right here on your taxes. That's what you said it was worth. That's all you've been paying taxes on it for years. And they go, oh, no, it's worth 16 million. Well, then you should have been paying taxes on 16 million. And they're like, no, no, no, no. That's not how that works. And he said, yeah, that's how it works. Now get out. Well, United Fruit, who, by the way, do you know there are two famous lawyers from United from Sullivan and Cromwell who represented.
11:17
it's a law firm who represented united fruit john foster dallas and alan dallas who happened to be the secretary of state in the cia director at the time who was it say their names again john foster dallas who was the secretary of state he is one of the most famous sullivan and cromwell lawyers who were the lawyers for united fruit united fruit was primarily owned by the rockefeller family
11:47
His brother, the CIA director, was Alan Dulles. And oh, by the way, their sister actually worked in the State Department. She's never talked about. But this is the woman that was the belly button between the CIA and the State Department. She worked in a thing called research and intelligence. So she worked for her brother and worked with her brother to coordinate all of this. So Sullivan and Cromwell.
12:14
calls up the cia their former attorney alan dulles and says that that has to go you've got to get rid of that so truman signs a finding and starts the coup but they don't get it all done so eisenhower when he comes into office he signs a second finding which means you can assassinate the um president by the way the first one was called um the operation was called pb
12:43
Fortune. The second one was PB Success. And so Truman started in 1952 and basically uses Nicaragua, who's the president, was a CIA-installed dictator by the name of Somoza. And they deploy a whole bunch of Green Berets and Cuban exiles that they train to be assassins.
13:14
into Nicaragua to attack Guatemala. And then ironically, when they decide they're going to overthrow the Nicaraguan government during the 1980s for the Iran-Contra scandal, they go to Guatemala because now they own it, and they launch the attacks into Nicaragua from Guatemala.
13:37
This is just a self-licking ice cream cone of destruction throughout all of Latin America. And I can tell you story after story. This was done in Chile, Uruguay, Paraguay, Peru, Brazil, all down the road. Every country in Latin America has been overthrown by the CIA except for two. The English version of Guyana and Belize, and those are both UK colonies.
14:03
Didn't we just overthrow Belize? Weren't we just trying to overthrow Belize like in 2019 or something like that? I don't know if I would have called that overthrow, but yeah, we got involved. We're in the mix of a regime change operation of some sort in Belize. Yeah. But that's been off limits because that was basically a UK colony and they've been getting more and more independent from the UK. So they probably just had to be smacked. So.
14:35
This is such absolute insanity. So and that's why I wanted you to know all of this, because you are the boots on the ground and you need to know when you go in, in my opinion, situational awareness on how to assess situations. Let me tell you something else that you probably have not come across. Would you imagine that Taiwan would have a big role in any of the stuff that I just explained to you?
15:07
You know, because of their ability to produce these semiconductors years ago, I don't think so. But now I could see them playing some type of role in it. But no, fill me in. I probably wouldn't. So just a five minute history lesson of Taiwan. Taiwan was Formosa. It was a Chinese island during World War Two. The Japanese was on it and they were also obviously in mainland China. So the U.S. has.
15:36
oss precursor to cia officers throughout all of that region they are pushing the japanese out so you have this drug lord who was in a civil war with mao called shanghai he at one point trafficked seven-eighths of all opium in the world and paul heliwell who was this oss cia officer and a colonel supposedly in the military um
16:07
was his OSS military liaison. So he's watching Chiang Kai-shek pay for his war against Mao with opium. So he calls up Alan Dulles, who is the OSS chief in Europe working for Wild Bill Donovan during World War II. And he goes, you're never going to believe this. I got a great idea. You know, all that shit we want to do after World War II when we screw up the entire world with these.
16:33
fake countries like Pakistan and redraw all of the boundaries so that everybody's going to be pissed off at everybody else. I got a way that we can pay for all the covert operations that we're going to do to destabilize the rest of the world. And we can get our I'm not kidding. I can we can get our foothold in with Chiang Kai-shek and protect him. And then we can use all of his opium to sell on the black market and raise cash. And Alan Dulles goes, damn, that's a great idea.
