OK, everyone, welcome to the Colonel's Corner. Hopefully Ivan will be joining us shortly. I sent him the link and we'll see. I did want to go over a few things that I was hopefully going to go over with him about some of his.
0:32
background that I came across doing my research. And thanks to Cousin It and Bridget, they found lots of interviews that he's already done. And I watched several of them, gleaned lots of information. What's very interesting to me is how quite a bit of what he's done over the course of his career
1:02
kind of dovetails into Operation Gladio. Now, obviously, that's not why he's on here, but you can't, in some cases, separate the two. So I will be asking him some fairly obvious questions from our point of view, based on our knowledge of Operation Gladio when he gets in. So I wanted to start with a little bit about
1:33
his background because i found it fascinating um and i don't know if any of you guys have watched um like an entire interview that he's done um but one of the articles that um the girls found was talking about in 2017 he had done um an event that was kind of an exploratory senate
2:05
campaign slash fundraiser for four of his favorite charities. And it was focused around several themes, which when you listen to him are all reoccurring themes. So he ran 1776 miles. So 1,776 miles around the state of Virginia, which is where he lives.
2:34
And he started out Mount Vernon, which of course is George Washington, which is an appropriate place to start. He did the run over 81 days. Most of the days consisted of 22 miles per day. And he ran through 95 counties and 38 cities. He did that in that way in order to bring awareness to the average.
3:05
22 U.S. veterans that commit suicide per day. Two miles. There he is. Okay, Ivan, thank you for, I love Joseph's Bianca. God, I love it. All right. So I was just going over a little bit about their background. I'm fascinated about this 2017, 1776.
3:39
mile run you did through the state of Virginia. Not many people look at that and find out about it and ask me about it. We're good. I'm just going to go ahead and tell you we're good. But what fascinated me the most. What do you mean we're good? I have a team of two other researchers, Cousin It and Bridget, that we do all of the research together. We've spent a year researching Operation Gladio.
4:05
and Operation Condor and all of the CIA coups. So what you do is dovetails into what we've researched for the last year nonstop, about 14 hours a day. Very nice. So the four soft coups that were done on Trump in what you're revealing. More than four, but yeah, there was more than four.
4:29
Right. But I mean, four specific ones like the Russiagate, the January 6th, the Ukraine phone call. Yeah. So we we are right with you in all of the stuff that you've done. And I am so excited to be able to talk to you. So we're going to compare notes and and talk about the individual actors that were involved. Did you go to that level of granularity? Well, what I have done.
4:55
quite frankly, is we've started from a strategic level and we talked about what Gladio and Condor was and who was behind it. The money laundering, the Vatican troll, all of that stuff. Back to World War II. Do you have the individuals or just kind of organizations?
5:13
No, we've talked about individuals like people that people have never heard of, like Warbell, the guy that sold all the silencers to all the special forces for the automatic weapons that live just outside of Atlanta, Georgia. I don't know if you've ever ran across him. OK, so, yes. So we have talked about individuals in the entire global down to every single CIA officer.
5:43
Felix Rodriguez, the guy that Tucker just had on. And he's like he's an assassin. And I'm we know all about Felix Rodriguez. And so I'm watching on my computer and he's in Tucker's house. I'm like, are you fucking kidding me? How did he get past his security? He's a CIA assassin. We have dug all of the dirt on it from Vietnam to.
6:11
El Salvador. And I want to ask you about him because you were in El Salvador. So there's just so much about your career that we've looked into that like overlays what we've been researching. So I'm just really excited about this. Well, excellent. Let me ask you first, what's your background military wise? Like what's your background? I have a very interesting background from.
6:41
Not from your perspective. Yours is much more interesting. But I kind of hit a whole bunch of different things. I started off for eight years as an enlisted troop. I was in aircraft maintenance, worked on airplanes. I worked on T-38s and KC-135s. I got my commission.
6:59
I was assigned, although my career field was human resources, I was assigned at some very unique bases. Like my first base was Los Angeles Air Force Base during SDI, the late 80s. So Milstar, Brilliant Pebbles, all of the satellite classified programs. I was a headhunter for them. I went to all of the universities and recruited people. So I know much more about that than what a normal HR person would just from.
7:28
Association. And then I left there and went to San Vito Air Station, which is an electronic eavesdropping base. It was the old elephant cages. Just as they were transitioning over to the satellite systems, I was just out there watching being purchased from the Air Force's perspective. So that kind of started me off on a very interesting trek. I was at the Pentagon for four years. I was at CENTCOM over 9-11. What years were you at the Pentagon and where?
7:56
From 95 to 99. And I was in, I was, do you know that the active duty has active duty officers assigned to the reserve components? Right. So I spent two years doing budgeting and programming in the Air Force Reserves office. And then I was selected. Were you on the Air Force staff or were you on the?
8:22
I was on the Air Force's staff, but in the airport chief of the Air Force Reserves office. OK. And so I got moved up to be an exec for the three star. There's a three star and a one star. I was the one star's primary exec. So I was in a lot of the air staff level meetings with those guys as a fly on the wall, which was very interesting. And I left there and went to coordinate only U.S. Air Force Reserve or also Air Guard.
8:50
Air Guard. So, you know, they're locked at the hip at the air staff and you don't do anything in the reserve without having the guard there because they want their piece of the pie. And so all of the force and, you know, the Air Force is probably other than the Marines, the most integrated because 60 percent of the airlift missions is flown by the Air Force Reserve and Guard every day. So the ops tempo is totally integrated. So the Air Force doesn't do anything without the Guard and Reserve in meetings.
9:20
And so my principal that I was responsible for went to all of the high level meetings. So it was just, you know, what being an exec officer is like. It's you get to be a fly on the wall and some very interesting conversations. So I left there and went to CENTCOM. Then 9-11 happened.
9:39
And so I was on CENTCOM staff mobilizing both the Guard and Reserve and all of the active components to grow CENTCOM into a warfighting headquarters and bringing it in Tampa. We did all the reception of forces for the 50 some countries that came in, which was a lot of fun. And then I went to Air War College for a year. I went to the personnel center for two years and then I was a wing commander for three years and I retired. Nice.
10:12
So the 06. No, they offered me battalion command. I said, no, I'm not participating in your lawlessness. I'm out. So and I find that interesting. And was that timing wise because of the vaccine? Yeah, absolutely. And so it wasn't a vaccine, obviously, but they called it a vaccine. Right, right. The DNA mutilation. Yeah, the DNA mutilation injection that they promulgated without proper authorization.
