0:14 Alright, I'm going to wait until I see the transfer over from the streaming system. How's the sound check, Tara? Is it good? Let's see that transfer over. There we go. Is it good, Tara? Can you see me? Are you okay? No sound? Alright. Let me go back over here and check my settings. Alright, let's see.
1:11 How's that Tara? Is that good? It's okay now. Okay, great. All right. So I want to share something with everybody that, so I found another book that has everything to do with operation Gladio, even though he doesn't use the title operation Gladio, he does call them stay behind units. So of course I had to,
1:44 get the book and oh my gosh. So I've been, I just can't put it down. So let me tell you what happened. When I, before I got the book, I had done a little bit of research on the author because he is a retired major from the Air Force. What I didn't know when
2:15 I started researching him is that he had also been in the army and I want to say the Marines, which is very unusual. And in most cases for me, it gives me kind of a what's going on. That's very unusual. So bought the book, started reading it, got through the first couple of chapters and I'm like,
2:47 I've got to talk to this guy. As crazy as it sounds, I started doing a little bit of digging. Found a phone number. And my husband's gone when he got home. My husband started laughing at me. He's like, that guy's going to think you're a stalker. I'm like, I don't care. So anyway, I called the number. And it was their old home number.
3:17 that his now ex-wife has. And I explained to her who I am and what I'm doing. And I said, I just have to talk to him. I'm just totally fascinated by the information that he has. And please, if there's any way that you would take my information and get it to them.
3:47 She says, well, let me give you his email address. And I'm like, perfect. So I sent him an email and she says, and because he tends to not always check his email routinely, I will call him and let him know who you are and what you want. And I said, great. So about an hour later, my phone rang and it was him.
4:14 So we spent quite a bit of time on the phone and it was hilarious as far as he couldn't believe all of the stuff that I knew because he's so used to what I'm now experiencing. He's experienced for probably 15 years. No one knows anything about it except for us. And so it was so cool.
4:44 talking to him and he was totally a stalker. It was just the best time. So I, he asked me to finish reading the book and then give him a call. And I told him I absolutely would. So I'm about halfway through the book and yesterday on the way down to
5:14 see out of shadows and listen to General Flynn at a meeting down in just south of Sarasota, I got about to the halfway point of the book and I texted him and I said, I have not been able to put this book down. And just thanked him again for the research and all the effort that he put into it.
5:41 So I'm going to go ahead and give y'all a heads up because we're definitely going to be covering this book. The book is titled, I'm going to look it up. I left it in the house because I'm out in my command post. Let's see. The author's name is Ralph Barris. And this guy, he bought.
6:18 So Sikorsky's papers. So Sikorsky, Otto Sikorsky, we talked about when we were doing Operation Gladio. He's a bad dude. So he was like the Eves guy from Magenta Press as far as being the trainer and kind of the backbone. So where the Eves, whatever his last name was.
6:48 primarily stayed in South America operation. Sikorsky is the one that basically did all of the European theater, even Egypt and Algeria. He's the one that went down there and was basically murdering everybody in Algeria. He is crazy beyond crazy. So this, um, Ralph Baric, um, Ferris.
7:18 Not Beric. He, I think it's called Sikorsky's Papers. He, for some reason, so Sikorsky dies and his wife has the papers, who's also a spy. And they go then to the son and the son decides he's going to auction them. And Major Barris bought the papers.
7:50 at auction and then spent four years um most of them needed to be translated um working on this book and he did a major good job being a major haha so he did make a clarification for me there was some issues with the hardback book so if y'all want to buy the book i recommend through his recommendation buy the paperback book um he did say that that was
8:20 printed second. And long story, his partner that was writing part of the book with him got sick and they ended up close to a deadline. The hardback book isn't as well put together, he said, as the paperback. I'd already bought it. I did order the paperback as well. It has a different forward in it. And so I do want to read that as well. He did recommend that. So if y'all want to skip ahead and get that book.
8:50 um great because we're definitely whether it'll be the next one or not i don't know but um we're definitely gonna do that one because it's crazy um lots of great information so let's get into the rest of chapter um 20 and we'll finish up with chapter 21 tonight so basically the rest of the only section that we did not cover in um
9:20 Chapter 20 had to do with the tell of two bills being Bill Gates and Bill Clinton. And it kind of is a summary. I'm going to just kind of throw out. I'm going to skim over it. It's basically making the point that Bill Clinton and Bill Gates both worked with Epstein to set up their philanthropic, which we talked about before, around the early 2000s. There was a meeting in the...
9:52 White House where that was called the Conference on a New Economy. There was Gates, Epstein, Lynn Forrester, DeRothschild, Larry Summers, Mark McLarty, Mark Middleton, and Janet Yellen all in that meeting back during the Clinton administration. So all of the names that we see also
10:21 One of the initiatives that they were working on, I found this interesting, that a guy by the name of Craig McCow, M-C-C-A-W, who was a billionaire and owned American Telecom, he basically tried to do what Elon Musk Starlink did in a company called Teledesic, T-E-L-E-D-E-S-I-C.
10:50 However, he couldn't make it work, and it was shut down between 2002 and 2003, which I found fascinating. I didn't even know somebody had thought about doing that prior to that. Probably could look into that guy a little bit. Also, there...
11:15 There's a lot of overlap between Jeffrey Epstein and the Clinton Health Access Initiative. Jeffrey Epstein fashioned himself a science person because of his relationship and the money donated, probably a lot of not necessarily his money, but Wexner's money to MIT. So there was also a connection there. They also had a huge role, both Bill Gates and Bill Clinton in the HIV.
11:45 AIDS phenomenon throughout Africa. And let's see, just hitting the highlights. Another philanthropic initiative that they were both working on was called No Ceilings, like literally the ceiling above your head. Also, the Gates Foundation partnered with JP Morgan.
12:19 on a multi-billion dollar global health charitable fund, which of course is very interesting because Jeffrey Epstein helped with that as well because of his relationship with JP Morgan. And he got lots of kickbacks as in fees for setting the whole thing up. That basically is another kind of money laundering, if you will. We learned.