17:03
so paul heliwell comes back and sets up a bank and they money launder with the vatican bank to do all of the drug sales after world war ii the vatican bank set up in 1942 after world war ii is the largest money launder of drug profits from opium cells out of the golden triangle and that's in paul williams book called operation gladio so
17:29
They set up this entire network and Chiang Kai-shek gets kicked out in the meantime because Mao wins the civil war. And so the CIA is looking around going, what the hell are we going to do with this guy? Well, their first attempt, because they didn't want to admit defeat in China, was to reinsert him through Korea. Now, most people don't realize that's the reason why we were in Korea. That's a whole nother story. Then when that didn't work, we're going to go to Formosa.
17:59
We're going to set him up on Formosa. We're going to change the name of it. This next part becomes very important, I found. So they call it Taiwan. And Chiang Kai-shek's army was called the KMT. Well, do you know what the name of their political party is in Taiwan? The KMT. Because Chiang Kai-shek was very, very smart. And he realized that if I call my army a political party,
18:27
Every single time someone attacks me and my political party, I can tell them that they're attacking democracy. So do you know what happened all through Latin America? Latin America, so now Chiang Kai-shek's owned by the CIA. They set up a 90-day paramilitary training school that was called the Taiwan Political Warfare Cadre Academy. It was founded by Chiang Kai-shek.
19:00
Reverend Moon, Park Chung-hee from Korea and the KCIA. They literally named it after our CIA. And two war criminals from Japan called Sachikawa and Kodama, which are basically their two chief mafia heads that murdered a whole bunch of US military that MacArthur.
19:25
just like Eisenhower in Europe protected from war criminal trials so that they could live another day, like General Galen and Otto Skorzeny in Europe theater, that were war criminals that were protected by NATO so that they could employ them afterwards for this entire operation. So we've got Taiwan. And do you know one of the 14 countries that still recognize Taiwan as being in charge of China? Guatemala.
19:59
You're going to find a Taiwanese involvement through all of Latin America. And the Taiwanese Political Warfare Cadre Academy was set up to train people how to be assassins. Have you ran across the School of Americas? I did recently. Like, I don't know where I did, but I just read something that I recently came across that.
20:23
All right. The schools of America was set up in Panama to do exactly the same thing. So you would you and I would think of it. Do you have a military background? No, I have an understanding of it. But OK, so if I was to say that there's a entry level, a mid level and a senior level like graduate level school of being a paramilitary assassin, the School of Americas would be level one.
20:47
The Taiwanese Political Warfare Academy would be number two. And most people are not aware, but there was a year long in residence course in Israel for level number three. Of course there was. So that was for the the the cartel leads. So if you're going to run an actual cartel, you went to Israel for training. But if you're going to be one of the middlemen, you went to Taiwan. If you were going to be any.
21:17
you're going to go to the School of Americas. Now, there were so many graduates of the School of Americas that ended up being dictators throughout Latin America that they gave it several nicknames. It was like School of Assassins, all kinds of different things. So that's kind of the big picture. But what I want...
21:45
What I want you for your protection to understand, which is why I wanted to talk to you so bad. The CIA has infiltrated. We all know that they're in the media and that any journalist that you talk to, no matter how legitimate they seem, can actually be paid by them. They are paid to pretend to be real. Second, college professors.
22:11
Almost every single college in the United States that accepts foreign students has CIA agents as professors. They go to places like Guatemala and do quote unquote studies. And then they are paid to write papers that say what the CIA wants them to say. For example, there was a whole book written about how Guatemala had a bunch of communists in it.
22:39
There was not a single communist in Guatemala. They called Arbenz a communist only because once he kicked United Fruit out, what they do is an economic hit job on them. They cut off all of their ports. In some cases, they would mine their ports. They would starve the people. They would cut off all access to funds, no IMF. They would freeze all their assets in the United States banks. So at some point,
23:07
There would be a phone call to the Soviet Union, who was the only one that would stand up to America and sell arms to the victims of American aggression and say, hey, can you give me some guns? And at that point, they instantly became a communist. Didn't matter anything else about what the guy was doing, whether he was democratically elected or anything else. They're immediately labeled a communist at that point.
