16:49 A guy by the name of Dan Pfefferman, which is a very interesting guy we ran across in the last couple of days. And we're going to do a dig into him. He has a lot to do with the Unification Church, which we found out. I don't know if you guys are up on the post, but.

17:21 The KCIA, which is the Korean version of the CIA, created the same guy that created it for the CIA, created the Unification Church and handed it over to Moon to run. And we've been told all along that it was Moon that created it. He didn't actually create it. The guy that created the Korean CIA did. And one of the church leaders was this Daniel Efferman.

17:51 And he has a very interesting story. So let's see. He was the leader of the church in Illinois. And in the 70s, he was the leader of the National Prayer and Fast Committee, Project Watergate, Freedom Leadership Foundation, got into political activism.

18:25 And he actually testified in 1977 in front of that Frazier committee, which kind of spilled the beans on the cult aspect of the Unification Church. What else? 1984, he was the executive director of the Unification Church and International Coalition for Religious Freedom. What else? Oh.

18:58 Yeah, of course, he's a Berkeley graduate. Between Berkeley and Stanford, there's always a tie. So, Efferman was the executive director in 1974 of the National Prayer and Fast Committee, a group organized by Moon to support Richard Nixon during the Watergate scandal. According to one report, Moon, who had chosen Efferman, who is Jewish,

19:29 to become the prime minister of Israel at some future date. And also, let's see, let's get down to the good part. Fetterman testified in 77 at that Frazier committee in front of the House of Representatives. And basically, they were investigating whether or not Moon had ties to the KCIA.

Fetterman testified that he had arranged meetings in 1975 between the Republican side of the Heritage Foundation and the South Korean minister Kim Jong-un to potentially put together a group of congressional aides that would travel to South Korea.