10:42
They didn't have authorization to ask our status. They didn't have authorization to go ahead and force an emergency use authorized product. They didn't have an FDA approved product to then coerce and manipulate. They didn't have a presidential waiver to go ahead and force the emergency use authorized product. So there's all lawless. And so we're still going through the process of creating consequences and examples of all the failureship of the Department of Defense.
11:11
They will face consequences to the maximum while I'm alive. They have to. That was the most atrocious. They participated in a partial genocide. Exactly. I would say it was a mass. What's the thing just short of genocide when it's injury? It's a mass mutilation of human beings. The mass casualty event. Mass mutilation. Mass total destruction of our.
11:45
national security readiness. Totally destroyed it, especially the pilot fleet. I represent, I guess, during the first year or so, a year and a half, I'm representative of probably about 60,000 of us that ended up leaving early because we didn't want to participate in the illegal. I mean, not only, I had the Long Tucker interview and I talked about it, but basically it was illegal mandate, illegal, you know, the DNA mutilation promotion as well as the bodily mutilation promotion and other parts, right?
12:18
Whether it's genital, maiming, mutilating. Oh, my God. What they're doing to the dependent children right now through the overseas. I don't know if you know anything. Yeah, they're providing leave for people that decide to murder their children. They give them extra leave. Well, in the Department of Defense, the medical overseas in the army in Qatar.
12:44
They're actually providing medical services for transitions of minors. Yeah. So that's called mutilating a child so that they are now castrated, maimed and disfigured for the rest of their life. Yeah. Okay. So you understand what motivated me then? I've always been a researcher. I've always been a reader. I only read nonfiction.
13:12
I've done this for probably the last. You know, in that case, you don't read the New Oak Slimes, Washington Post, Well News, Criminal News Network, Raw Sewage. I only do that in research. For example, the most recent article they wrote about the secret CIA locations that they installed in Ukraine along the Igor Kolomoisky's governorship area.
13:40
the 27 sites, all of those, I read them for that reason, because basically that was the CIA admitting that they're putting basically like stay behind units to launch attacks into Russia, because in that article, it talks about them taking an overt war and transitioning to a covert war. And I mean, that's exactly what Operation Gladio was all about.
14:06
And I find that interesting because the Azov Battalion was the guards for Ihor Kolomoisky. And those directly back to Bandera and Reinhard Galen from World War II. So anyway. So I got a sense of your background. Good, good, good. So I do want to highlight this because I don't think anybody has.
14:34
about what you did. So 1,776 miles around the state of Virginia, starting at Mount Vernon, you ran 22 miles per day, except for two days of 11 miles through 95 counties, 38 cities, to bring awareness to the 22 average veteran suicides per day. God bless you. And you did it to raise money for the Green Beret Foundation, Task Force Dagger Foundation.
15:00
Special Ops Warrior Foundation, Victory for Vets, and Wounded Warriors. And I will tell you that the Special Ops Warrior Foundation is near and dear to my heart because when I retired in 2008, I volunteered. We have the second largest air show here in my hometown of Lakeland, Florida at Sun and Fun.
15:19
And they do alternating years, Blue Angels and the Thunderbirds. And so I knew about this organization because my best friend was stationed at SOCOM. And I invited all of the kids in the local area on those scholarships to be in the VIP tent with me so they could meet all the air crews. So I absolutely love that organization. And God bless you for doing that. And then you ended it at Arlington in the two special days.
15:49
Can you tell me why you started it on August 23rd and why you ended it on November 11th? I mean, it should say in there, right? Yes, go ahead. I want you to tell everybody. It's been a while since I've thought about this, but August 23rd was picked because I believe that was when George Washington in 1775 decided to go ahead and proclaim that they were going to break from the tyrannical regime.
16:21
of King George. Yes. And November 11th is, I think that year was the Veterans Day. Yes. And so I will correct one thing that you said. Okay. There was only one day that I didn't do 22 miles a day. And that was the very last day because thankfully I didn't have to do 22 to get to the threshold of 1776. Cool. That's just amazing to me. And you were a
16:49
I don't recommend that to anyone. That was, that was, that was challenging. That was very, I can't even imagine it. Yeah. I basically said friends, people that know me, they're like, Ivan, man, you're crazy. And they're saying that because they know I am going to do it. And those that don't know me are like, yeah, whatever. He's never going to do it. But those that know me pretty well, like, dude, that's going to be brutal, bro.
17:18
Yeah, I can't even, I'm still amazed. Okay, so you served as a Deputy Attaché to Georgia. Assistant Army Attaché in the Republic of Georgia. Yes, ma'am. And so tell me about that. 2007? Yeah, 2007. Just for four months. I think it was May to August or something like that. While the Army Attaché was transitioning. I mean, I got a taste of what it's like to be an Army Attaché.
17:47
It was at a time when the Russians did the probing exercise where they dropped a dud into South Ossetia. I don't know if you remember that. I do. But I think that was probably testing to penetrate the radar systems to be able to then the following year conduct what they did during the Beijing Olympics. While the whole world was focused on the Beijing Olympics, Russia went ahead and did their little probe into.
18:18
Georgia. What do you think about what's going on in Georgia right now? I know you've been tied up with all of the other stuff, but I'm not, I'm not focusing at all my attention on anything outside the United States because we're in such a dire situation. We need all hands on deck, completely ignore what's going on outside of this country until we can restore and replace.
18:43
One, toxic, feckless, stone-cold, coward, gutless, simp politicians. And then once we do that, then create the necessary consequences to those that were complicit in the destruction of our constitutional order, a.k.a. known as the deep state. And once we castrate the deep state, then we can start focusing in on crushing the commies globally. But it's a phased approach, and that's all I've been talking about.
19:07
Basically synchronizing, organizing that effort, one, through the court of public opinion, through training, advising, equipping folks with the knowledge that they need in order to know who the real top target enemies are, as listed on my deep state target list of 600. And then also leveraging the knowledge and network that I have and a growing audience and growing, I guess, growing American citizenry that is also demanding maximum consequences. And so there.
19:36
kind of stepping up to the plate to then motivate attorneys general throughout the country to conduct precedent that was set by Letitia James in New York, and then also identify district's attorneys throughout the 2,500 red counties that are willing to do the precedent already conducted by Fulton Fannie and Fat Al Bragg over in Manhattan. I love your names. And I do want to make a comment because I know that you're aware.