23:31
So a lot of the college professors would go in and do quote unquote surveys and studies and all kinds of different things to write what the CIA wanted written in America so that the media that they own can cite the studies to do this whole round robin propaganda thing. But probably the most distressing one that I have found so far is what they did with the missionaries and the unions. Rockefeller funded a program.
24:02
that was set up at Wycliffe College. And that's like in Oklahoma or Arkansas, one of those places. And they set up a summer institute of language under the guise of going into places like Guatemala, Peru, Brazil. And what they were doing was initially they were scouts.
24:31
there were scouts embedded in them to look for oil and natural resources. And then if they found them, they used the location of the indigenous Indians, which always were sitting on the oil and natural resources because they were smart that way. And they would go in and massacre entire villages of indigenous Indians.
24:55
in order to buy the land pennies on the dollar so that they could steal the resources and a lot of the religious organizations that are there in throughout latin america still to this day are actual um intelligence assets they even use the ymca in cuba for this um so can you give me one second let me just grab a drink really quick give me one give me two seconds let me just grab a water because we're gonna be a while all right
25:28
So, obviously, there's so much information that we've come across, Bridget, Cousin It, and I, in all of our research. And I will, this afternoon, when I'm on with War Hamster, I'm going to be doing another podcast. I'm going to give you guys all a picture of...
25:57
The bookcase that I have that has all of the readings that I've done in this journey of exposing all of this information, if you guys are interested in digging into any of this. But so stay tuned. There will be another podcast after this one with War Hamster Brady, where we're going to talk about secret societies and how they played into this entire operation.
26:25
And I will give you a picture of all of the resources that I've accumulated over the course of the last two years and the research that I've done. So we just covered the missionaries. I also want to warn you about unions. The AFL, the SEIU, all of these unions in America have in many ways been co-opted.
26:54
by this i call it the international syndicate but it's these oligarchs that um control everything and so what they did was they set up a um institute an international union institute in washington dc and then what they did was they went down in places like arbens who um or
27:18
The better example is Chile, where they had a copper mine there from a U.S. mining company, and they were paying them like 87 cents a day to work in it. And they had outrageous quotas, and they were physically abused if they didn't meet their quotas. And so Allende, who was the president that got elected down there, a democratically elected president, who we actually assassinated.
27:43
um because they couldn't no matter what the election interference um that went on down there and there was a lot they couldn't stop him from becoming president so then they just stormed his palace and assassinate him but what they had done is his people tried to unionize this washington dc union went down and said oh we're going to help we're going to help and basically what they did was they targeted all of the effective union
28:12
people for assassination by the cia and they set up these fake unions which aren't really for the people they're for the oligarchs because they're secretly being paid by the cia and in the case of chile it was pepsico freeport and itt which is a us it's now att um but it was like a precursor before that they actually paid richard nixon in 1972 to overthrow the government in chile
28:44
That's all documented. So. Holy shit. Our government is the biggest terrorist organization in the history of the world. I say that all the time. But also NATO. All of this stuff is coordinated out of NATO, by the way. Every bit of it is coordinated. They had two organizations set up in NATO back when NATO was created in 1948. One of them was called the Clandestine Planning.
29:11
committee and the other one was called the Allied Clandestine Committee. Those were all exposed in 1990 in Italy by the Prime Minister of Italy. Those organizations exist. NATO has refused to comment on it. As a matter of fact, when it first came out that they were there in 1990, NATO one day says, no, there's no such thing. And then the next day they came out and go, oh, no, that's not right. We just refused to comment because they had lied. They know it's there.
29:45
So I wanted to bring up a couple of points with you. The last video that I watched of yours, you mentioned the foreign affairs chair and you played a clip of Mike Benz. But I find it very odd that he never mentions that guy's name. Do you know who it is in the house? His name's Michael McCall. Oh, my Lord. Do you know who Michael McCall's wife is?
30:21
No. A CIA agent. And her family owns all of the media in Texas. You mean like this, Michael McCaul? Yeah. He's married to a CIA agent. And as far as I'm concerned, there's no former CIA agents. I don't believe that. They basically go more of themselves. I think he has a CIA handler and I think that's his wife. And that's the reason why he doesn't do jack shit in that job. He is 100% controlled. Holy.