12:46 through all of this research that when large companies get remember how we talked about the banks they'll um get a lot of dirty money and somebody will deposit 50 million uh black market money from drugs or whatever they loan out nine for every one dollar that's on deposit that day in unsecured loans and it's just another money laundering but what
13:16 A lot of times also happens is when state entities issue bonds for investments. And the same thing with charitable organizations. For every deal that they make, there's a fee for underwriting of the bonds in order for these people to be paid.
13:48 For making the deal. And that's just another kind of greasing of the palms, if you will. You introduce these people and they make this deal and then you get part of it. Yes, both the Bridgetts are here today. Love it. So, also, it was interesting that she said, Whitney Webb.
14:17 that Bill Gates was quoted as saying that Epstein was going to be his ticket to winning a Nobel Peace Prize. That's enough to make you gag. So Gates is donating to Jeffrey Epstein's MIT Media Lab around the same time as this discussion of Gates and all of his medical and health philanthropy.
14:48 is going to get him a Nobel Peace Prize. This is the same time, the year 2013, that Bill and Melinda Gates both are spending time at Epstein's New York house. And 2013 was also the year that Gates, I know y'all are going to remember this, his mansion systems engineer, which whatever that means, Rick.
15:16 Alan Jones was investigated by Seattle police for child pornography, child rape video collection. He has 6,000 images and videos in his possession. Jones was arrested at the Gates mansion. A year later, he was not jailed after his arrest, but was merely ordered to stay away from children. So not unlike Epstein.
15:51 Then Webb rolls into the Terramar Project, which was just Lane Maxwell's philanthropic initiative. But it was shut down in 2019 after Jeffrey Epstein's arrest. A part of that, and it was done in conjunction with the Clinton Global Initiative, was an entity called Sustainable Ocean Alliance.
16:22 So, Isabel Maxwell also had a Blue World Alliance that her and her husband had set up. They hosted scientific conferences on Epstein Island. Blue World Alliance went under the name of Global Solver, all one word, foundation, and Xavier Molina, M-A-L-I-N-A.
16:58 So basically, they kind of just traded board directors. Some people would be on this board, other. So they kind of just, you know, one big happy family kind of thing. Also, Melanie Walker, who was the medical person that Jeffrey Epstein.
17:25 had helped pay for her school, got her a job at Victoria's Secret. And she had stayed at the New York apartment building that was part of Epstein's trafficking. She's also the one that was given to Prince Andrew at the Zorro Ranch. And she was part of the health initiative that Epstein threw around and helped people with.
17:54 Walker, Melanie Walker, the doctor, moved to Seattle and began living with Microsoft executive Stephen Sinofsky, who now serves on the board partner of a venture capital firm called Anderson Howowitz. And Anderson is Andreessen, which is the same last name of the Swedish woman.
18:25 That was part of Jeffrey Epstein. That's the guy she married. They were all part of backing that Carbine 911 software. That was part of Mossad's backdoor operation. So hopefully you followed all of that. Walker went on to be part of the Rockefeller Foundation. She also was a worked.
18:59 for Gates company called small B, small G, capital C3, which was originally registered as Carillon Holdings, which had to do with hardware and software. And it's supposedly a big secret company.
19:24 They all got into initiatives of mapping genomes and brain science and neurotechnology. This same Melanie Walker is part of the WHO and the WEF. And let's see, that's pretty much it. There's another company called Biomatics Capital that was an investment company they all got involved with.
19:59 That kind of just shows you some of the tentacles that they had. So getting into chapter 21, we have Promise and Palantir, the future of blackmail. Carbine 911, which used to be called Reporty, like report with a Y, is Israeli tech startup that was founded in 2014.
20:23 that was supposed to revolutionize emergency service providers like the 911 call network, as well as by governments, corporations, and educational institutions. And prior to Jeffrey Epstein's arrest in 2019, Carbine had received high praise from both the U.S. and Israeli media, with Fox News saying the company's services
20:55 aging 911 systems in the U.S., it was basically going to provide a high-tech protection for social workers and school principals in the event of school shootings, 65% reduction time to dispatch for emergency services. Basically, it's call handling crisis management platform that was going to be implemented in all the countries.
21:27 Currently, when she wrote this book, it was in the US, Mexico, UK, and Israel. Isn't that interesting? Carbine's expansion to more emergency service provider networks in the US is likely because basically it's something that's either bought by the county or by the state. So it's not like a federal program. There was federal legislation seeking to offer grants to upgrade.
21:59 to this software because everybody in Congress is on the Israeli payroll. Main lobby groups promoting this legislation was called National Emergency Number Association, and they have a very strong relationship with Carbine, according to the Carbine's own website. So it does seem inevitable that it's going to be a thing, but...
22:29 Jeffrey Epstein was very much tied to it. So there was a lot of laying low around the 2019 because of that. Enid Barak, the guy that used to be the prime minister of Israel, was a key financial backer to Carbine. And let's see, in a media outlet called Narrative,
22:58 They did an expose on Carbine and revealed not only some of the key intelligence connections of the startup company, but also how the architect of Carbine product itself raised serious privacy concerns. So after the death of Epstein, the board and executive team all got shook up because a lot of the people that were currently on it were directly tied to Epstein.
23:29 In addition to the Prime Minister Barak, a former Israeli Prime Minister, and also he was the head of the military intelligence who funded this, was then serving as the carbine's chairman. So, you know, it's an intel product.
23:51 The executive team were primarily members of Israeli intelligence, their elite military intelligence group, Unit 8200, that we've talked extensively about. Also, remember Nicole Juckerman? She was on the board, and she has direct ties to Epstein. She was one of his girls. She actually worked for him. Carbine's founding and current CEO, Amir, A-M-I-R, Elikai?
24:23 E-L-I-C-H-A-I, served in Unit 8200 as well. He was also a commander there, and he is a board member of AIPAC, A-I-P-A-C. Pincus Buraks, B-U-C-H-R-I-S, was on the board and a company director.
24:55 In addition to Alakai, another Carbine co-founder was Letal Leshem. His first name is L-I-T-A-L, last name L-E-S-H-E-M, Leshem. He was also a member of Unit 8200. And keep in mind, that's like our NSA or DARPA. He also worked for the spy company Black Cube, which we've already talked about.