20:05
that there are naysayers out there about what you're doing. And I just want to tell people. They can just get out of my way. So I want to remind people. And then those that are naysayers that are just, you can sit in the, they can sit in the stands and do nothing and they just get out of the way. I'm going to do this with or without them. And if people want to help out, God bless them because it's going to help out and it's going to make things, we can restore this constitutional republic more quickly. But if you're going to focus on being a naysayer.
20:34
Look in the mirror and ask yourself, what are you doing that's better, a better plan and a better path for execution that I am presenting and acting on? If you have something better, inform me so that I can assist you. So one of my favorite sayings, which I kept under my glass on every assignment, was the man in the arena. You're the man in the arena. And what pisses me off most about people is I get asked all the time, what can we do?
21:03
And those exact same people are the ones that will go, well, what the hell is he doing? Well, he's doing something which is more than what you're doing. And that's kind of my approach to people is you seem to be a one man and wanting more people to do this that is willing to stand up and take the fight to the enemy.
21:30
And that's what we have to do. You are teaching people how to be an activist. If I may explain it Barney style to those that don't quite understand what's going on. What am I doing? OK, just break it down fifth grade or five year old level. So the way our system works in America is that when you try to prosecute someone, you have a jury and or a judge that.
21:57
are part of the team in the case of a jury trial, for example, for criminal stuff and prosecution. And they're the ones that put forth the evidence before the prosecution to the jury pool and the judge to make decisions and then ultimately may determine the fate of an individual that's being prosecuted. If that jury pool only in their entire life has received curated, manipulated, coerced, falsified lies.
22:27
about the totality of the circumstances of that particular case, before they walk into the courtroom, they are all predisposed for a guilty or whatever verdict that those that manipulated the information into their brain want the end result to be. My role is to expose those that conducted the censorship industrial complex that forced...
22:54
The entire American jury pool, I would say in February and then to August around 2021, 80 to 90 percent of the country believed the hype that was forced into our brains. Not mine. I'm sure not yours. But 80 to 90 percent through bots, through FBI's curated manipulate. And I can tell you the individuals that did this. OK.
23:21
The names of the individuals, and if you want offline, I will give you their phone number, their address, what vehicle type and make and model they drive, and their family members' information, okay? But I'm not going to do that because then that would be considered doxing, okay? Joe Pientka's number, that's his public office number, right? The San Francisco field office of VFU Live. And I'm not asking you to call it, but I'm just reminding you where to look.
23:50
If you just want to know where that phone number is, OK, and what the name is. But I digress. So what am I doing? I put out a tweet. Are you responding to that tweet where I asked small to large podcast? I don't care how small or big you are. I'm willing to spend time with you to explain everyone involved on the deep state target list that were the people involved by category of treason.
24:19
from 2016 to today that also included those folks that illegally conducted espionage on their political opponents that are running for office and those of us that are just normal citizens that they're trying to take out in violation of our Constitution. So I'm basically setting the stage and preparing the nation to push back against the First Amendment destruction that they participated in.
24:49
Elon Musk is obviously an outsized voice. I got nothing on him. But because he's allowing us to communicate, this engagement with you is going to then be viewed by maybe one other person. But if I'm doing 10, 20, if I'm doing 50 of these interviews a week, and in the collective I ultimately get millions of people watching it, that is millions of people throughout the country that are, one,
25:17
going to be part of the jury pool for the time when Ken Paxton with Elon Musk match the criminal evidence within Twitter 1.0 holdings, apply it to the necessary jurisdiction of an individual on my deep state target list, and then divvy it out to say, hey, DA in this county in Texas, or Ken Paxton can say, hey, attorney general in this other state, my colleague, for example, right, from his perspective, Bailey.
25:46
in Missouri, Kobach in Kansas, et cetera, et cetera. Here's the criminal evidence that was shared to us through a lawful subpoena of Elon Musk's holdings. And now you must action that and take the precedent set by Fulton Fannie, take the precedent set by Peekaboo James in New York. And that is essentially, I'm preparing the information space so that people know exactly who the enemy is.
26:15
So that when the indictments start to come, I don't care how good and how during voir dire jury selection, it will not matter during jury selection on who you pull out of the system because they're already going to see the evidence that is likely going almost certainly going to be used in court for the time when we start to smoke these scum out.
26:42
So what do you think? Tell me another strategy that's legal, moral, and ethical at scale that can be done that is better than what I've come up with and with my team. If you have something, I will pivot and stop everything I'm doing and support that other better idea. And they know where to find you. Tell me what you think. Info at Raiklin.com. Tell me what you think the relevance of Elon Musk.
27:10
announcing the move from California to Texas. It's massive. I don't even know what word to use other than extraordinary. This is the most important indicator that I've seen that he is all in. I'll explain why. When you're a business in California, you have to kind of like kowtow to the political leadership within California because they have jurisdiction over you. Who's the governor?
27:41
Gavin Newscum, who's the attorney general affiliate of Gavin Newscum and Nancy Piglosi, right? And so that entire infrastructure can use all of its resources and assets to then go ahead and investigate you until they basically either entrap you or come up with the crime. So by Elon Musk removing himself and all of his business assets from California, Newscum doesn't have leverage over him or jurisdiction.
28:11
Piglosi doesn't have as much influence, almost none now, depending on where you move those headquarters. Number three, Adam Bullshift doesn't have as much influence. Eric Swallowswell, Mad Maxine Waters, and so on and so forth. Ted Lieu, all these scum right from California that are captured. And so that's one. The second most important component is where he's moving to.
28:40
It's Texas. Let's contextualize that. Hmm. Which of the attorneys general throughout the country is the one most suited to expose rotten corruption of the entire system, both political parties? Hmm. Wouldn't you think it'd be the one that was the only one that called out the illegal 2020 election when he filed a lawsuit? Texas versus Georgia, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin and Michigan.
29:09
Yeah, that would be a very good indicator for me. What about the one that just slayed the Bush-Cheney criminal syndicate when they tried to impeach him? And now he's ready for a little retribution himself. A little ping pong they served. Now it's time for the spike. I'm talking about Ken Paxton, okay? Ken Paxton is ready, willing, and able.