31:05
mother of fuck now you know why i wanted to talk to you geez oh peas how so what how do we know what position his wife is in well we won't be able to i mean obviously if you go back in her duty history on um the family website she's part of their family foundation in texas and the way i found her resume is through that foundation you can't find her anywhere
31:43
um what's her name um i don't know i don't know it off the top of my head um but if you just look up his wife and she her family owns the largest collection of television and radio stations in the state of texas they basically from a money perspective they run texas oh my lord that makes and i assume that they're probably funny huh and they're probably funding abbott's campaigns
32:14
And backing Abbott, because I cannot figure out how that scumbag, Greg Abbott, has just skated. That's why. And he's the chairman of the House. Foreign Affairs. And that's why Mike Pence was going off about them, but he didn't name any names. Why won't he say his name? And why won't he identify the fact that that guy's wife was CIA? And that she's in the media. She's part of it. Isn't that weird?
32:49
That is bizarre. I mean, he was going off on that and he was like, I'm going to name some names and he's like, Oh, maybe I should. He never does. Well, I mean, I, you know, probably cause he's smart enough that, you know, maybe that's why Ben's is still alive. I can't wrap my head around how he is because I, but I'm quickly catching up. Like at one point I was like, Oh my gosh, it's Ben's is the smartest guy in the world, you know? And then the more you start to dig into this, the more you start to be able to really start to put these key pieces together. And it's like,
33:20
you're talking so far above everybody else's head because they've never heard of any of this and it's kind of like a third world to them. But, you know, if you do this for a year and you start studying this and you start tracking and connecting all the dots, you know, I don't think it's too far to fetch to think that you could probably rattle off the top of your head just like Mike does about all this stuff. I'm listening to you do it right now. Well, interestingly enough, again, I told you I'm very blunt.
33:44
Several months ago, Mike Benz followed me on Twitter and asked me where I was getting all of my information. And I gave him the name of the first couple of books that would introduce him into this. And then he immediately unfollowed me. Why? I don't know. Do you have your messages set to where you have to follow somebody to somebody has to follow you to DM you? I did. Yes. OK, that's probably why it was then, I assume. Yeah. But then why would you unfollow me if you think I have great information?
34:22
It makes no sense. This is very true. Yeah, because that's an overt action. You know, I've been trying to get a sit down interview with Mike for a very long time. He's actually been very, very nice to me. He's been not never gave me an interview. But, you know, I don't think my IQ level is is there or had the ability at the time. Now I'm getting.
34:44
My education on these subjects is getting more knowledgeable, but he is way levels above that dude. He worked in the State Department under Mike Pompeo, right? So he's had the inside access. And I don't know what they did to his family, but they... No, no. Go back and look at his resume. He was there for just a couple of weeks, not even enough to get his bio on the website. What happened to it? Why did they destroy it? How did they destroy his life? What did they attack him for? They didn't. They didn't.
35:11
There's two reasons. I worked in the military and I worked in personnel for most of my officer career. From my professional perspective, I'm not making any allegations. There's two reasons that happens. Once is you don't clear the security clearance. That's number one. Or you are being hired and based on your background.
35:36
they are going to put you in a place that they don't want your information out on a website like in a covert operation those are usually the only two reasons why you show up initially in a very high place like under a secretary of the air force those are the two reasons they find something in your past that makes you a better fit for a covert operation so you immediately disappear
36:07
When you've not really disappeared or you didn't pass the background investigation and they have to let you go. Those are my experiences. I was at the Pentagon for four years watching this happen. And where did Mike Benz come from? Do we do we know? I heard that he was writing that he was on Trump's team. He was like a a writer for Trump, a speechwriter for Trump during his first administration. Was that true or no? It's weird. I know I'm.
36:40
I guess I would say my friends with Mike Benz, and I don't know anything about him. I've been connected with Benz for almost two years now. Yeah, I've never seen anything about him being a speechwriter. I do know that he did at least one undercover operation that he infiltrated the Proud Boys. That was just recently brought to my attention that I did not know about. Mike Benz infiltrated the Proud Boys? Yeah.