25:27 And that's basically a front company for Mossad. The only Carbine co-founder that didn't serve in Unit 8200 was a guy by the name of Alex Dengengoff, who previously worked for the Israeli Prime Minister. So, NSA and Unit 8200 have collaborated on many different...
26:04 projects for example um stutnet stutnet in s-t-u-x-n-e-t virus as well as dooku malware so basically these are um malware or viruses that they create to corrupt people's um
26:32 computers. Now, what's interesting about this is that we know from WikiLeaks, the CIA, the NSA, Mossad, all of these intel organizations, they create viruses or malware for computers, and they infect a target, and they do it in a way in which they can attribute that
27:04 attack to someone else. For example, they have Russian linguists. So they will do something in a code that someone will, some aspect of it will be attributable to Russian language of some kind, like in the notes section or something. And then they will come out just like that lunatic did today.
27:32 on the soundbite of Brett Baer, where he proudly says, no, it did have the hallmarks of Russian disinformation. I didn't say it was. And if anybody thought we said that, they were wrong. They shouldn't be so stupid. So the same thing, if you listen to their conversations, when they attribute attacks to someone, China or Russia's are two favorite ones, obviously.
27:58 They won't say they did it. They won't say there's concrete evidence that they did it. They say, oh, well, they spoke Russian. Well, every former country in the Soviet Union still speaks Russian. And so does the people that works at NSA and the people that works at Mossad. Yeah, exactly. Russia, Russia, Russia. So they say those things.
28:30 for people who aren't smart enough to understand what they're actually saying. So NSA hired two Israeli companies to create backdoors into all major U.S. telecom systems and major tech companies, including Facebook, Microsoft, and Google. Both of these companies, called Verint, B-E-R-I-N-T, and Narus, N-A-R-U-S, have top executives with ties to Israeli intel.
28:58 One of the companies, Verrent, formerly called Comverse Infosys, I-N-F-O-S-Y-S, has a history of aggressively spying on U.S. government facilities. Unit 8200 is also known to spy on civilians in the occupied Palestinian territories for coercion purposes. They gather blackmail material and...
29:30 That's why this exact reason right here, there's no way Israel did not know what was going on in Gaza. There's no way. They have the most surveilled surrounding area, both inside Israel and in the immediate area. They look at everything. They've infiltrated everything. There's no way they did not know.
30:00 They have backdoors into everything. Carbine also boasted ties at the time to the Trump administration, including Palantir founder and Trump ally Peter Thiel, T-H-I-E-L, another investor in Carbine alongside Epstein and Barack. Peter Thiel's company, Palantir,
30:26 discussed later in this chapter, is a major contractor to U.S. intel and law enforcement throughout the United States. Carbine's board of advisors at the time included former Palantir employee Trey Stevens, with a PH, who was a member of the Trump transition team. Former Secretary of Homeland Security Michael Chernoff is also part of it. Trump donor and New York real estate developer
30:56 developer, Elliot Tawil, T-A-W-I-L-L, was also on the Carbine's board, along with Barack, Nicole Junkerman, and Pincus Buchris, B-U-C-H-R-I-S. After the shakeup, the board of advisors now includes Homeland Security under Trump, Kirsten Nielsen. Carbine goes beyond the company's ties to Israel's intelligence.
31:27 and U.S. contractors like Peter Thiel's Palantir. Carbine's smartphone app extracts the following information from your phone when it's installed. Device location, video live stream from the smartphone to the call center, text messages in a two-way chat window, any data from the user's phone if they have the Carbine app, and ESINET.
31:57 And any information that comes over a data link, which Carbine opens in case the caller's voice link drops out. So I just want to say this, and I read an article about this. Basically, if a foreign government has control of our entire 911 system, they are able to edit.
32:32 and disrupt any conversations had over the 911 call. You know how they release 911 calls? There would be no way to know whether or not those had been edited if there are back doors into Carbine, which we know for a fact there are. So literally everything about that is not good.
33:07 According to the Carbine website, the same information can also be obtained from any smartphone, even if it does not have the Carbine app installed, if the phone calls a 911 call center that uses Carbine or merely any other number connected to a Carbine network.
33:37 911 is for all 911 systems nationwide to become an interconnected web. Even if Carbine is not used by all 911 call centers, Carbine will ostensibly have access to the data used by all emergency service providers and devices connected to those networks. The guiding principle of
34:01 NextGen 911 also makes it likely that one platform will be favored at the federal level to foster such interconnectivity so that basically they will be mandating it with you not having a choice within your county. Other countries have used platforms like Carbine, which were first marketed as emergency response tools for mass surveillance. And according to an article, this is a quote, in May,
34:32 Human Rights Watch revealed China authorities use a platform not unlike Carbine to illegally surveil Uyghurs. China's integrated joint ops platform brings in a much bigger data set and sources of video, which includes an app on people's phones like Carbine. The platform was designed to report emergencies.
35:04 tool of mass surveillance. It's always about emergencies. Human Rights Watch reverse engineered the app and discovered that the app, talking about the China one, automatically profiles the user under 36 person types, including follower of six lines, which is a term used to identify Uyghurs. Another term, hajj, which is
35:34 Islamic pilgrimage to Mecca, the app monitors every aspect of the user's life, including personal conversations, power usage, and tracks your movement. Such technology, according to Israel Military Intelligence and Israel's domestic intelligence agency, Shin Bet, would be justified as pre-crime detentions for Palestinians in the West Bank.
36:06 Carbine's platform has its own pre-crime element. It's called C Records Component. It stores and analyzes information of past calls events that have been passed through its network. It enables decision makers to accurately analyze the past and present behavior of a caller. It also has time predict future patterns.
36:37 notably pre-crime predictive policing, has long been a key focus of Palantir, the company co-founded and closely tied to Peter Thiel, whose founder's fund helped finance Carbine. What a great guy. And Palantir, by the way, is in just about any discussion, there's the allegation that they're a front company for the CIA as well.
37:07 Palantir was created to be a privatized company that basically implements the national security state. The newest rebranding of the big data approach of intelligence agencies is kind of wrapped up in the Palantir for both foreign and domestic populations. So basically, this has been a goal of...
