10:31 But now you don't even question it because you're watching it. Okay, so chapter 20, the motive. And specifically, we're talking about the motive for the upcoming assassination of JFK. So many people have often wondered and speculated about exactly what was the motive for the assassination.

11:03 The author asks the question, does the confirmation of an assassination network operated by Otto Skorzeny help answer the question of motive or who ordered the attack? The author believes it does, and the answer is found somewhere called command and control. So for the first time, the revelation of Skorzeny's clandestine network presents an opening into the dark shadow of the assassination plot. The author submits to the reader.

They arose out of a pending international crisis of such a grave nature that the very survival of the United States and its NATO partners was at risk. Johnson and organizer for the Democrat Party, became the Senate Secretary to the Majority Leader. This entire, and let me just say that there's no actual footnotes on this, so you can take this with a grain of salt. This entire network, the network did exist. There was a scandal. JFK's association with it, I have seen no evidence of. We're just going to follow this.

Baker, along with other associates, established a company dealing with vending machines that worked on government contracts. In 1963, information came to the Senate about possible criminal dealings, which led to an investigation of Baker's businesses and political activities.

The Senate investigation went deep into Baker's associations during the 1950s. This included LBJ extensively and other high-ranking government officials.

Baker was finally forced to resign from his position in 1963, but the investigation continued. And I'm going to take a second here, because based on another book that I have read, and I'm not sure, I don't remember if he catches this, but I want to say it right here. 16:49 And the fact that it was also being investigated that LBJ had cheated in his Senate election in Texas. And all of that was coming out. That he was not going to include LBJ as vice president on his second administration. So all of this could be LBJ colluding with the CIA in implicating JFK in a setup. I just want to put that out there.

17:18 Because that is not off the table. LBJ was fighting for his political life at this point as well. And this specifically implicated him. More so than JFK. A highly damaging aspect of the Bobby Baker case involved the use of party girl Ellen Romchek. R-O-M-E-T-S-C-H. Declassified U.S. documents confirm

Currently, historians are taking a hard look at this information, but preliminary findings indicate that Ellen was perhaps a Soviet agent as well. This brings in the possibility that Kennedy was having liaisons with a Soviet spy and thus an immediate engraved national security risk. Again, no footnotes. An indication of the gravity of this situation is found in the

Much is available on Kennedy's private life in regard to his indiscretions and sexual liaisons that will not be repeated here. Boiled down, the Bobby Baker investigation had the potential to expose devastating information that, if it became public, would have

It may also have provided a pathway to link the scandal to the Profumo affair created and by doing so create an international crisis for the entire Western alliance, which in my opinion is exactly what was being done to try to coerce JFK and

Attorney General Robert Bobby Kennedy, in an effort to save his brother in the office of presidency, made a personal appeal to FBI Director Hoover to help quell the press and others from revealing much of the Bobby Baker.

20:24 All of this occurred during a period when there was a belief in the halls of the FBI that President Kennedy was preparing to sack the legendary FBI chief. You see what's going on here? Completely possible that the frame up was happening because if he's also rumored to get rid of Hoover and LBJ, it's quite possible.

Hoover could not fully stop the news media and others were still hot on the case. As President Kennedy was arriving in Dallas, Texas on November 22nd, 1963, a very dark cloud was looming.

21:23 It is indeed telling that the first order issued by LBJ upon assuming the office of presidency was to stop the Bobby Baker investigation. Well, if they had set it up, he of course would want to stop it. For his crimes, Baker eventually went to prison, but was alleged to have received a high payoff to keep his mouth shut, which the assassination of president with it.

So, in general terminology, command and control is defined as the exercise of authority and direction by a properly designated commander of a mission. Ironically, it is a term never used in any study of JFK's assassination. The dramatic description of modem described above could only be initiated as a result of command and control method.

33:32 All right, so we're back in April 1958. There was an article published by the Greensboro Patriot by Robert Rourke. He was covering a gathering in Spain of a small eclectic group of socialites who met regularly to attend Spanish bullfights. Rourke mentioned three people in particular.

34:02 At this meeting in Spain, Texas oil executive Jake Heyman, H-A-M-O-N, and his wife Nancy, and Skorzeny's business partner, Ricardo Sicri. His name's come up repeatedly because Sicri is the guy that ran the World Commerce Corporation, WCC for the CIA. Of course, Skorzeny was not named in the Rourke article.

34:34 But he was at this specific bullfight mentioned by Roark. Because, again, this guy has his papers. We know this because Skorzeny himself mentions it in his papers that he was there. Roark also did not mention WCC or the fact that Ricardo Sicri was a former OSS officer. In fact, Roark was also a member of the WCC.

35:02 and a close friend of Sicri. So another CIA OSS cutout for pretending to be a journalist. That's what this Rourke guy is. This places Rourke in Skorzeny's business and social circles in Madrid, which is huge, as we shall see. Rourke noted that the group resembled a secret society of people who stride the world.

The biggest secret was the fact that the World Commerce Corporation was an operational cover for clandestine paramilitary activities that originated in the Operation Compass Rose 10 years earlier or Operation Gladio. Roark's intentions in writing the article

However, he inadvertently reveals the actual group at the center of the Skorzeny-Dallas connections of 1963. What Rourke had cryptically referred to as a secret society consisted, in fact, of individuals at the actual heart of the Skorzeny business and social network that led directly to Dallas, Texas.

Incredibly, Gardner lived in a luxury apartment in downtown Madrid on the floor directly above Otto Skorzeny. Sicri was, of course, aware of Skorzeny's

The rest of this mix of writers, business executives, and entertainers were either knowingly or unknowingly converting with Skorzeny. Because if you recall, in one of the earlier chapters, we said that one of the ways they were laundering money to Skorzeny was they were giving him contracts to set up Air Force bases, many of which I've been to.

So he was getting these contracts and that's how they were basically laundering money. So he was being paid via 16th Air Force with U.S. Air Force contract. 42:24 The author revealed, all right, let's see. The question arises as to who in the network knew Otto Skorzeny was a paramilitary advisor and director. So he's not sure exactly who in that network knew. He's just asking the question. But obviously the network extended to Dallas. Skorzeny's Dallas business and social circles were the critical piece for carrying out the assassination of President Kennedy.

42:59 Their association with Skorzeny raises a level of suspicion for their involvement in the assassination. Rourke's self-described secret society is interesting, especially in regards to Skorzeny or the assassination of JFK. In addition to his newspaper writings, Rourke's personal papers, located at the University of North Carolina Wilson Library, reveal an amazing alignment to the Skorzeny papers.

43:32 The Roark papers are another unexploited document resource with potential treasure troves of new discoveries concerning the JFK assassination. A review of the Roark papers by this author did confirm that Roark's business network, specifically the World Commerce Corporation, overlapped that of Otto Skorzeny's. These will be looked at in details below.

Focusing on the activities of Lee Harvey Oswald for attempting to unravel the mysteries of JFK assassination has resulted in a lack of understanding concerning key aspects of what actually happened.

So on the day that JFK was shot, Otto Skorzeny was in Madrid, Spain with his wife.