37:13
His handle on some weird website was called Frame Game. He actually pretended to be somebody that he's not. And it was also pointed out to me that his grandfather was part of Operation Gladio in Italy before he moved here, which I found very weird. And I would think that if you're exposing this, that you would have volunteered that. But that's just my opinion. Jeez, oh, Pete, this is now you're going to.
37:55
make me question my uh i totally thought mike benz was the uh ryan i just want you um only because for the real um truth tellers i have a overwhelming concern that they know what i know so that they can protect themselves because i know based on what i know what they do to people and
38:21
You have to understand that exposing what you're exposing, you cannot trust anybody. I see that now. Fuck me. I've given Mike Benson some intel that'll get me fucking killed. I thought he was on our side. Okay. You can't trust anybody. Son of a bitch. And I'm not saying he's bad, but I want you to understand what the stakes are and how deep this actually goes. There's nothing on this guy.
38:57
Because here's the difference, Ryan, and I'm sure you're going to appreciate this. Obviously, I spent 30 years in the military. I was inside this beast. The military is lockstep with the CIA, by the way. You're going to find people like Paul Helliwell and General Singlib and all of these people. And I've yet to be able to figure out whether they were actually CIA and pretended to be military or they were military detailed to the CIA. And I don't know that there's a.
39:26
Well, there is a big difference. There's a big difference if our Department of Defense is allowing CIA agents to come in and pretend like they're military. That's a huge problem. Probably less of a problem for a military officer to pretend like they're the CIA, but whatever. It's still a gross dereliction, in my opinion, to merge those two missions.
39:57
For me, I felt very awkward when I first started discovering all of this stuff about the military's involvement in Operation Gladio and that it was ran out of NATO. And I've had some very good friends assigned to NATO. I went on NATO missions. I was in northern Iraq. I've been all over. And so a lot of these things touch.
40:18
things that were in my history. For example, the day the prime minister of Italy announced operation Gladio to the public and what it was and that they had done domestic terror events all over Italy and killed their own citizens was the very day I got off an airplane and for a three-year assignment in Italy, the same day. And to me, I was shocked when I was, I lived over there for three years. I watched politicians be mowed down that we were all told it was the mafia. It wasn't the mafia.
40:48
It was Operation Gladio. If a reporter story revealing something that had not yet come out, they would be killed. The judges that were trying to hold people accountable that was involved in Operation Gladio, five of them at one time was mowed down on the court steps going to work one morning.
41:06
This was happening all over Italy when I was stationed there. And so when I started reviewing this, one of the very first things I said is, hey, guys, I was in Italy. Don't think that I was part of this. I just happened to be there. I was a personnel officer. I had nothing to do with this. But you you disclose anything that you're going to see. I was in Vietnam. I was there very.
41:28
Not during the Vietnam War. I was much later. I was just so you do that because you want your audience to trust you with the information that you're sharing. And so no one's going to come up a year from now and go, oh, hey, Colonel Towner, how come you didn't tell us about this? Because I was very open and honest about everything that I shared because I don't want and I have turned down so many people's.
41:53
request to go on shows because i don't feel they're the quality of um and nothing about them or their message i just don't want operation gladio compromised this is too important it's our history and it's the reason why not because of our freedom because we have none that people hate us because we went all over the world killing people and i want us to know about it so we can fix it and what year was operation gladio so it started
42:23
In the immediate aftermath, World War II, which is when they set up the CIA, right? So the premise of Operation Gladio is a thing called stay behind units. So during World War II in 1942, Hitler began setting up stay behind units using Reinhard Galen, who, by the way, ends up being a NATO West Germany chief of intel because they didn't.
42:52
try him at Nuremberg for his war crimes. Reinhard Galen is a general in Hitler's military. He has an assistant called Otto Skorzeny, who is infamous. And he's worked for everybody. He was a hired assassin post-World War II. But Otto Skorzeny went all over newly acquired Axis territory, creating and training assassins for Hitler.