37:40 the CIA since the Vietnam timeframe. And you can see components of it from the Promise software. So keep in mind, the Promise software was basically for companies doing banking for them to spy and monitor for, supposedly, it was designed to discover illegal money laundering. But the backdoors that the CIA and Mossad created in
38:07 promise allowed them to hide their own money laundering, but know everybody else that was doing it so they could blackmail them. So understanding that, this Palantir is like the follow-on to promise at an individual level. So let's see. She calls it a Panopticon, which basically is described as
38:46 The major effect of a panopticon is to induce in the innate a state of consciousness and permanent visibility that assures the automatic functioning of power. Said differently, the uncertainty that one may be under surveillance at any time and for any reason induces obedience in that individual allowing a small number of people to control masses. That's basically...
39:15 Palantir in a nutshell. So in 2020 profile on Palantir in the New York Times, the company's co-founder and CEO, Alex Karp, K-A-R-P, chose to pose with three Palantir employees under a large portrait of the guy that wrote that. The guy that created, his name's F-O-U-C-A-U-L-T, Foucault. The guy that...
39:45 wrote Discipline and Punishment and came up with that quote in that word, panopticon, they took pictures under his portrait that actually hangs in the company. So that's exactly what they're doing. They're telling you. They tell you with those pictures. So individuals at the heart of Iran-Contra began to develop a database called MainCore.
40:17 which firmly placed the U.S. national security state on its current path to implement this guy's vision. In a magazine called Radar in 2008, Maine Corps was a database of Americans who often, for the slightest and most frivolous reason, are considered unfriendly and who, in a time of panic, might be incarcerated.
40:43 The database can identify and locate perceived enemies of the state almost instantaneously. It was expressly developed for use in continuity of government protocols by figures like Oliver North. It was used to compile a list of U.S. dissidents and potential troublemakers to be dealt with in a continuity of government protocol was ever invoked. I'm going to say I'm probably on that list.
41:14 Promise Software, which was stolen from Inns Law, which we've already talked about. And part of that whole thing was that guy by the name of Raffy Eaton, E-I-T-A-N, who I just came across again in the major's book that I was just talking to you about. The guy's involved in every bad thing there is. Also intimately involved in Promise Scandal was Robert Maxwell because he tried to sell it all.
41:44 Like Promise, Maine Corps involved both U.S. and Israeli intelligence in a big data approach to surveillance of perceived domestic dissidents. Maine Corps persisted and continued to amass data that data could not be fully tapped into and utilized by the intelligence community until after the events of September 11th. Now, you know why we had September 11th? Which offered a golden opportunity to implement
42:13 all kinds of domestic tools under the guise of combating terrorism. So we're going to have terrorism so that we can do whatever we want under the guise of terrorism. And if you don't like it, you'll have more terrorism. So in the immediate aftermath of 9-1-1, government officials reportedly saw main core being accessed by White House computers.
42:41 September 11th was also used as an excuse to remove information firewalls within the national security state, allowing information sharing and of the databases under the guise of main core. And you also remember this is directly related to that memo that Barack Obama signed on his way out that allowed all of the intel agencies to share the same information where before.
43:10 Things like this, Maine Corps was isolated only for outside intel and not internal intel. That all changed when he was walking out the door because he already had embedded into these organizations to include the CIA the ability of these people to be able to gain access to this information. Alan Wade, then serving as the CIA's chief information officer, pointed out after 9-11.
43:42 Quote, one of the post-September 11th themes is collaboration and information sharing. We're looking at tools that facilitate communications in ways that we don't have today. Unquote. And they got them.
43:58 In an attempt to build on these two post-9-11 objectives simultaneously, the U.S. National Security State attempted to institute a public-private surveillance program so invasive that Congress defunded it just months after its creation due to concerns it would completely eliminate the right to privacy. And the private-public project was called Total Information Awareness, TIA.
44:26 The program sought to develop all seeing surveillance apparatus managed by DARPA, which is the Pentagon's top secret organization. The official agreement was that invasive surveillance of the entire U.S. population was necessary to prevent terror attacks, bioterrorism, and natural occurring disease outbreaks before they could take place.
44:57 See that? The architect of TIA and the man who led it was John Poindexter. You'll remember him because he was intimately involved in Iran-Contra. He was a classmate of John McCain's at the Naval Academy. He was also convicted of five felonies in relationship to Iran-Contra. Poindexter was famously claimed.
45:35 That it was his duty to withhold information from Congress. That was his defense. Poindexter's key allies at the time related to TIA was Chief Information Officer of the CIA, Alan Wade. Wade met with Poindexter in relation to TIA numerous times and managed the participation of not just the CIA, but all intel agencies that signed on to have their data.
46:05 inside of TIA for access for everybody else. Despite the best efforts of Poindexter and his allies, such as Wade, they were forced to shut it down because of public outrage. Even the American Civil Liberties Union claimed that their surveillance effort would kill privacy in America. They're usually all for the communist state. So media outlets warned TIA would be fighting terror by terrifying U.S. citizens.
46:40 Though the program was defunded, it later emerged that TIA was never actually shut down. The various programs have been covertly divided among the web of military and intelligence agencies that make up the national security state. Some of those TIA programs went underground. The core Panopticon software that TIA had hoped to weld began to be developed by the very company now known as Palantir.
47:10 with considerable help from the CIA and Poindexter. At the time it was formally launched in February 2003, TIA was immediately controversial. So basically, they went from calling it total information awareness, TIA, to terrorism information awareness, TIA. Isn't that clever? We found out...
47:48 That in most cases, that's all the government ever does. They don't shut anything down. They just rename it and keep going and dare anybody to stop them. So nevertheless, Tia officially was shuttered at the end of 2003. The same month as Tia's name change and amid the growing backlash, Peter Thiel incorporated Palantir. Let me say that again. The same month.
48:24 that they renamed it Peter Thiel Sets Up Palantir. They had begun creating the software behind Palantir months in advance, and he claims he didn't recall exactly when, which is garbage. Thiel, Karp, and other Palantir co-founders claimed for years that the company had been founded in 2004, despite the paperwork for their incorporation.