29:36
If you're new to this discussion, why don't you go back and watch his interview with Tucker Carlson? He is going to go scorched earth. And let's just say, I'll say it this way. His account follows my account, Ivan Raiklin. Meaning Ken Paxton AG follows Ivan Raiklin on Twitter. You can make your assumptions from there. I'm not here to disclose anything that will slow things down.
30:06
God bless you. God bless you. Did that answer your question? Yes, you did. And I will tell you, I did call in doing my homework for this interview. I called my buddy Alpha Warrior and I because him and I do a regular Wednesday night podcast. I heard. Yeah. And so I was. He had nothing good to say about me.
30:34
Well, I put my hypothesis, which was very similar to yours, that you just articulated in a much better fashion. And he about dropped his phone. He's like, son of a bitch. You have to ask him that. It makes sense now, doesn't it? Yeah, exactly. Yeah. Don't bet against Elon. But he's a Marine and he missed the entire thing.
30:59
I told him I'd get him a better, sharper box of crayons for his next interview with you. Yeah, he's one of the sharpest Marines, though. He is. He is. Just to stress one more point. So remember, the Twitter Files releases by Elon with Michael Schellenberger, Matt Taibbi, and Barry Weiss, that was all done pre-endorsement of Trump.
31:22
What do you think he'll want to release now that he literally has to do everything in his power to make sure Trump wins so that he one survives physically? I'm talking about Musk. And number two, his businesses can continue to flourish. He has to release the mother of all Twitter files from my perspective. I from mine, too. OK. And think about it this way. If he releases it in Texas, there's like.
31:51
California has no leverage over him and Texas. So he could release the mother of all Twitter files. And then the stuff that he can't because of, you know, legal responsibility, Ken Paxson just subpoenas it. And so then the entire criminal trove of evidence is then masticated by the American public. And then the law enforcement ecosystem of America known as twenty five hundred counties that are red.
32:21
and several, a couple dozen plus counties, or excuse me, states that are red. And your national education program that you articulated so well earlier, you just moved the bar even farther as far as educating the general population through this evidence. Yeah, absolutely. So when it's publicly disclosed in America, those that were duped, and now, by the way, Twitter is now the number one news app.
32:51
in america and many countries and it just became the third most uh recognized i should say sticky social media or website platform as of last week above fake book and insta garbage and approaching commie search and commie tube who are in the number one and two spots what does that mean when elon musk releases this evidence of an illegal election where he showcases the current
33:21
governor and fake governor and then former secretary of state of Arizona, probably communicating through Twitter or Twitter employees. Why don't you go ahead and censor carry like this or carry like that or staffer this or stuff, right? Right. Imagine that being done there and what Brad Raffensperger and Brian Kemp did in Georgia and Robin Voss in Wisconsin and good old Shapiro in Pennsylvania. And then at the national level.
33:50
Remember, these are all categories on my deep state target list. I made it easy for Elon. All you got to do is look at the list, look at the categories, look at the ones that have Twitter accounts, match them together, and start going to town. I will pro bono support this effort, Elon, if you're listening in. I have me and a massive team ready, willing, and able to go to town. If you want me to sign an NDA, great. We will go.
34:20
We will act as simple piranhas that haven't eaten in four years as we go to town on the emails of Jim Baker and others on my Deep State Target list, of their internal Slack channels, as well as the Twitter DMs as we identify the geotagged location data for all of it. So then we can distribute it out to, oh, which sheriff said that he was willing to play ball when I was at the Texas Sheriff's Association last week?
34:50
Or should I say, which dozens? Oh, gentlemen, here's some criminal evidence that you can action. Be sure to conduct precedent already set by Michael Byrd to Ashley Babbitt, since they said it was objectively reasonable. And why don't you conduct objectively reasonable conduct as a sheriff, just like Lila Morris of Metropolitan Police Department did to Roseanne Boylan. Are you familiar with those two instances? Yeah, yeah.
35:21
So why not they conduct objectively reasonable conduct across 2,500 counties with their DAs? And why don't they just go ahead and deputize the 80,000 of us or so that left the military that have experienced actioning targets globally? And we'll be lawfully deputized to assist and provide the necessary courage.
35:48
to ensure that the objectively reasonable conduct is met to the max, legally, morally, ethically, patriotically, and it'll be extremely peaceful for me. Yes. Peaceful and satisfying all at the same time. So I do want to ask you, you mentioned Arizona. I find it interesting. Were you at the cyber symposium?
36:20
All three of them. Yes, ma'am. OK, so I'm interested in your takeaway because I see with my Gladio glasses, which is my kind of infamous new thing where I look at everything completely different. I see the cyber symposium falling into and I listen to your all of your testimony at the Arizona hearing.
36:49
which was sabotaged as well. It was. With the person that testified immediately after me. Yes. And the purpose of that hearing was to give the courage and then convince the last remaining state senator, Ken Bennett, to vote alongside with us for the House and the Senate to put together a joint resolution advocating for the decertification.
37:16
of Arizona's electors that were transmitted in 2020. And it was sabotaged. I think we were there until that next hearing happened. Like minutes after I walked off and gave my testimony. Yeah. And the woman that got duped into inviting that person in basically got fired. She got removed from office. But I think she was set up. And then you have the people that showed up at the cyber symposium that basically sabotaged it. Elizabeth Harris.
37:46
Yeah. State rep. Yeah. And you got the people that showed up at the cyber symposium. Hold on just a second, because I want to mention their names, the little bastards. You had Dennis Montgomery, Josh Merritt, Kurt Wybie, Mary Fanning and all these other people that basically sabotage that, too.
38:20
Do you see a correlation between those two with your Intel hat on? So my focus has not been on the substantive cyber component, the machine manipulation and whatnot. I mean, I've heard of those names. Some of them have tried to reach out to me. I haven't had substantive conversation with them. So I can't specifically in a educated manner comment and give solid analysis on them. That's something that.
38:50
You know, folks like a Kurt Olson would be in the best position to do. He's an attorney for Mike Lindell, for Carrie Lake, some others. And he's very credible, obviously. I would say this. My focus has been educating, kind of training, advising and equipping and motivating legislatures at the federal and the state level to understand their constitutional authority to fix this shit show. OK, right.