43:17
in stay behind units. They did it in Ukraine. The Azov battalion and right sector that just was involved in the coup there in 2014, they are based on Bandera and Stetsco who were personally trained by Otto Skorzeny. They are real Nazis and they come from Hitler's stay behind units.
43:38
So it went in Romania, Hungary, everywhere. Everywhere Hitler acquired territory, they put these stay-behinds. Because the premise of a stay-behind is when Russia is, if Russia was ever to regain territory, these people would, they had weapons stashed and that they would spring up on these weapons, get the weapons because they're all buried, and then they would shoot them in the back. That's basically, you know, the Reader's Digest. So in Italy, they had over 400.
44:07
of the stashed weapons. In Turkey, they had over 600 caches of weapons all over the country of Turkey. And every NATO country has these. Every NATO country. And we're a part of NATO. Every NATO country has them. You had to sign a secret agreement saying you'd set them up. Then they were set up under the guise of, you know, just in case the guys that were just
44:38
You know, we killed 28 million Soviets in World War II, something like that. It was over 20 million died in World War II. So that same force the next day was supposed to be our worst enemy, right? And they set up all of these stay-behind units because now they basically own all of Europe. So Reinhard Galen gets in bed with Alan Dulles and says, we're going to do it in all of the Allied territory now too.
45:07
The UKs were called Jedbergs. Portugals were called a Gentor Press. Italy's was called Gladio. Turkey's were called Gray Wolves. They all had different names, but they all refer to Operation Gladio generically. So, you know, all the rat lines of taking all the Nazis and putting them in South America. They all primarily went to Argentina first.
45:32
Well, you will find the P2 Lodge that ran the Operation Gladio in Italy. Their only other entity that we've been able to document was in Argentina. And from Argentina, they fanned out to Paraguay, Uruguay, Chile. They were everywhere. The Nazis were. And every one of these countries had a faction of these Nazis that had left and trained by Otto Skorzeny to go down and set this kind of stuff up in Latin America.
46:03
So they called the Latin America version Operation Condor, but it is the exact same thing as Operation Gladio. And how does that tie into Operation Paperclip? Well, that was the scientific. These are the paramilitary assassins. They are the scientists. OK. But it's the same concept because they all went to the same places. The scientists went all over South America. They were in Paraguay and Uruguay. They were in Argentina. And of course, they came to the U.S. They went to Japan.
46:34
Um, they went to Egypt. They went all over. Do you have a, do you have time for a sit down interview? If I flew out to see you, I could rent an Airbnb by wherever you're at. We could unpack this in like a three hour interview. Absolutely. Oh, that'd be perfect. Cause I'm going to, I'll talk to you off. I'll talk to you offline about it. I don't want to say anything on here because then it'll, uh, I'll get myself killed, but geez. Oh, Pete. It's crazy.
47:06
So does this all get declassified in the declassification task force? Do you have faith that Kash Patel is about to start declassifying all of this? I mean, it sounds like the information is already out there. It's already provable. Well, and that's what I'm saying, Ryan. None of the stuff that I've been talking about is classified. It's just distributed across. I've read 72 books to date on this one subject.
47:30
but a lot of times they call it different things and that's why i'm very specific about words i know having my military training that's why early on a year and a half ago we came up with international syndicate you will hear me use it repeatedly because i want to reinforce the fact that it's international it is not one country it is not one profession and it's a syndicate meaning that it's illegal it is a criminal syndicate
47:56
And that's another problem that I have when you use terminology that is purposely used to disguise, like the use of the word blob. That's like jello on a wall. What does that mean? These operations had names. Why are you not using the names? Use the names. Because I don't want to be a gatekeeper. What I have done is I have put all of this information out as soon as I get it.
48:26
And I have an entire army of people now. I just had a guy find their stay behind units in the Netherlands and he just DM'd me and said, hey, I just found a whole cache of documents. Do you want me to translate them for you? They're everywhere. We have people all over the world that have now tuned into this and understand because you have to use specific, correct.
48:50
If you come across any information that uses the words anti-communist in official jargon, that's a disguised word for Operation Gladio. The World Anti-Communist League. Just like I told you how they hide behind political parties. The World Anti-Communist League. What better title for something because everybody's anti-communist, right? We were programmed to be anti-communist.