48:56 saying exactly the opposite. They were created in 2003. Apparently, soon after Thiel formerly created Palantir, none other than Richard Pearl called Poindexter saying that he wanted to introduce the architect of TIA to two Silicon Valley entrepreneurs, Peter Thiel and Alex Karp. And if you remember, Richard Pearl is the guy that's basically in bed with Israel.
49:28 and was working with Frank Luntz on how to word things to make it palatable to the American people to do whatever Israel wants us to do, as kind of like a PR guy. Poindexter was told by Pearl, P-E-R-L-E, that he was precisely the person who Thiel and Karp wanted to meet. Their new company was similar to the ambitions to what?
49:58 Poindexter had tried to create at the Pentagon. That's a quote. Diehl and Karp soon, quote, to pick the brain of the man now widely view as the godfather of modern surveillance, unquote. Pearl's role at Hollinger International ties to Israel espionage scandals, which we just talked about, and his lobbying on behalf of Bernard Schwartz, Loral, because remember,
50:29 Bernard Swartz is the guy that sold all of our technology for missiles and radars to China with the help of Israel. So soon after it was incorporated, the CIA's NQTEL became Palantir's first backer. And CIA actually is, QNTEL is their company. So basically Palantir.
51:02 is funded by the CIA. Just to make that perfectly clear. Teal himself, who invested an estimated $2 million in the company, Q Intel stake in Palantir would not be public until the mid-2006. Palantir CEO Alex Karp later told the New York Times the real value of the Q Intel and QTel, sorry, and QTel investment.
51:31 was that it gave Palantir access to the CIA analysts who were going to be the clients. A key figure in making of NQTEL's investments during that period, including Palantir, was the CIA's chief information officer, Alan Wade. Tight little circle. NQTEL's investment, the CIA, would be Palantir's only client until 2008.
52:02 Palantir's top two engineers, Aki Jane, J-A-I-N, and Stephen Cohen, traveled to CIA headquarters at Langley, Virginia, every two weeks, basically showing off what they had done to see if it met the needs of CIA. Then they would fly back, and they would tweak it again, and then they would come back. So they were clearly making Palantir for the CIA.
52:32 Palantir's products and the vision of Wade and Poindexter had held, let's see, so basically they were shaping that into be their total state surveillance. And a quote from a guy named Shane Harris's book called The Watchers, The Rise of American Surveillance State, says this, Wade liked the idea, but he heard something even more intriguing in Poindexter's pitch.
53:06 a concept that he hadn't heard in any other tech briefings he sat in since 9-11. The words protect privacy. Wade thought the Poindexters was the first ambitious information architecture that included privacy from the ground up. He described his privacy appliance concept in which a physical device could set between the use and the data, shielding the names.
53:32 and other identifying information of the millions of innocent people in the noise. The TIA system would employ selective revelation, Poindexter explained, the further into the data a user wished to probe, the more outside authority he'd have to obtain, unquote. Let me just say one word, bullshit. We found out that means jack crap during the FISA process. It all sounds good.
54:07 But it's bullshit. So, they also, in a New York Times article, Palantir's own proposed safety guards, which, you just can't make this crap up. Let me just read it to you. Carpentier Thiel, this is a quote.
54:34 Karp and Thiel say they had two overarching ambitions for Palantir early on. The first was to make software that could help keep the country safe from terrorism. But they do all the terrorism. They don't care about keeping us safe from terrorism. They're the terrorists, for criminy's sake. The second was to prove that there was a technical solution to the challenge of balancing public safety and civil liberties.
55:05 Aspiration, as CART puts it, because we all know who Hagel is, right? Although political opposites, they both feared that personal privacy would be a casualty of the war on terrorism. In the end, Palantir software was created for two primary security features. Users are able to access only information they are authorized to view, and the software generates an audit trail.
55:34 That would indicate if someone was in material off limits to them. So let me just tell you two things right here. A user would only be able to access information they're authorized to view. That's horseshit because there's back doors to everything. That's number one. Number two, and we already have proof because of promise, indicates if someone tried to obtain material off limits to them via an audit trail. How's that?
56:06 effing audit trail work on our ballots. How's that working out for you? That's audited. Are you allowed to see the audit? No. The fact that it has an audit trail means nothing. You're not allowed to see the audit trail. That will be stamped national security and you'll never see the damn thing. This is garbage. They want the material. They want all of our information accessible and they will lie out their butt to get it. Okay.
56:38 Moving on. So another quote from the Watchers. Poindexter also proposed an immutable audit trail. I'm not even going to go into that. The audit trails, as far as I'm concerned, is garbage. They create back doors. They don't let you see the audit trail. And if I can't audit my vote, there's no way in hell they're going to let me audit my personal information. Not audit as in change it. See who's accessing it. So.
57:11 The benefits in repurposing the public private TIA into Palantir was basically to get around the obstacle that they were having with selling it to the public. So, for instance, given that Palantir is a private company as opposed to a government program, the way its software is used by its government and corporate...
57:45 Clients benefit from plausible deniability and freeze Palantir from constraints that would be placed on it from, okay, more garbage. How did that work out for us when it came to, I don't know, Facebook, Twitter, Google, our banks? Did they get warrants? Hell no. Anybody that has information will be coerced and blackmailed by the CIA to give our information.
58:15 away to the government, the government can't not be overbearing. They just can't. They can't help themselves. If it's out there, they're damn sure going to get it. So, oh, and then the best one, a New York Times quote, the data which is stored in various cloud services or on clients' premises is controlled by the customer. That's hilarious.
58:45 Palantir says it does not police the use of its products, nor are the privacy controls foolproof. It is up to the customer to decide who gets to see what and how vigilant they wish to be. Do you see how they do that? So just like the guy on Fox News tells you, you're too effing stupid to understand my mixing of words.
59:14 I'm going to collect all of your data and I'm going to tell you it's your job to go out there and protect it while I'm backdooring every bit of it. Because you're too stupid to know I'm a liar because I work at the CIA. Christine Maxwell Chiliad. It's another one. So while Wade was involved in operating the infotech infrastructure for U.S. intelligence.