39:22
They don't understand that they have the authority under Article 2, Section 1, Clause 2 to really decide, essentially at a whim, how that state can allocate its electors. For example, the ideal path to guarantee a free, fair, and transparent election this cycle with the time that we have remaining, I can only think of one method that's legal, moral, and ethical. And that would be the release of the mother of all Twitter files, coupled with some of the
39:51
mother of all whistleblowers that I'm trying to motivate, Joseph Pienta III, for example, to release sufficient evidence for the American public and Elon Musk and leveraging Tucker Carlson to say, oh, wait, here is the full stop evidence. 2020 was abjectly illegitimate, illegal. The current infrastructure is still in play. The same people that controlled and manipulated the electoral system in 2020.
40:18
are now even in a better position to manipulate 2024. And those names are Paul Ryan and Faux News. Just recently in the last year, bribed deviant voting systems $850 million. Well, what do they get in return? My hypothesis is that it's to get the return of their choosing, meaning in the general election. Meaning that if we fail to block Trump from being the nominee,
40:48
If we fail to assassinate him, if we fail to destroy the information landscape, leveraging size and FBI, as they just published last week, that they're going to do denial of service attacks on Elon and other information sources related to the electoral system. If all that fails to block Trump, then the last backstop that I see that the uniparty cabal has Paul Ryan and phone news and Rupert Murdoch's of the world.
41:17
are going to call in the bribe, or excuse me, the settlement, the investment, right? Which is what? You create an electoral outcome of our choosing that we paid you for in the 28 states upon which you have a touchpoint in the electoral infrastructure. Done. So then how do we circumvent that is the question. I have a solution.
41:44
How do we circumvent that? How do we circumvent illegal voters voting? How do we circumvent the software manipulation, the Dropbox fraud, the mail-in fraud, the signature verification fraud? I'm just going to say, in the collective. So here's where I need people to listen closely, as closely as you've ever listened as possible. The state legislatures can, on November 5th, convene in their state capitol.
42:17
and then hold a joint session vote on their own without governor's special permission. The Speaker of the House, the Senate majority convenes their legislative bodies respectively in the joint session, and those members vote in person. One day, they stand up and rise, just like we saw, remember, the Speaker of the House votes? The state legislatures will do that. That's what we need to drive for this to happen. They do that, and it's on TV.
42:44
live streaming on X, Rumble, Truth Social and C-SPAN for the whole world to see as we watch each Republican state rep and state senator and each Democrat state rep and state senator rise to vote and say, I vote for the Republican nominee. I vote for the Democrat nominee for president. And then in the collective, whatever turns out, that's how the state, the majority of that body, the joint body.
43:13
will then allocate that state's electors to whoever got the most votes, all electors. Now, if you multiply that by 50 states, Republican state legislatures control 274 electoral votes. That will be the most free, fair, transparent election that we've seen in over 200 years. Because everyone knows who is voting.
43:42
Who's eligible to vote? Everyone knows their political party affiliation and registered by what party. And everyone gets to see how they vote. You have a problem with how they vote. You address it at the next election. Now, I ask you this question. Use your creative thinking here. If you're a Republican state rep or state senator and you happen to be one of those that are complicit in the electoral heist for 2020 and beyond.
44:11
And you are a toxic, feckless, stone cold, gutless, coward, simp as well. Do you think you're going to be able to, what do you think they'll do? Do you think that they have a possibility to vote for a Democrat nominee? What do you think the people in their district are going to do that if they do vote for the Democrat nominee? Start ordering millstones. At a minimum. I think at a minimum. You're being kind and diplomatic. I am being kind.
44:42
To summarize, I think that they will see a little bit more aggressive response in a much more timely fashion than what was conducted on Lizzie Cheney and Adam Kinzinger. An analogy that I like to use is you will have however many constituents are in your district. Imagine they are piranhas that haven't eaten in four years. That's probably what's going to take place. And again, this is my assessment.
45:13
So since you were talking about the highest confidence with almost certainty. Sorry. And I understand what that means in your Intel assessment. I know exactly what that means. So you talked a little bit and I know that's not your function on the cyber side.
45:35
Can you say anything about or do you have an opinion about the whole because everybody's interested in it? The CrowdStrike recent failure and how that relates to the voting systems, which just goes to reiterate what you just said. I mean, it drives home the point. Yeah. So I haven't done a deep analysis of CrowdStrike. That's on my to do list. But I'll say this. I mean, some of the key things that people need to contextualize about CrowdStrike is.
46:03
That is the same company that was part of the whole cover-up, right, with the DNC hack. And they wrote a draft opinion as the subcontract, I guess, contracted company to then provide that draft opinion to the FBI's Nellie and Bruce Orr to say that there was a hack of the DNC. And then that's how they started the process for Russia, Russia, Russia. And then to go ahead and get Roger Stone.
46:33
Live stream swatted and rated. Hey, why don't we use the same precedent? Wouldn't that be brilliant if Ken Paxson had the state police and county sheriffs conduct exactly the same thing on all 600 of my members on the deep state target list? What they did to Roger Stone and then subsequently kidnapped him? Or what they did to Peter Navarro by conducting armed robbery kidnapping? Or you know what? Why not just conduct swattings like they did to Marjorie Taylor Greene or Steve Bannon? Or how about this?
47:02
If you're a member of Congress, Jamie Raskin, I'm talking to you, why don't we do the – he's on my deep state target list as well as several other congressmen. Why don't we just do what they did to Scott Perry as president and to Marjorie Taylor Greene as president and combine the two? Armed robbery, take your devices, look through everything, and then SWAT you while we're at it. So I do want to – I don't know if that answered your question, but – It did.
47:33
I don't know if you had a chance today to see that. It just came out right before we were on the air. I'm sorry. One more thing on the CrowdStrike. I just remembered. Uptekin. What's his first name? The CEO of CrowdStrike. If you look his name up, dude's got a Ukrainian background. I'm sure he's got a nice, tight relationship with the traitor twin brother of Vindman's, okay? And the Eric Charamellos of the world. The whistleblower, quote unquote, the fake whistleblower.
48:04
And the impeachment hoax won? Wasn't he CIA? Vindman? No. Eric Taramello was a CIA detailee to the National Security Council. And guess who his two attorneys were representing him? Who? Andrew Bakaj, also on my deep state target list in the category of Ukraine, Ukraine whistleblower. And Andrew Bakaj was a former attorney for Johnny Boy Brennan over at the CIA.
48:32
Are you kidding me? No, I mean, I got all these receipts. I mean, it's all out there. No, I know. I love hearing about it. I haven't heard you say that yet. And then his other attorney, which just testified before the Homeland Security Committee recently, what's his name? Mark Zayed. Oh, I know who he is. Mark Zayed was the guy that wrote in a tweet minutes after the inauguration on January 20th of 2017, and now the resistance begins. Yes.