49:19
So they created an entity called the World Anti-Communist League. Do you know who made up the World Anti-Communist League? Stetsko from Ukraine, Otto Skorzeny, trained assassin. The Ustasis from Croatia and the whole, the entire Nazi element of Eastern Germany makes it up. The two war criminals that I mentioned from Japan that are in charge of their organized crime, Chiang Kai-shek.
49:47
the guy in South Korea that the CIA installed there, they formed the world anti-communist league. It's a criminal syndicate too. They went all over the world and they had meetings, they coordinated assassinations and they orchestrated, it was just another element of NATO's, you can kind of look at this as almost like an international fascist movement to create the one world government and make it,
50:18
based on fascism, like a world dictatorship. These were the instruments that were being used to do exactly that. And now to think how much power these people have and how long they've been playing this game. It's like I tried to explain Guatemala to people. I'm like, it's like USAID goes in your country and we funnel in billions of dollars. And like you said, it's cheaper to buy a donkey than it is to buy a senator. And you're talking about funneling in since Obama, since 2012, not even from the beginning of Obama's term, since 2012, we funneled four point.
50:50
4 billion, $93 million into Guatemala. And you hear people like George Soros talk about buying a judge for 25,000 in America or any DA in America for 25 grand. And then just imagine what you could do in Guatemala, these third world countries. And then these ambassadors that they put in these positions of power, they're more powerful than the president of that country. And then we use a treaties and we use our leverage with the UN and the EU to force them to sign treaties, which create like military style police states.
51:16
And then we create their own version of our version of the FBI. But in Guatemala, which was the CCG in 2003, the idea was concepted in 2006. I think it became official. And then like immediately from day one, it was weaponized. But they were smart about it. They didn't go after the politicians. They went after the rich millionaires that funded their political campaigns to their opposition. And they took them out. And by that time, they had already taken control of the media. So then the media was on their side. The judges are crooked. They're on the payroll.
51:45
I mean, it got so bad that in 2017, this Valaz guy, I forget, I don't even know how to say his name. He was like the director of their FBI, this weaponized police state police force that we've created in Guatemala. They would go into Congress and order their lunch like a mafia don with their feet up on the fucking stages, right? And they would be sitting there while Congress was voting to make sure just to show them like, hey, we're in the back scarfing down burgers. Let's see how you guys vote because if anybody votes against us, right, you know?
52:14
yeah and and then we have then we have our ambassadors that come over here to our media and our congress and they and they parrot you know the cia's talking points about you know we're here the i forget what the other one was it was like defending democracy peaceful transition of power there's like these three or four keywords that when you hear those keywords you know you're balls deep in a regime change and you're about to lose your gosh damn government or your country and that's the way it was those are all the new terms the old terms were anti-communist yep
52:44
yeah yeah go ahead oh i say now instead of doing it through you know one or two organizations it's like they have hundreds and they're ngos that work for ngos that work for ngos and it's this giant web of money laundering for the cia and then these ngos actually act as front organizations for the cia but they're legit businesses they start legit businesses they recruit citizens that are naturalized citizens and they radicalize these citizens
53:09
And then whenever they want to put on a massive show or massive demonstration or protest or rally, whatever the hell it is, they actually incentivize their employees. They'll give them bonuses. They'll give them days off work. They'll give them whatever if they go and attend this event or this rally just because they need bodies out there. But really, they're all just puppets working for the CIA or the State Department or the CIA. And then that's where you see USAID comes in now. And USAID becomes that linchpin between the CIA, the State Department, and the DOD.
53:38
And that's literally the money laundering arm. I mean, in Venezuela, we were literally trying to ram trucks of USAID trucks through like the border in Guatemala or in Cuba, or no, it was in Venezuela. And like, we were 100%. I mean, Venezuela had the highest standard of living. This is what I can't wrap my head around. Everybody tells me that this guy's a dictator and he's this evil man in Venezuela. And I go, they had the highest standard of living in the world in 2001.