59:47 and guiding Palantir, he was also intimately involved in a company called Chiliad, C-H-I-L-I-A-D. Chiliad was a data analytic company founded in the 1990s by a guy by the name of Paul McOwen. Maxwell's daughter, Christine Maxwell, who is the twin of Isabel, and an unnamed third individual,
1:00:19 that people say was Alan Wade, the CIA guy. The company was founded with $3 million in angel investment from an unknown origin. The same people that think Alan Wade is the mysterious third person also thinks that unknown origin was Q Intel. In Qtel. I always say that backwards. In Qtel.
1:00:55 So first, Chiliad was developed to be a very tool that would be sought by U.S. intelligence in the immediate aftermath of September 11th, an event that notably took place shortly after Wade became the CIA chief information officer. Well, in that coincidence. So he wants to create the global data system.
1:01:26 He becomes the CIA chief information officer and wants to deliver to the CIA the capability of spying on everybody. And then all of a sudden, 9-11 happens right after he got hired. Well, that's coincidental. Said no one ever. The company had conveniently been set up well in advance.
1:01:57 allowing it to score contracts with the U.S. government. Huh? Say it's not so. So, they were all set for 9-11. Imagine that. And they even got a glowing recommendation from the 9-11 Commission on using Chiliad's software, which looked almost identical to Promise and the early version of Palantir.
1:02:27 Because it was all written by the same people. So, and that allowed them to get around the problems they were having with Promise because at that time, they were still in litigation with the Innslaw company for stealing the Promise software. So all they did was make a copy of it and call it by a different name. Second, Wade, who was employed by the CIA at the time of Chiliad's founding, created the company with...
1:02:59 Christine Maxwell, who is the sister of Ghislaine Maxwell and the daughter of Robert Maxwell, who we know was selling Promise Software, so everybody had access to it. Christine was intimately involved and ended up leading the U.S.-based front company that Robert Maxwell used to sell that via the McKinley group that she set up. And remember that all of them, Isabel, Kevin,
1:03:31 Jess Lane, Christine, they were all involved in that. All of the kids, Maxwell's kids. Who, by the way, all really all worked for Mossad, not the United States. Just throw that in. All right. Wade and Maxwell, in creating Chiliad, an overlap between the Promise software, suggests that Chiliad was the successor to Promise, produced to work basically in the same network.
1:04:05 Wade's role in the rise of Palantir suggests that Palantir also may have been a successor to Promise. Maxwell's involvement with the company suggests that Chiliad could also have carried a back door, which is how Promise worked. So, what's interesting about all of this to me, and a thought occurred to me when I was reviewing this, is if you think about it for a second,
1:04:37 You have five eyes, which basically is the British Empire, okay? You've got New Zealand, Australia, Canada, the U.S., and Britain. What if, because we know from our research that basically, and I'm not talking about Jewish people, I'm talking about the state of Israel, is also part of the British Empire.
1:05:06 You can argue all you want. I don't care. It was founded and put there by the UK. Period. End of story. So, if our theory of the British Roundtable control is true, and the control emanates primarily out of London, it would be the perfect control spot of...
1:05:39 Israel to be gathering all of this intelligence as like the master intelligence processor repository, if you will, because then no one can criticize any of this because it's Israel and you're not allowed to talk bad about Israel. So you can use them as your front.
1:06:08 Because they have an automatic cloaking device against any ridicule. Just throwing that out there. So, Maxwell's connection to Chiliad included a key source of its early funding, according to reports. Chiliad's three early investors were Allied Commercial Exporters Limited, which is in London, and tied to Jack.
1:06:44 Dell, D-E-L-L-A-L. Dell was a member of the Claremont Club, which we talked about, whose early members included the Perfumo Affair. So where is Warhamster? I can't believe he's not here. He was just talking to me about that. And subsequent business associates of Robert Maxwell, such as James Goldsmith and Roland Walters. Tiny Roland.
1:07:15 a mobster. Dowell was a noted gambler and rather infamous banker who is alleged to have had a role in the Kaiser-Ullman collapse due to fraudulent loans. Gee, we see that story a lot. Many of which were tied to the real estate market. The Kaiser-Ullman, prior to its collapse, was also intimately linked to
1:07:48 Tiny Rowland's company, Long Row, which is basically all mafia stuff. The key source of funding for Chiliad was Hewlett Packard. And where is Hewlett Packard? On the campus of Stanford. Hewlett Packard has a very close relationship with the CIA, which has dramatically increased since 9-11.
1:08:22 And who was the leader of Hewlett Packard when they were doing this? Carly Fiorina, who ran for president. Isn't that interesting? Probably because she had to. Palantir began to rise in prominence as the go-to counterterrorism software of the West. Just as Chiliad began to pivot away from the sector, Chiliad...
1:08:57 eventually folded a few years later. Notably, in the years prior to its shutdown, it began to move into healthcare data. The pivot began in 2012 when it began adding prominent healthcare industry execs to the board, which is probably around the time they started creating COVID. Not long after Chiliad was shut down, Wade, who had been the chairman of its board,
1:09:29 for many years, was added to the board of UK cyber firm Dark Trace. Dark Trace is a result of the joining of UK intelligence with a team of AI researchers from Cambridge. They developed a thing called AI Singularity. It's a self-aware AI that was subsequently developed into cybersecurity software under the UK intelligence entities.
1:10:00 Darktrace intelligence-linked software now runs not only a large swath of the UK power grid and computers of major corporations around the world, but also cybersecurity for the UK National Health Service for masses of patient health data. Darktrace foray into the healthcare began.
1:10:26 or right after it began, Palantir made its own pivot into healthcare, both for the NHS in the UK, but also for the HHS in the US. And obviously that expanded greatly after the COVID-19. So I find it interesting, the timing of that. They were the ones doing the contact tracing. Palantir's expansion into nearly every sector of government is set to continue.
1:11:00 particularly under Biden's appointed intelligence community Avril Haines, A-V-R-I-L Haines, H-A-I-N-E-S, who was a consultant to Palantir right before she joined the Biden 2020 campaign as an advisor. Huh. Palantir's expansion into HHS was facilitated in part by the H...