49:03
So this guy is a man. Do I have a lot of traders on that list? Only 600. Well, but that's the first list. That's the primary target list. You know, you have your HVTs, high value targets, and then you have your secondary target list, which is staffers and whatnot. Did you see today where there's been a leak of Trump's internal communications and it was leaked to Politico?
49:32
Yeah. The question, I haven't seen it. What was the content? And I'll tell you probably who leaked it. It was basically the vetting of his vice president candidates. Okay. And what was the kind of conclusion? What was the crux of it? Well, I think it's pronounced politico, but yeah, go ahead. I love your names. So.
49:56
Basically, what it was saying is that I only read like the first two paragraphs of the article. It basically said Microsoft, it got a hack. And what I found interesting about this, because this goes back to my Gladio glasses, when CrowdStrike, well, when the DNC quote unquote hack happened, the contents of it was leaked to WikiLeaks, not to any of the fake news.
50:24
or what I call the PR department of the CIA. But this information from Trump gets leaked to the fake news PR department of the CIA. So you know immediately who's hacking. And of course they do the normal attribution to Iran and all of the other entities. But I did want to ask you about that because that's something that...
50:54
I watched your interview with the twins and we talk a lot about election interference with foreign actors. And you talked about in great detail. If you haven't watched that interview, please go watch that interview. You need to watch every minute of it because it's an excellent, detailed explanation of your deep state target list and the methods you use, which is critical.
51:23
And I do want to talk about your three years that you were out doing the training thing, because I found that completely fascinating as well for a completely different reason. But I want to know why when we internally do assessments on the validity of information, if you look around the world, the number one organization that's done the most election interference, bar none on the planet, is the CIA.
51:53
Why would we not think that they're interfering in our election here? Well, I kind of laid it out that the 51 spies who lied were mostly, almost entirely former CIA. And some actually current in a probably contract role or otherwise. Remember, there were 60 total. Nine have still not been named. 51 have. Now, if you look at the 51, the preponderance of those are CIA senior leaders, right? Both Bush.
52:23
criminal syndicate CLA directors, and Barry Hussain, former CLA directors. Who else was on the list? The former inspector general for the CLA is John Brennan. This guy's name was David Buckley. That's who the Uniparty used to cover up the illegal election via a fedsurrection cover-up. And that fedsurrection cover-up is, most people know it as the January 6th cover-up committee.
52:50
I coin it as the Mike Pence's beloved Liz Cheney and Nancy Pelosi's beloved Benny Thompson. January 6th Fed surrection cover up and insurrection promotion committee. That's the full title. I love it. I love it. But I do believe that the time has come for us. I mean, I'm not joking, though. I mean, it's funny, but it's not.
53:19
No, I like your naming of things because it is so accurate and honest as opposed to the tiptoeing that most people do. I absolutely love it. I can't. I don't want to sound like I'm praising you too much, but the biggest thing that I see in our political dialogue is people are not honest. They don't say what is real.
53:47
Right. Exactly. And that's why we're in the problem situation that we're in because everybody is tiptoeing around like eggshells. And meanwhile, I'm just coming through with my bulldozer. Bring it on. I have a mini bulldozer, but I'm right there with you on the bulldozing. And oh, by the way, during that interview with the twins, you were looking for a word as being the people's representative. It's called ombudsman.
54:16
That's what you are. You are the people's ombudsman. Well, there you go. I mean, thank you. I know what that means, but that's, you know, it's kind of a technical term that I think most people would not be familiar with. So some people call some people call me the people's representative to Congress. But now I've taken on a more broader role because after I've already did my 18 month self-appointed internship internship.
54:44
with Congress where I identified who is a toxic, feckless coward, who's complicit, who's a commie, and then on the other spectrum, who is actually a patriot that's willing to fight for the max. I kind of only affiliate now with those that are ready, willing, and able to go to the max. And there's only a few, depending on the subject, there might be only like two dozen out of 535. And I was really fascinated by your depiction of
55:12
That memo that basically classified all of us as domestic terrorists from the FBI, from the Phoenix office. Yeah, FBI field office. No, that was their little theory about the letter after P, right? Well, exactly. So let me just say this. I want to know who ordered that analytic report to be written and then who wrote it. Because when we find that out, I want to see if Mikey Pence has his fingers on that. So the letter after P. Or Stanley McChrystal.
55:39
has his fingers on that op. Which could very well be. Yeah, that guy. That guy. I'm not asserting anything. Nothing at all. The letter after P as you refer to it is based on anonymous sources. What I found hysterical as you articulated that every fucking thing in that memo was based on anonymous sources criticizing the Anons. I'm like, are you fucking kidding me?
56:09
It was an anonymous source that reported information that I had indirectly. And it was the first time that they were reporting. It's literally the most weak, flimsy source that you can use. It's the most anonymous of anonymous. And so for that analyst to write, oh, moderate level of confidence. So if you have that level of information and you're writing your assessment, it would sound something like this. I have a low confidence level.
56:38
that there's remote possibility that boom, boom, boom, boom, boom. But no, moderate confidence that it is likely the following. Dude, if you were in my class, like I said in the Hodgson's interview, I would fail you. You would have to do the class over twice. I loved it. So I do want to ask you, what years were you out there doing the training?
57:09
in San Francisco. Just tell everybody about the training that you did because it was fascinating. Okay. I was an instructor for a program called the Combined Strategic Intelligence Training Program. It is basically the seminal, the preeminent course within the joint and the longest one in duration at the Joint Military Intelligence Training Center at the Defense Intelligence Agency. Okay. To explain, it's 70 weeks, 40, or 70, seven weeks.
57:39
40 hours a week where we go into i basically teach folks how to become a professional intelligence analyst in the united states intelligence community and also we had students from again i had students from every single component of our u.s intelligence community and then number two all of our international partner nations civilian and military colleagues so
58:08
I'm not the dumbest guy in the room, and I have a little bit of context, right? So then we train them on, this is what the United States intelligence and national security apparatus looks like down to the pixel level from the Article I branch of government, the Article II branch of government, the Article III branch of government. These are the laws that created our current system in detail.