54:05
And then we kneecap them. We sanction them. We completely ban the entire world from purchasing their oil, which I can't wrap my head around why we would do something like that. And now look at their country. I just explained to you that they do economic warfare on them. Yes, that's part of the regime change operation. You have to cut them off from everything. You confiscate all of their wealth outside of their country to the freezing of the assets, all of that shit.
54:34
So that's why then that's why we we paint Russia, China and and and Russia, China and Korea, because those are those are countries that they won't let USAID in. They won't let us infiltrate and fuck around with their governments. And then we label them as communists and the enemy when they've never attacked us in Georgia. Georgia kicked out all of the NGOs and said that they weren't going to allow. They wanted a far. They wanted a far law.
55:03
and our state department was adamant that they were not going to pass that far law that made ngos register um if they were a foreign ngo we were basically trying to overthrow the georgia government it's everywhere the world's waking up it's they can't continue this much longer and i would love to hear i know i got i got to run right now i got to be on another interview here in a few minutes but i uh i would love to hear what your thoughts are on israel and israel owning our politicians and how we've been
55:38
occupied i guess if you will like our government is controlled by another foreign government and then it's like that who's who's pulling the strings here is it israel controlling our government that's overthrowing the rest of the world or is it our government that controls israel and is overthrowing the rest of the world i can't it seems like israel controls our government and puppets our government our government does what israel wants to do so i would love to have that conversation with you um and it is definitely a conversation because you can actually make an argument either way
56:07
but I will tell you the history of it. And then you can make a decision of whether or not that changes your initial impression. Perfect. Let's do it. Let's do it. You can, you got my, you got my link. So you can just book me whenever you got time. I'm going to be out of the country here right after Christmas, but I should be back around January 1st. And after January 1st, I'm free for like 20 days or 18 days until right before the inauguration. Then I go out of town again. But anytime in there that you'd like to have me back on, I'd love to have carry on this conversation. Awesome.
56:35
i look forward to it all right thank you so much roxanne i appreciate it and uh i look forward to coming back on your show thank you ryan god bless you thank you so much have a great day wow that was a face fast pace um interview didn't go at all like i thought it was going to but i'm glad you guys are all here thank you for being here and um i am going to take a quick break and i will be back as soon as i am able to um

57:34
um it is fun to watch uh eureka springs arkansas um it is the light bulb goes on and there is no better feeling of waking people up um to see that yeah i agree with you 100 percent um yeah shane kyshek spin thank you for putting that um link on there i recommend everybody go read up on him um that story is just a fascinating story um
58:03
Let's see what else we got. Oh, you guys are getting so good. Mr. Snake Moore is putting auto scores in his bio. You guys are so awesome. And let's see. What else? Do you have any insight on the adoption process from Guatemala? I do not. I adopted my boy through an agency that did due diligence and such. But how?
58:31
Does this play into the human trafficking angle? Legitimately, most of the adoption aid, well, I can't say that. There are good and bad adoption agencies. And adoption agencies that are good adoption agencies are not part of the human trafficking. There are bad adoption agencies that are part of a bad one.
58:54
without knowing a name and being able to look into, I mean, the best way to do that, I had to help a friend of mine who wanted to go to a country in Africa and adopt. I showed her how to vet whatever the adoption agency was and the country in which they were coming from. So that's a lot. Let's see.
59:25
All right. I think that's about everybody. Would love a Gladio video on Britain and Northern Ireland. Oh my gosh. Me too. There is a book. I will try to find the book. I had it saved. I could not find the book in print. So I had it saved on my archive.org folder that got smashed when the archive.org went down and they lost all of our profiles. I think that was on purpose.
59:54
I had like probably 20 different books tagged that you can't find in print anywhere. And so I will try to find that book for you. But it did talk about how the IRA was used by the operatives in Britain. Every time they wanted to attack one of your prime ministers or whatever, there would be a flare up.
1:00:22
in the IRA and basically how there were drug running between New York, Boston. This one was specifically about Boston, how there was mafia contacts that were running drugs into ports and how the IRA had been infiltrated by Gladio Elements.
1:00:50
that they were orchestrating a lot of the terror that was going on um over during that time okay so that's it that's i think i got through most of the comments there again thank you guys very much um for being here really appreciate it um and i will see you in a little bit bye