1:11:30 NHS Health Tech Advisory Board that was created in 2018 under Matt Hancock. On that board is Nicole Junkerman. Isn't that crazy? The person that has everything to do with Palantir. Other board members is Daniel Korski, K-O-R-S-K-I.
1:12:00 The same year the Health Tech Advisory Board was created, Korsky co-founded GovTech Summit, which has promoted the products of Carbine 911. Oh my gosh, what a small circle. So they're all about your personal health data, your personal information, blah, blah, blah. So, and then she goes and talks about Epstein's.
1:12:33 in the DNA data mining and also created in 2012 was a thing called Southern Trust. It was a startup created by Epstein with the goal of sequencing people's genomes and selling that data to pharmaceutical companies. Southern Trust sought to create a search engine capable of genetic links to diseases. Now, if you set up something like that, wouldn't you need COVID-19?
1:13:02 to do DNA swabs of everybody? I'm sure that's another coincidence too. Southern Trust will do basically organizing for predisposition to cancer, you know, so they can go ahead and kill you. If you're going to get cancer anyway, that's a good way to have your, to know who's worth saving and who isn't. How many bad things are you predisposed to get? So if you get any one of them,
1:13:33 We can just go ahead and put you out of your misery. And these people would do it. What else? So one of the scientists Epstein funded at Harvard was called Martin Nowak. He is a scientist that Epstein donated $6.5 million in 2003 to Harvard's Program for Evolutionary Dynamics, which Nowak...
1:14:10 N-O-W-A-K led. In 2012, the year Southern Trust was created, NOAC had developed mathematical models that described the behavior of colon cancer cells. And that's basically exactly what Epstein had written in the documentation for Southern Trust is he thought all of it could be mathematically figured out. So there's your model.
1:14:35 Southern Trust specifically sought to gather DNA from residents of the U.S. Virgin Islands, where Southern Trust was based. The DNA collection would then be used to create a catalog of population-level genetic data. Southern Trust's team would develop a search engine for the data links to diseases, which Epstein referred to as a biomedical Google.
1:15:02 The company then planned to create a virtual lab to conduct experiments and computer models. They planned to amass data for proprietary search engines that would allow it to search on things like individual, both in a medical field and a financial field. You know, because they're tied.
1:15:24 Southern Trust was also described as planning to provide cutting edge consulting services to companies around the world in the use of biomedical and financial information. Don't lend that person money because they have the propensity to have cancer. So you're not going to be able to get your money back or vice versa. Go ahead and loan it to him because he's going to have a.
1:15:49 health insurance policy or a life insurance policy that you're going to get all your money back, so it's a guaranteed bet. So, despite being a sex offender and having suffered financial decline due to his controversies, Epstein's Southern Trust netted him $200 million in a couple of years, putting him on the financial rebound. Epstein seemed to know something that those guiding
1:16:26 Other and more prominent data mining firms like Chiliad and Palantir also knew that soon data was going to become the world's most valuable commodity. And she goes on and talks about how many people were saying that. Epstein's decision to court and gather dirt on big tech scions, i.e. his blackmail operation.
1:16:56 while at the same time rebranding himself to be a tech investor and entrepreneur was interesting timing. So he and Maxwell were intimately aware of how the digital revolution was going to happen. And beginning with the promise software scandal, they seemed to be in the middle of all of it. By the time computers and mobile phones began to become increasingly commonplace,
1:17:25 and more digital, conducting much of our sensitive communications personally and professionally on electronic devices. Leaks from Clinton's personal email server, Hunter Biden's laptop, are reminders how important your data footprint is. It's also having access to all of this information. So let's just say,
1:17:58 that you're talking about the 911 system that we just referred to, and somebody calls in in an emergency, and it happens to involve a child. Would you not immediately then go and check for pornography on that, you know, like if the call came in in an emergency about that? So you go and search for pornography.
1:18:25 And even if it's not that, it's just anything. That's one of your standard searches. So now you've got instant blackmail material on all of the people that you have access to. So this is the CIA's wet dream right here. So Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell, which we already know, blackmailed powerful people. And basically a lot of this...
1:18:58 revolutionary data access is what made that possible by putting all of the bugs in and being able to tap congressman's phones and computer logs. So what's very interesting to me is who owns those pornography websites and how we know
1:19:34 that the intel agencies create back doors to all of those things. They're literally using all of that to blackmail people. And if they don't find it, they can make it up. They can literally make a footprint up that doesn't exist by having this backdoor capability.
1:20:20 There is no longer a need to spend significant amounts of money trying to wire up people's houses and maintaining a group of trafficked women or children. Instead, you just need to access the material or data that these people have because they're doing it on their own and all you have to do is have access to it.
1:20:49 It streamlined their operation a lot. And she also talks about how as time progressed, he got more and more into the merging of man and technology, Jeffrey Epstein, that is, and into transhumanism. And that seemed to also drive the need to have all of this data and access to it.
1:21:22 Also, there was the speculation that as the Palantir computer system got more advanced, you no longer needed Jeffrey Epstein and you no longer needed Ghislaine Maxwell, right? You can do it all online. Was he conveniently gotten rid of because they didn't need him any longer? Definitely something to think about. You can become a liability.
1:21:59 That pretty much does it for the rest of this book. So that was a lot of information. A lot. Been quite a journey through that whole book. And I'm still working on my relationship chart so that we will have that handy as we go forward in some of our other books.
1:22:30 Because that network of people is everything. Because the same names keep coming up over and over again. So I'm going to go through y'all's comment just to make sure I didn't. 18 in chat and only one thumbs up. All right. So everybody, if y'all would go to the thumbs up.
1:22:55 Actually, Tara, just let you know, if you unclick the thumbs up and click it again, it'll show you what the accurate amount is. There's eight of them. So, yeah, there's eight. But if everybody that's in the chat will give us a thumbs up, I'd really appreciate that. That's how the algorithms work on Rumble.
1:23:18 They look for the correlation of how many people are giving people thumbs up and how many followers. So if you're not following this channel yet, please follow it because the two of those things together moves up any and all searches so that people can find our conversations and we can get this word out. So we're going to be switching back to.