58:36
This is how you use structured analytic techniques. You mitigate your bias, creative thinking, critical thinking, indicators and warning analysis, timeline, chronology, all these different tools. And seven weeks later, they are professional analysts. So when I have that ability and background and in my personal capacity, I'm thinking, hmm, what's this illegal election about? Let me do what I taught others.
59:07
how to do in my personal capacity. Wait, Hmm. January 6th. Who, what, when, where, why? Boom. Three hour episode. Alpha warrior is probably the best single interview as it relates to January 6th. If you haven't watched that. Absolutely. You've watched it. I have watched it and I would highly recommend it to everyone. It is. I got them all dead to rights. Okay. Yes.
59:36
And every single question that I have, I use the same methodologies I used to teach and the sources that I use. I always like to use the I think to myself, who or what document or what piece of evidence would anybody on the planet consider as the most credible and best placed source to be able to answer a particular question? And that's who I go after, because.
1:00:05
You know, I'll find stuff out in the court of public, you know, in public. Documents, lawsuits, you know, legal documents, et cetera, right? So, like, you have, I'll just give an example. The range of evidence is, number one, the punditry. It's the worst. And then you go up to, wait, if somebody's under oath testifying, that's probably going to be a little bit more credible evidence. And if somebody actually videotaped something live.
1:00:34
That's pretty solid evidence. If somebody was punished for speaking truth to power, they're probably going to be pretty credible because they are willing to tell the truth regardless of the negative impact coming in towards them. And so you use those and then like, where do they have this placement and access? You do your evidence check. One of the things you do. And when I teach intelligence, when I taught intelligence analysis, evidence check.
1:01:04
credibility to the source credibility of the information uh does the source have access does the source have the ability to perceive the information right susceptibility to denial and deception you look at all that and in the collective that's how i formulate my hypothesis my assessment on observing what happened in all of this and with all that like at this point my deep state target list i assess with the highest level confidence
1:01:35
You can't say 100% ever in analysis. So you say the highest level is almost certainty. Well, almost certainty or almost certainly equates to beyond a reasonable doubt. I would say it's even higher of a threshold than beyond a reasonable doubt. And so when you're kind of matching criminal law terminology with analytic assessment terminology and you get there, now it's time to present the evidence.
1:02:05
to an appropriate law enforcement body to go ahead and start to conduct the necessary precedent set by Fulton Fannie and what they did to Roger Stone. When were you out there teaching that? 2018 to 2022. That was your first question. I never got to it. I think that's fascinating. And that was at the headquarters Defense Intelligence Agency.
1:02:37
But was it in San Francisco or in D.C.? So my full 40 hour a week gig was as a contractor in D.C. at headquarters D.I.A. And then my part time gig was as a lieutenant colonel in the reserve as a technology scout. Again, these are my last governmental assignments, if you will. Right. One about the same time I was teaching, I was also a technology scout in San Francisco and Greater Bay Area.
1:03:06
focused on ai mixed reality and gaming so obviously the network and the relationships so i'm yeah and in a unique position to be able to take that knowledge and then drill down further through my networks on both coasts to then disprove any hypotheses that i have which at the highest levels
1:03:31
That's the part that fascinated me watching that interview, because knowing what I know about the military and your access to the inside of Silicon Valley at the same time, you're making that you're teaching skills on how to do exactly what you have spent the last however long couple of years working through all of that material you put to use both.
1:03:58
pools of information that you had. And see, that's why I just, I feel like on some level I've clicked because all of my background, like I was in Italy. I got to Italy the day Operation Gladio got exposed in Italy, 2nd of August, 1990. I stepped off the airplane onto the tarmac at the Italian Rome airport.
1:04:22
And I just felt like as I uncovered all of the stuff I did about that, it was like all of my assignments, like I was in Northern Iraq and at CENTCOM, went to the AOR several times. All of it kind of jived with all of the information that I was uncovering. And to me, as I went through your biography, as best I could find it, you were uniquely placed in many different things.
1:04:51
All of both Operation Gladio stuff from the inside, because I've heard you talk about your SF. I won't go into it, but I'd love to have you back just to talk about that when you have time. Is it El Salvador? Yes, El Salvador. But the other thing is, in 2014, I was one of the lead analysts on the Ukraine crisis team. I know. And I have so much information about Ukraine. It's like, man. And so I just know that...
1:05:21
God put you in all of those places to do exactly what you're doing. And the more information I found out about you, I'm like, holy shit. He did to you what he did to me. He put you in all of those places. You've seen the rot from the inside. You've seen the good stuff from the inside. You have been in all of the places at all of the right times to do exactly what you're doing right now. I think so. I do too.
1:05:50
Totally fascinating because I hope everybody sees that from the discussion that we've had tonight, because I know, again, go watch Alpha Warrior for the January sex analysis. Go watch the twins interview that you did for the detail.
1:06:05
of all of the deep state target lists because you talked about in detail all of that. But I wanted a completely different interview with you. I wanted people to get to know who you are and show from a 30,000 foot look that you are divinely placed to do all of the stuff that you are doing right now based on the history of where you've been. And as the more I uncovered your history, I'm like, son of a bitch, I see it. And I hope that I've been able to convey that to people.
1:06:35
who may have had questions about why you're doing what you're doing. I can tell you unequivocally that I see exactly why you're doing and what you're doing. And God bless you for doing it. Thank you. I mean, they they went after the person, you know, the general that we respect the most in the military outside of their norms. The civilian leadership, Barry Hussein and failed Vice President Biden.
1:07:05
I was on the Ukraine crisis team when I saw what they did to General Flint. It was unacceptable to me, but I didn't know the details. As I started to research further, when I saw what they did to him in 2017, that really crossed the red line. And what really crossed the ultimate red line for me is when they started to come after me and say, hey, we're going to punish you for conducting First Amendment activity in your personal time. Remember, all this stuff that I'm doing.
1:07:35
And I have been articulating. I was a contractor and a reservist, but I was doing it when I was not on 40-hour workweek duty and when I was not in drill status. It was personal. It was a private citizen, Ivan Raiklin, using my own personal time to assess and articulate. And yet our institutions are coming after me and trying to stop my First Amendment.
1:08:03
What part of Green Beret intel officer and lawyer did you not understand? Because now I'm coming for every single one of them. Legally, morally, and ethically, unlike what they did. You've unleashed the monster. I knew in 2014 when Obama basically fired General Flynn, two of my best friends.
1:08:30
Yeah. So one of my best friends from my station in Italy, I've known him for 25 years, retired Colonel Intel. He actually does private Intel now. And my one of my best friends, ex-husband's Intel SOCOM and CENTCOM, Russia linguist, blah, blah, blah. Worked with General Flynn, knew him very well.
1:08:56
And so I know of him. I don't personally know him. I've met him at his movie thing and stuff like that. But I knew immediately what was happening just because, you know, once you do a tour at the Pentagon, you get the politics of stuff. When it was told to me by somebody that was at DIA that he had refused to change his testimony when he went to Congress. And within days, he's basically fired for that.
1:09:25
Having prepared testimony as far as gathering the inputs as the exec for the generals when they go over and do their congressional budget testimony. I know how that process works and I know what the civilian pressure is on people in the Pentagon to change their testimony to be what they want it to be. I've sat in a room and watched a civilian berate a three star general to change his testimony. So I'm very familiar with that whole process. General Clinton in his movie says.
1:09:53
They wanted me to change my assessment. He's like, I'm not changing my assessment. Right. I watched the movie. I was down at the first one. Oh, okay. Winter Haven. No. Winter Haven was the second one. The first one was down in Fort Myers area. Down in Venice. Yeah. Yeah. I saw you there. You were at that one, right? I went to every single one except for Idaho because logistically we had to get the RV.
1:10:23
into the next location otherwise that we wouldn't have been able to do both so when i saw that in the movie it was exactly was as it was described to me by my friend and i'm like son of a bitch everything that they said was dead on and that's the reason why he was fired and that's what these stupid idiots on x and every other but that talk about um general flynn you
1:10:50
I can give you the list. You've got a deep state target list. I've got a list of every fucking general officer that is a criminal. I want it. So everybody that I've uncovered in Operation Gladio that have disgraced their uniform, I have a collection of them that they basically were CIA wearing a uniform.
1:11:15
There is. And of course, we know people like Petraeus and McChrystal and all of these other people that allowed ROEs getting our people murdered in operations that they had no business doing. And instead of resigning, you know, you went to all of the same PMEs that I did.
1:11:36
Every officer that joined post Vietnam said the one thing that we learned in Vietnam is you take your rank off, you put it on the table and you walk out of the room. If they tell you that you have to do ROEs that will end up with people getting killed needlessly, you resign in resistance and not a fucking one of a minute. They told us that the entire time we were growing up as officers and not a one of them did it.
1:12:04
They allow these people to be maimed and mutilated. No single general officer did. I know a few that are really close friends of mine as far as this recent belligerent activity as it applies to the COVID BS. Oh, absolutely. Lohmeyer did it. There were several that did it. Yeah. So that was just something that always stuck with me.
1:12:30
As a result of that, when I started doing this research into Operation Gladio and Condor and found out how so many of them were complicit, and then once they retired, they went on boards. They went on boards of these corrupt banks like Nugent Hand down in Australia and BCCI and Castle Bank for Paul Helliwell that ran this CIA money laundering. And they just allowed themselves to be used. I know a lot of them were blackmailed, but it's disgusting to me.
1:12:59
that they allowed that to happen to them. So God bless General Flynn. I'm one of his biggest defenders in all media because there's so many general officers that you could actually bitch about. He's not one of them. I'm honored to be serving with him right now, having participated in the tour, serving on America's Future board with him. They just brought me in.
1:13:28
I guess about a month ago. So I'm looking forward to be an active participant in restoring the constitutional and Americanism culture upon which we were founded by training, advising, and equipping and educating America. Thanks to X and some other platforms, right? Rumble, Substack, Truth, CloudHub, Gab. We're able to do it.
1:13:58
Well, if you need help, you know how to find me. Fence of Fakebook, Instagarbage, and all the other ones. Yep. Well, thank you again for being here, Ivan. I really appreciate it. God bless you and everything that you're doing. And anybody that can help Ivan out. All I ask is, if you know anybody that wants to have me on their show to further discuss this conversation, please, info at Raiklin.com. Just send a note.
1:14:29
and we'll figure out as soon as possible. I want to maximize August as we prepare for the mother of all Twitter files, as we prepare for September 3rd, the day after Labor Day. September 4th, I think there's going to be a debate. Maybe they changed it to September 10th, but September 5th is when early voting starts. But if we can get this momentum going, we may not even need to have early voting because we'll just have the state legislatures allocate those.
1:14:58
presidential and vice presidential electors. And all you'll have to do is vote for a House seat and some senators. Well, thanks again for being here. I appreciate it. Thank you. God bless. God bless. Okay, everybody. Hopefully you enjoyed that. I certainly did. I appreciate him being here. And I just wanted you guys to see what I saw as a result of the research that I did. And that...
1:15:33
Liza, Cousinet, Bridget did as well. So again, thank you all for being here. It means the world to us. And those of you on Rumble, please smash that like button. And let's see, we've got a Rumble rant, a war hamster. God bless you. Thanks, Ivan. This was great.
1:15:59
I'll have you on my channel someday soon. Yeah, Warhamster, you got to have him. Ron Partain, if you're out there, you need to have him on there. All of you guys that's podcast that have invited me on, y'all all need to get in touch with him. He will answer you immediately. He did me.
1:16:24
Hopefully some seeds of information that you guys may or may not have been aware of got conveyed today. But I definitely wanted you guys to see. Oh, Alpha Warriors on there. Hey, buddy. God bless you. I wanted you guys to see what I saw doing the research.
1:16:51
And again, a shout out to Bridget and Cousin It for doing a lot of the research as well. Appreciate it. Let's see what else we got. Oh, Rick Low 100. Thank you very much for your Rumble rant. I appreciate that. And let's see. Everybody else, just thank you all for being here. I really appreciate it.
1:17:24
We will be back Monday at four o'clock and on our normal rumble plus X spaces.

And if you haven't joined us there, we do Operation Gladio. We've done a deep dive into Operation Gladio and Operation Condor, which is basically our CIA running around the world, cuing all the governments and interfering in elections. So it dovetails exactly what Ivan was talking about. And I hope you guys understand the point that I was trying to make. We do.
1:18:02
All of the intel assessments that come out of the CIA and FBI and DIA and everything else, they assess foreign interference. I've never seen one assess whether or not the CIA had anything to do with our elections. And they 100% interfere in every single one of our elections. So that's what I think about their intel assessments about our elections. Anyway, thank you all for being here. Appreciate it.

God bless you and enjoy the rest of your weekend.