1:23:47 the focus on Operation Gladio from a different perspective. And I did want to thank all of you because I, we set the foundation for Operation Gladio. We all kind of got the probably 70, 80% of what it was. I am going to throw you for a loop on this other book, but I'm just going to give you a heads up.
1:24:16 So we have a good foundation. I do think it was very important to take a step back, look at One Nation under blackmail, and from our perspective of knowing the big picture Gladio operation, see how when people write about some of the overlapping topics, whether it was the drug running, the mafia, the...
1:24:44 money laundering of which Whitney Webb did an amazing job of pulling all of those pieces together as it relates to the Epstein network. But every bit of that overlaid our foundation that we created with Operation Gladio. And now you can see how this big picture for everybody that's new, you have an
1:25:13 international syndicate that operates controlled up here they took from the early 1900s all of the mafia and mob late 1800s rolled them up after world war ii into intel agencies they legalized criminality that's what they did they took
1:25:44 the old enforcement mechanisms used for the industrialists. When you go to a country that you want to rape and pillage, like Guatemala, and you want to own 50% of that country, but you don't want to pay for it, you then send in the mafia, the mob, the criminality, you overthrow the government, you take all of their resources, and you set up
1:26:15 all of your companies down there. And you basically create a slave labor market because you're the only guy in town. That's literally what the CIA did with United Front in Guatemala. And after they did that and the country got together and said, that's crap. You don't pay any taxes here. You're stealing all of our wealth. Get out. They overthrew the puppet government the CIA had put in.
1:26:44 And that guy starts giving all the they they kicked the Rockefeller United CIA United Fruit out. And the the guy started giving the land, 42 percent of the land back to the farmers so they could actually enrich themselves instead of working as a slave for an American industrial internationalist. And the CIA went in there and killed him.
1:27:14 and killed 50,000 other people in that country. Don't ever get too big for your britches again. The CIA owns you. You are going to be our slaves. Shut up. They terrorized those people. They have done that repeatedly all over the world. In addition to that, so that's just one aspect of this international syndicate. It's all about these international syndicate people, companies.
1:27:45 That want to go in, set up the mining, set up the whatever, rape, pillage, take everything out. So they pay for all of this because this is all black ops. None of this is paid for out of the regular CIA budget. So they have to generate cash. They do that by selling drugs, selling weapons, and selling people. That money is then put into the banking system.
1:28:15 through front banks that they create like BCCI or Castle Bank. And it's laundered. They buy real estate. They do all of this other stuff, compromise people, blackmail, whatever. But that keeps, that generates funds. And the best way to do all of this is to have a war. A war generates the weapons because I can.
1:28:45 Skim off weapons every shipment. They never go notice because there's no audits. So I'm going to skim off weapons. And you know what wars also do? They generate refugees. And you know what refugees turns into? Human trafficking victims. It's a awful little circle they've got going around. So I can traffic drugs.
1:29:15 So if I have to have the war where I can grow poppy, like Vietnam and Korea and Afghanistan, that's the best of all bests. So I can grow my drugs. Ships come in full of weapons. They leave full of drugs. See how that works? And the drugs is going to generate money. I'm going to skim off the weapons.
1:29:45 That's going to generate money. And I'm going to give these weapons to the people who I have in these black ops programs so they can go whack people for me. It's a great little operation they've got going on. That whole operation was referred to as Operation Gladio as it happened throughout Italy and Europe. And all of this is ran out of NATO that we know so far. So that's...
1:30:18 what we're digging into and we will continue to dig into it. And hopefully in the near future, once I get this new book finished and I'm able to digest it, I really want to try to talk the major into coming to a podcast so that I can introduce him to y'all and you can hear it.
1:30:46 from the guy who created all of this. We won't agree on everything. I have put conclusions together that as a researcher, he was unwilling to do. So it'll be interesting to propose some of what I think is the 30,000 foot connections that he doesn't make.
1:31:18 just to kind of talk them out, which I think would be extremely interesting. But just so that you know, because this guy did buy the Skorzeny papers, he and I am going to do whatever I can to help him with this as far as publicity. He is putting together a kind of like a mobile.
1:31:48 museum. I don't know what it looks like. He just mentioned it towards the end of our conversation where people could actually see some of the stuff that he's collected as it relates to this topic, which of course, I mean, he had me at museum, right? Because he literally has all of the Sikorsky's papers. So I just think that would be phenomenal. And I told him, I said, as far as I'm concerned, whenever you're here in Florida,
1:32:17 I'm going to be a part of that because I think that's totally awesome. So anyway, that's that. I don't know if I missed anybody's. I'm not even going to comment on King Charles prostate problem. I think I got most of the other comments. So anyway, anybody have any questions?
1:32:49 Before we go, yeah, child trafficking, I'm telling you, that is a huge driver of why they have, like in Ukraine, it is a money-making production, war is. And we didn't even get to the part, which we've covered in the past, Bechtel and all of the construction contractors that get the rebuild after they destroy everything. I mean, it's a vicious circle.
1:33:19 These people are like scum. They are pariah scum. They profit off of the slaughter of people. Hell probably isn't, is too good for these people. I'm hoping there's a sub hell that these people will go to. Wow. Oh, Julie. I have not talked to her in the last couple of days.
1:33:53 They have definitely gotten, Bridget, have you talked to her? They had made a lot of modifications to allow her to be able to function better at home. She did find a natural doctor. It was not really close. So they're having to do some commuting for the care. They did find a physical therapist. She is at home. So she is making.
1:34:23 um progress but that's a good reminder i definitely um need to talk to her i need to share with her our uh discovery of this new guy um i think she'll be tickled about that and thank you um for asking about her um and giving me a reminder i will give her a call in the morning so i'll have an update so i don't have um any um further podcast
1:34:52 today scheduled. I will not have one on Tuesday. I do plan on having one on Thursday, whether we go ahead and dive into this new book or I kind of take the opportunity to, there's some other books that I've read in the meantime that I did want to kind of give you a summary of that I think will help us as we move to the next one. So I'm still trying to work that out.
1:35:21 But in the meantime, I'm working on my table and our relationship table. And I will be back on Thursday, if not before, but definitely on Thursday. Thank you all for being here. I appreciate it. And I will see you then.
